Sue (8/5): Ok as a base to walk out but not much in the cottage to do. Parking a challenge. Clean windows! - Location was great to walk down to the quay although not much of a view out of any of the rooms.good facilities. No welcome pack. I don’t think I have been anywhere that did not have milk or biscuits. We had to hunt for the WIFi password; i would have expected this to be clearer. The windows upstairs needed a good clean and many interior dirty windows with hand prints. The parking was a challenge as firstly a grey car was parked at the entrance making it impossible to get in from one direction. We had a mini countryman and parking in the courtyard was a challenge as very little room to manoeuvre the car. No soap in upstairs bathroom. Bin had not been put together properly.
The (10/5): Boatyard Cottage is perfect for a quality relaxing break in lovely Wells next to Sea - the Boatyard cottage is perfectly located in the Village maybe a fan to cool the bedroom, but that's being picky
