- Dusko Duka (7/5): Need some upgrades and will be great place to stay - Great location, great person for communication, owner is friendly and very helpful, they have parking in front of building Kitchen need serious upgrade, some things missing from list, cabinets with dishes smell very oil, bench top os moving,we didn’t use, Bed is so bad could not sleep, definitely need upgrade

Overall not a bad spot to say The sofa in the living room was supe uncomfortable, but the worst thing was that they had cock roaches at night. We ended up keeping the lights on for most of the night but it wasn't a great experience.

Nice balcony too, and parking space was helpful Location was very noisy at night, very few kitchen utensils (it would have been hard to cook if we had wanted too). Communication was minimal and not overly welcoming.

- Draigis (10/5): Exceptional - Good location and view.. It was cheerfu, cozyl and comfortable. Very good for solo travel. Bed mattres was way too soft and unhealthy. Maybe it's time to replace it.
- Saša (10/5): Great location, nice host, very conformtable accomodation in the haert of Banja Luka. - The location is great, parking is private, and when you park, you don't need a car, unless you plan an excursion outside of town or pay a visit to all the shopping malls in town. Can't find any disturbing memories or feelings.

Overlooking the river it was really splendid, and also the apartement is a big size and there is parking. The host is amazing, we forgot keys in the apartement he gave us second ones and after was really great regarding the communication and rest. The room where the bed is, is very small, barelly any room for 2 people to move around and one side is totally unacessable because the bed is next to the wall and window. The matresses are BAD and were exremly hard to sleep on, its so soft and your back is gonna be messed up. The parking is in an amazing location and is in front of the apartment building, but the parking space gate does not work, so we had situations were other people parked on our spot and we had no where to park...

- Marc (4/5): Great location but disappointing overall. - very good location, right on Vrbas river, full of cafes and restaurants, fine looking flat and decorated we had a problem with a bad mattress, because of that we had to leave the flat 1 day too early unfortunately , although we paid for it Also, the toilet was dirty, that was very disappointing

- Jana (10/5): Prostran i lepo uređen apartman na 10ak minuta od centra - Lep i prostran apartman, kao na slikama. Self check-in, self check-out, jednostavna komunikacija sa gazdom. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Nalazi se na 10ak minuta peške od centra, i ima sopstveni parking ispred zgrade. Sve je bilo okej.
- David (8/5): High quality apprtment! Great value for money! - The appartment was very spacious with a nice interior design. It was located very close to the city center in a new building. AC was very helpful against the 35 degrees outside. Without mobile data roaming it is a challenge to find the appertment but you can use some free wifi around. Registration as a tourist is a bit inconvenient. It is a smoking appartment (which I did not check in advance).
