Guest Reviews
- Linda (9/5): -
- Shaun (9/5): - Great location.
Lovely little cottage, in a great location.
Clean and tidy cottage.
Greeted by the owner. Which was nice.
We will certainly be back.
- Tania (6/5): not dog friendly - Good powerful shower. 20min lovely walk to coast. quiet. clean. lovely wildlife around.
Owner left us some lovely Scones and milk. Not transparent about dog fee you have to pay on booking.com website. Only discovered i had to pay when emailed their agent, Marsdens to say i was bringing a dog,
but not able to state this on booking.com. No place on website to state you want to bring a dog. Apparently according to owner, they have had lots of issues around this, but obviously never sorted out. Owner states its nothing to do with them as to what booking.com advertise, but happy to take your money!
Did not appear dog friendly as when arrived was expected us to have a crate for our dog and keep them downstairs, even though no stair gate, or informed of this on website as would never have booked it if known what know now.
You cannot park your car outside property as apparently no insurance cover. They do not like you sitting outside on the grass near where your car is parked. Offered for us to sit in the owners garden instead, which felt awkward.
House smelt of varnish or something strong smelling.
Beds where hard and uncomfortable with thin duvets.
At the end of your stay your expected to strip beds and do the cleaners job. Also put out your bins for mid week collection.
- Kim (10/5): Lovely peaceful break - Nice quiet location, cottage had ever thing you need, even a washing machine. Lovely clotted cream and jam scones included
Patio was a sun trap
- Raymond3 (9/5): Superb - Nice quiet comfortable premises, pet friendly, in a good location. The weather.
