• Elena (7/5): All in all, I am completely satisfied with our stay. - Web lived in two-bed room apartment. The kitchen is located in a separate room. A lot of space. All required facilities, including wash machine, are in place and operates well, however there was only one small wardrobe, which was not enough for our staff. I only cleaned the walls (now they are white) and lubricated the hinges with oil, thus now the doors are opened and closed without noise. However, what is much more attractive is the price for this apartment, which is really a great for such space. Also, they are located not far from U4 line. Internet was very slow and very often broken. Thus, if you are going to work form the apartment, consider another option for internet. Also, the sleeping room does not have heating. The personal was trying to resolve both problems, but without success.

A házban ahol az apartman található nincsen lift, így az idősebb és a mozgásában korlátozott vendégeknek megterhelő tud lenni a lépcsőzés - különösen csomagokkal. Az idősebb vendégeknek a földszinti apartmanok foglalását javasolnám.

• Alexander (2/5): If you need photos, we can provide them - very poor condition of the apartment. There were not enough light bulbs in the kitchen, it was dark in the evening. We asked to replace them, but no one came. There was a very dirty saucepan, it was impossible to wash it. At the reception, when I filed a complaint, they said that if I don’t like something, I can go somewhere else.

• Michallef (5/5): Passable - The location was very good .staff very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was very good as well . The pictures that show on the website are much better than reality,.we booked an appartment that wasn't in same building as the hotel so after check in we had to go to another building with all our laggegges and we had 5 big laggeges ,that's fine .but we didn't realise that they didn't had lift so we had to carry all the laggeges on the second floor. The appartment supposed had to be self catering but it wasn't. No toaster , no oven , no pans or souspan , so you can't cook if you want .I very small wardrobe in the living room not enough for 5 ppl .sofa bed in the living room was small and they ad like wood bord so the mattress was wobble on one side .

• Miriam (4/5): I won’t recommend thia for families with small kids - Close to tram and you are in the city 15-20 min later depending on where you wanna go. Big rooms. Big windows. Friendly staff We didn’t get any cleaning at all during our stay (1 week). There is no sofa table. The beds are not comfortable. The apartment is not very clean. And there is no elevator, whoch makes it hard when you have two kids and two strollers

Most of the things provided were very old like the linen. Kitchen hob and freezer was dirty. Floor looked very old and dirty. Apartment needs to painted. Kitchen also had bare minimum cutlery that too very old.

Big and comfotable bathroom with Washing machine, very important facility for long staying. The nearby to apartments stay Hotel Klimt, it's a reception point, very friendly staff. The area of the Linzer St. Vienna 14 is a quiet and comfortable area, 3 nearby supermarkets within walking distance, a pharmacy, a Greek restaurant and a great pizzeria Inlike a location, very far from the city center, at the same time with the help of public transport such as metro you can reach the city center within 20 minutes, such as Stephanplatz. Also a wonderful site Schloss Schönbrunnvery close, about 15 minutes from the apartment.

Kind reception workers. 1. The pictures on the internet of the apartment are not real, in fact not exist. In reality, is totally different property. And it is very very bad. 2. We had an apt. no. 7. It looked like the apartment was prepared for someone else, as there was an additional extra bed inside. 3. The heat was turned off over the night and it got cold. 4. The floor is boisterous. Every step you take, I believe that all neighbors will hear it. 5. The building of the apartment looks scary. Very dirty and old. 6. The corridor fits Halloween decor. The walls are broken and you could see the bricks. 7. The furniture in the apartment was old and the beds were terrible. They were super uncomfortable. 8. Even if you pay for your parking ticket by Hotel, you can not find easily a empty slot on the road. I parked far away and got a parking fine ( on Sunday!!! ).

We cannot say that it was clean because we went without shoes, but all the socks were dirty, since the floors were not washed well. There was even a cobweb in the corner of the room. Hair dryer slightly damaged, no cover. The bed was supposed to be a double and one large mattress, but there were two small mattresses. The bed was very creaky. If you lie down on the bed not carefully, then the beams fell and there was a loud sound that woke the child. Old bed. Old TV without smart tv. Very poor soundproofing, we heard someone watching TV next to us in the apartment.

• Petra (9/5): Great place for a family with kids exploring the city! - Family with 2 kids spending a few days in the city. The apartement was spacious and clean. We slept really well and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but all we needed was there. Coffee was very good. Public transport is nearby and easy to use. Single ride on the tram takes you directly to the city centre in 20 mins. U-Bahn is a few minutes walk away and it takes you to the city centre in no time.

• Shashi (4/5): The apartment was disappointing, didn’t live up to expectations, - The light switches were faulty, there was only one key for 7 of us, the place was dirty - esp under the beds, and rubbish was not cleared. They said they would repair the lights but didn’t. Poor service and maintenance.
