- Sara (9/5): Tutto bene per un breve soggiorno. - L'hotel è molto bello e moderno, pulito e confortevole. La camera era molto spaziosa per 3 persone, con un mini-cucinino piuttosto completo. I letti sono comodi e l'illuminazione è molto bella. Dista pochi minuti da Heraklion e credo ci sia anche un bus di collegamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La porta del bagno in vetro, pur se smerigliato, proprio no: non c'è privacy e non sempre si soggiorna in famiglia. Abbiamo dovuto rifarci i letti: ci hanno fatto trovare lenzuolo di sotto e federe a posto, ma il lenzuolo di sopra e la coperta abbiamo dovuto sistemarli noi. Manca un parcheggio. Abbiamo parcheggiato facilmente in strada, ma siamo a maggio; non oso pensare al caos di agosto. Inoltre intorno alla struttura sono in corso parecchi lavori e ci sono edifici in cattivo stato, non proprio un bello spettacolo. La comunicazione con i gestori ok, ma abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il messaggio con le istruzioni per l'accesso.

- Lars (9/5): Nette Wohnung in Strandnähe, die nicht viel zu wünschen übrig lässt! - Die Lage ist ganz nett, wenn man nicht so viel Trubel möchte. Es liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Zum Strand sind es von hier aus zu Fuß vielleicht maximal 5 min. Das Zimmer war sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde alle 2-3 Tage unaufgefordert gewechselt. Die ebenerdige Dusche ist ein Traum und der Blick vom Balkon zur Straße raus lässt einen das Stadion, die Berge oder die startenden und ankommenden Flugzeuge bestaunen (man HÖRT sie aber nicht). Es gibt auch noch einen kleineren Balkon zur Seite hin, wo von aus man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer hat. Der ist aber leider zu klein, um hier länger zu verweilen, da dort keine Stühle hin passen. Direkt nebenan liegt das Restaurant Mitato, was auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist! Ansonsten befindet sich gegenüber noch ein kleines Geschäft, wo man die nötigsten Dinge für den Alltag bekommt und für einen Großeinkauf ist man auch recht flott bei einem Lidl. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung lässt sich individuell einstellen, inkl. Temperaturvorgabe. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Wer mit einem Mietwagen anreist, der findet eigentlich zu fast jeder Uhrzeit einen freien Platz am Straßenrand. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt hätten perfekt machen können: - Der "Kühlschrank" ist wirklich ein Witz. Es passen vielleicht 4-5 Packungen Milch oder 6 Dosen Bier rein, dann ist das Ding voll. Auch die Kühlleistung war nicht berauschend bzw. brauchte ewig. - Es ist eine Mikrowelle vorhanden, aber noch eine Kochplatte hätte einiges erleichtert. Gut, man weiß Bescheid... - Kein Besen / Handfeger. Gerade, wenn man vom Strand kommt und evtl. mal etwas Sand beseitigen möchte, dann wäre das hilfreich. - Keine Müllbeutel. Im kleinen Mülleimer unter der Spüle war ein Müllbeutel drin, aber der wurde auch nur alle 2-3 Tage gewechselt. Es wäre schön gewesen, würden hier noch direkt ein paar neue liegen um sie selber zu wechseln. Klar, man kann sich welche kaufen gehen... - beim Besteck fehlte meiner Meinung nach ein Flaschenöffner und ein Korkenzieher. Alles kein Beinbruch, aber eben auch leicht zu beheben.

Close to bus stop and lots of restaurants as well as short walk to beach No towels although that was fixed promptly after I told them. However ash tray not emptied and wasn’t spotless.

- ZAHRAN (10/5): - Excellent location, just 10 minutes away from Heraklion center and right next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The price is great, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free. Also, the host is highly responsive and quick to communicate. Keep in mind that there is no daily housekeeping, and towels are changed every three nights. As for the layout, the larger independent rooms are on the ground floor, while the smaller ones are on the upper floors. There are also a few stairs before reaching the elevator. Parking is on the street side, but we had absolutely no trouble finding a spot.

You can really feel the attention to detail and quality throughout. It’s definitely worth the price—you’re paying for comfort, location, and an overall amazing experience. - Olga Aikaterini (4/5): Οχι ακριβώς όπως το περιμέναμε - Μοντέρνο και με ωραία αισθητική! Μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι τα περισσότερα στοιχεία είναι νεας τεχνολογιας. Ήταν όμορφα διαριθμισμενο και επιπλωμένο. Η τοποθεσία αρκετά καλή με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και κοντά σου βρίσκονται αρκετά καταστήματα που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Έχω ξανά επισκεφθεί το μέρος αλλά διαφορετικό δωμάτιο και την πρώτη φορά ήταν όλα τέλεια, μακάρι να μπορούσα να πω το ίδιο και για αυτή την φορά. Δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό καθώς το πάτωμα δεν είχε σκουπιστεί, τα σεντόνια είχαν κάποια παλιά σημάδια και τρίχες. Επίσης υπήρχαν σημάδια στους τοίχους για παράδειγμα στο ταβάνι της κουζίνας υπήρχε καφές και στο υπνοδωμάτιο στον απέναντι τοίχο υπήρχαν πορτοκαλί-κίτρινες στάμπες. Τέλος ενώ αναγράφεται ότι υπάρχει ηχομόνωση καταλάβαμε ότι δεν ισχύει τουλάχιστον στα 2πεδα διαμερίσματα καθώς συνεχώς ακούγαμε από τα διπλανά δωμάτια τα πάντα χαρακτηριστικά όπως πχ. Ομιλίες, περπάτημα κλπ. Με αποτέλεσμα ο ένας να κάνει παρατηρήσεις στον άλλον και να μην νιώθουμε άνετα μέσα στο ίδιο μας το δωμάτιο.
