• julija (6/5): Great apartment in creepy area with amazing host 😁 - Very friendly host Maria that replies quickly, super comfortable bed upstairs, good air conditioning, close to train station, lots of plates and cutlery in the kitchen. Even though it's a positive being close to the train station it's also a negative because it's quite creepy area. We were told that we are not allowed to do any cooking in the kitchen hence missing pots and pans and that it is explained in Booking.com. I thought maybe I have missed that part when booking but couldn't find any information when actually trying to search for it. We always book self catering apartments while abroad so it was disappointing not to be able to use kitchen - maybe it would be good idea to leave that information in the description of the property to avoid confusion 🤔

• Lucia (6/5): Disspointed. - Nice and clean Very noisy in the night till 2am. Booking showed us to pay city tax 9,50 for 2 adults, but 1 adult is disable, so it has to be ,4,50. Children and disabled- does not pay city tax, but the rent lady wanted us to pay tax 14 anyway, when I showed her 9,50 and showed her disable card, She said I have to pay 9,50 or leave. Od course, no bill. She was not nice, not able to talk about it...In the hotel everywhere was not problem, 4* hotel Has cheaper city tax,and cheaper accomodation with breakfast as this small and noisy apartment. Not possible to open the windows inside. In kitchen was no pot,no pan. Nothing to ide for cooking.

• Loredana (5/5): Poor cleanliness, noisy location, mold in the shower, inaccurate address, and difficult communication with the non-Engli - The location My stay at Cuore Napoletano was disappointing. The street noise was very loud, making it hard to relax. I found hair throughout the house, and the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. There was also mold in the shower, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the address listed on Booking did not match the precise location, and I ended up on a closed street. To make things worse, the host does not speak English, so communication was very difficult. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. Maria was welcoming and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to return in the future! The street was a bit noisy at times

• Peter (8/5): Very good - Location in the centro storico within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. The standard of accommodation. Friendly welcome from the host. No cups to fit the coffee machine.
• Michael (5/5): Quick overnight stay is probably the best. - The property itself is well maintained and looks brand new. The internal compared to the external is really nice and a lot of thought has gone into it. The couple that own it are very nice and were accommodating where they could be, even with limited English speaking skills. Unfortunately it’s the location and the constant noise of traffic transiting through this area, you can hear absolutely everything. There was nowhere to park, and the streets were littered with rubbish, drug paraphernalia and the locals weren’t welcoming, it is nestled in a place of Naples that makes you feel seriously uncomfortable.

• Katy (6/5): Everything was perfect except for one thing - The apartment was great and clean. It's also close to the touristic area. Special thanks to the owner who let us check-in earlier and who's really helping. The room was not soundproof at all, we could here everything like we were sleeping on the streets. Cars, scooters, pedestrians walking and even the neighbors.. We couldn't sleep at all, hopefully we only stayed for one night.
• Steven (10/5): Perfect apartment and location! - Great location, friendly hosts that were easy to get a hold of if needed, apartment was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The lady who cleaned the apartment was very friendly and suggested some great restaurants for our visit too. Can’t wait to visit again! We loved the apartment.
