• Marta (6/5): Soggiorno nella periferia di Split! - La posizione anche se non vicinissimo al centro dava la possibilità di raggiungere il lungo mare in 10/15 minuti al massimo a piedi. L'appartamento piccolino, con il minimo indispensabile. Aria condizionata fondamentale non potendo aprire le finestre (molte zanzare). L'appartamento non mi ha fatto impazzire, molto vecchio oltre che ad essere interrato. Quindi non molto accogliente. Pur avendo uno spazio esterno non era usufruibile per pranzare o banalmente stazionare perché pieno di zanzare dovuto al cumulo di umidità Suggerisco massimo 2 notti.

• Guest (10/5): It was absolutely perfect :)) - We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Split! Robert, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early, but he kindly arranged a safe place for us to store our luggage until the apartment was ready, so we could start enjoying our day right away. We were able to relax at the beach and swim in the sea just a short walk from the property, which was the perfect way to begin our holiday. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for discovering Split, yet it was peaceful and quiet at night. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!

I was comfortable and place has kitchen available plus utensils. They had parking. I liked the location because I’m not a fan of being in the middle of the city w the crowds and maneuvering around a congested area im not familiar with so this was perfect. The owner was kind enough to let me know that there’s construction down by the beach below but that was not a big deal. I really never heard the noise either.

Bed was uncomfortable and the roads immediately next to the building were treacherous to navigate on foot with all of the vehicles. These were minor concerns compared to the benefits of the stay.

Very close to the beach with close access to a cheap food place and supermarket right next door. Only downer was the walking distance to the old city in the heat, but the Ubers were cheap to the town (between 5-7 Euro)

• Artjom (5/5): worth staying if you book for 2+ weeks, otherwise a waste of money - Location is ok. Balcony is great No coffee, no cooking oil, no washing machine. Property only had salt and sugar. Not possible to cook any food unless you visit the nearby store that closes at 9 pm. Also impossible to wash clothes even in the sink, as the sink plug is not there. Basically you either need to bring everything with you, or buy even the basic stuff (coffee filters, washing powder, pepper, oil, spices, tea) at the store, which is a waste of money for a 1 week stay. Property overpriced. By far not the best experience. Disappointed booking.com even had this place available

• Jamshid (5/5): The property was 10 minutes walking away from the beach which was good. - The property management supposed to provide facility to accommodate extra guest and charge more but they denied and for one person more we had to rent another apartment at the same property for almost the same price of 4 people. There was no air conditioner in the main bedroom and had a ceiling fan instead. There was no shower head holder on top of the head in the bathroom, the bottom of the bath curtain was discoloured as was too worn and looks dirty. Sockets at the sides of the beds were single and used for lampshade plugs and no lead extensions provided so had to remove the lampshade plugs to use the sockets for charging our phones and laptops. The apartment had no view of the beach as advertised.

The room smells like after a cigarrette smoking party. The bed was full of hairs...Dont recommend staying there. It is noisy as the parking is just behind the window.

• Anonymous (1/5): frustrating and miserable - the courtyard was nice and the beds and kitchen was nice but unneeded. we had to wait to be let in and the hallways were dark with no lights! someone was cheap and didn’t want only for the lights. the water heater was purposefully set at a low temp and the water was ice cold; even after I set it to the highest level and waited two hours I still only got luke warm water in the shower. one of the apartments had cockroaches! yuck! the doors were impossible to lock and unlock; you needed a degree in engineering to figure it out. when we checked in the manager led us through a dark garage to let us in so that we wouldn’t have to bring our bags down the steps stairs to the apartment and we had to wait 15 min there trying the door while this man (presumably the owner or managers husband) cursed at us from behind a garage door in Croatian. I told him he sounded real nice in Croatian and then he shut up for a while.

• Mathias (10/5): City & Beach - The apartment is modern, large, well equipped, has a fantastic shower (never experienced such water pressure in 10 years of travelling to Croatia lol) and really offers everything you need for a family stay (a nice kitchen with kitchen table a large comfy couch in front of the TV etc.). The balcony is equally large and there are always areas that are in the shadow during the day so you can also use your laptop/tablet whilst sitting outside. There are two shops right downstairs that offer all the daily supplies you will need but since you are in Split shopping is not really a problem anyway. The shops downstairs, however, also mean that there is a small street which is great for parking your car but please bear in mind that this means that there is going to be some traffic. Just trying to manage expectations here: You are in Split which is a large city so bear that in mind - it is not a secluded village on an island in the Adriatic Sea. From the balcony you have a great view on a popular beach with several beach bars. Again, this is a big city and yes you will hear it when there is a concert on the beach etc. For a stay in Split with a family and if you want to have both the big city and a beach + all the other opportunities the ferry port offers (15-20 min. UBER ride to get to the ferry port - don't take a regular taxi!), then this is the perfect apartment and the host (Robert) is a great and helpful person.

• Juliana (10/5): Exceptional - The room and bathroom are exceptionally clean, the small kitchen has all the essentials which comes in handy for breakfast or snacks and the check-in/check-out process was easy and quick. The location is good and close to a beach but you do need a taxi/car to go into the old town. It's only 5/8 minutes in the car and a cheap ride so it's still fine.
