• Tilla (8/5): Ruime woning voor wie klimmen geen moeite kost. - Het huis is ruim met 2 slaapkamers en een grote badkamer. Er is een mooie keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor vragen hadden we goed direct appcontact met de verhuurder, waardoor alle vragen werden opgelost. Je moet een flink stuk bergopwaarts klimmen om het appartement te bereiken.Voor mijn zus met knieproblemen was dit niet aangenaam. Langs het appartement loopt een weg waar 's morgens veel verkeer langs komt. De luiken en ramen moesten daarom dicht blijven in de slaapkamers. Het uitzicht op het balkon is niet geweldig. Eén slaapkamer was gehorig. De onderburen waren goed te horen. Er zit een slot op de wasmachine. Handig om ergens te kunnen lezen hoe dit werkt.

• Wolfgang (8/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen, für laute Nachbarn kann der Vermieter nicht, es ist sehr gut und neu und schön ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, TV; Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, aubere Handtücher, viel Bettwäsche etc... wirklich gut. Die Mitarbeiterin MARTA war sehr nett und hilfreich betreffend Schlüsselübergabe. Ich möchte fair bleiben und das sehr schöne Apartment gut bewerten, aber die komplizierten Anreiseformalitäten, die ständigen Hinweise auf fehlende Check In Informationen, die beim obligatorischen ONLINE CHECK IN nicht angenommen wurden vom Registrierungssystem sind sehr nervig. Die Anreiseinfo - Instruktion zum Schlüsselerhalt ist sehr spät erhältlich - 1500UHR und an einem lauten spanischen Bahnhof per TELEFON Support zu bekommen, ist auch nicht lustig. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr bemüht (Marta), aber die Instruktionen und das System sind kompliziert und vor allem die mühsame Beschreibung, wie man den Schlüsselcode erhält, ist eine Zumutung. Ich will nur Zugang zu einem Türschloss und kein kompliziertes elektronisches Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Wenn man vor der Türe steht und eine bessere kürzere Beschreibung hätte, ist es einfach. Verschieden Pölster wäre gut.

Ми просили про заселення раніше, але нам відмовили- добре- ми все розуміємо- прибирають- але- яке було здивування коли ми потрапили до апартаментів,що там невідомо коли прибирали! Негайно повідомили!- на 10хв прийшла прибиральниця- але там потрібно було хоча б на 4 години!- вікна,скло в душі,плита для готування їжі,стіл,підлога- все було брудне! Не відійшовши від шоку,що ми отримали не те на що очікували- ми зрозуміли що холодильник не працює! Ще два з половиною дні ми чекали на новий холодильник! Все що ми купили- зіпсувалось! Нам пообіцяли повернути кошти- чекаємо,ще не повернули! Вогнегасника- не має, сказали попередні мешканці зіпсували,двері в ванну кімнату практично не закриваються, тому що вони зіпсовані від води,яка виливається з душевої кабіни! Ви не можете закритися там- бо дверей не має і вся вода виливається аж до кухні! Душ для біде теж не працює! Ліжка жахливі- матрац постійно міняє своє положення! Господарі взагалі не поважають своїх гостей- маленький пластмасовий чайник,брудний посуд,відсутність мікрохвильової печі,жахливий туалетний папір,кухонних рушників теж не було- був паперовий рушник,але якогось темного кольору- цим не можливо користуватись! Ми змушені були самі купувати туалетний папір,пакети для сміття! Ні одного вішака для рушника у ванній кімнаті! Реєстрація- ніби ви маєте бути агентом розвідки,депозит 200 євро- я не знаю коли отримаю- висновок- однозначно не вибирайте це!!!!

• Luciano (7/5): Good - LetMalaga staff was available for any questions, and they quickly answer Before staying I reach out the property asking a question about the WiFi, because one of the day I needed to work a while. They answered me that the WiFi is good. Guess what? Neither 10Mg Download and 1Mg Upload. So I had to pay a coworking day, loosing money 😖.
• Carol (3/5): Would not come back - It was quiet Barebones place to stay with the cheapest of decor yet the most expensive place I stayed in Spain with a very greedy cancellation policy There were ants crawling in most of the rooms. The check in was very frustrating. It was very difficult to get directions to the place. I needed another blanket to stay warm and host was very slow to return my request and never did give me a blanket. I forgot my expensive earphones there and host would not help me get them back. So, I hope one of the cleaning staff got them because if they treat their paying guest like they treated us you know they treat their help worse!!

Bars, restaurants at beach area some 10mins walk which was fine. Same for busstop to town and supermercado.
