• Caroline (6/5): - Apartment wie auf den Bildern, größententeils sauber. Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Am Abend vor der Abreise wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Bezahlung nur in Bar oder per lokal Transfer möglich ist. Da der nächste Automat nicht vor der Tür ist, hätte ich mir gewünscht, diese Information früher zu erhalten. Im Treppenhaus war ein Lauter Piepton zu hören, der es unmöglich gemacht hat enspannt zu schlafen. Der Eigentümer hat sich nicht darum gekümmert.

• Ronesh (5/5): Not worth the effort. - The location and the terrace was a great hangout spot in the evenings. The host was very friendly and accommodating to our requests, as we needed him to provide cutlery and plates. The apartment was very underwhelming based on the pictures. The furniture was old and dirty, the shower didn't have a screen. the kitchen was old and under equipped. When we arrived, the apartment smelled bad, like it hadn't been cleaned or inspected from the last travelers. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and there were old leftover food just laying in the kitchen.
• Ronmer (8/5): Comfortable - The location is 20 minutes by car to madein saleh, and 15 minutes to elephant rock. The apartment location is quiet, and there is a near restaurant with delicious libanese food. Mr. Ripon was very kindly. I cannot complain, everythingh was excellent.

The decor is charming, with earthy tones and thoughtful touches that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of the brick accent wall, stylish cushions, and modern furnishings added to the room’s character. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made my experience even better. The location was also convenient, especially if you're planning to leave Al Ula, as it’s nearby and easily accessible. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. Nothing

Accommodation was very clean and the room was spacious with all useful equipment - fridge, sofa, clothes storage etc.. For parking our car, there was a lot of space in the street. The owner was communicating instructions properly. I would definitely choose this accommodation again. It is very convenient place when visiting Al Ula if you have a car. Air conditioning was quite noisy. It would be tough to sleep while air condition running. Fortunately, as we arrived in October, we didn't need to use it.

• Jade (9/5): Great stay at Cloud Apartments - The place was very clean and presentable! Kitchen was spacious and tidy! Living room is very esthetic. Appliances like tv, kettle and stove were clean and fully functional! Location was near shops and other restaurants so food is not a problem. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, he was very professional and accomodating. I will recommend this place and will definetly stay again! I really do not have anycomplaints, despite the rooms were on the 3rd floor, the AC was working fine and having only 1 T/B, was not an issue because the toilet was very clean, tidy and sapcious! Over all the place was very good!
