• Silvia (10/5): Beautifull Venice!! - This apartment is in a perfect location, not too far from the centre, but in a wonderfull neighborhood, with good wine bars, cafes, excellent restaurants nearby, but also quiet during the night! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable,and the host is supernice!

• Danielle (10/5): Clean Modern Stay in a Good Location - The pictures don't do this place justice. It is so nice, clean, and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was spacious enough for 3 of us. Location is excellent and just a short walk to many restaurants, bars, and sites.

• Gail (10/5): Loved our time there and recommend for out of the crowds and bustle of Venice. - Beautifully appointed condo. Enjoyed the quietness of the spot after the bustle of main Venice. Everything was very clean and fresh. Air conditioned for hot times. Wonderful A little difficult to locate but worth it. If you have lots of bags take a water taxi. We took a water taxi from the condo to the airport as there are lots of bridges to navigate.
• Ramella (10/5): - Appartamento situato in punto strategico: vicino alla stazione (che si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti a piedi) e al centro. La zona è tranquilla. L'ampia metratura consente ad una famiglia numerosa (come nel mio caso) di soggiornare comodamente. Non trascurabile il fatto che a due minuti di distanza ci sia un supermercato che consente di abbattere i costi del vitto. Noi l'abbiamo sfruttato per la cena dopo le giornate di tour per Venezia. Particolare veramente non trascurabile vista la media dei prezzi. L'appartamento è dotato di parecchi accessori sia per la cucina che per il bagno. I letti sono comodi e gli arredi capienti. La padrona di casa è una persona eccezionale e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che è stato prontamente risolto(quasi non ce ne siamo accorti). Consiglio vivamente Marea apartments.

• Rimma (10/5): Lovely time in Venice with family. - The apartment was better than the pictures! The cleanliness was good, loved that the neighbourhood was off the beaten track and non touristic. Nothing I can think of.

Tudo perfeito - O apartamento é excelente, de fácil acesso, bem localizado, confortável, limpo e muito bem decorado. O atendimento da anfitriã Chiara foi excelente. Conseguimos antecipar o check-in e ela nos ajudou com os táxis (barco-táxi) de ida e de volta. Respostas rápidas e orientações bem claras sobre tudo. Certamente, voltaremos ! Gostei de tudo !

• Roy (10/5): Perfect place to stay at for a few happy days in Venice. - It is a beautifully appointed apartment in a quiet area, looked even better in person than in the pictures. Both rooms are air conditioned and we had the best night sleeps. Teenage daughter is usually quite picky about sofa beds and she found the one in the living area just perfect and comfortable (pulled out to a double). Both rooms can be fully darkened down. Supermarket is only 2 mins walk away, easy to pop out for anything needed. Lovely restaurants also within 5 minutes walk away. St Mark’s Square is around 25-30 mins walk away, or can be reached by Vaporetto, which we found easy to navigate. Owner is lovely and very quick to reply to any queries. Apartment has hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, washing machine… limited utensils but it was absolutely perfect for our stay for a family of 3 - we didn’t do much cooking other than breakfasts. There is a coffee machine and a toasty maker. Local peaches are delicious. We had a very happy 4 days stay.

• Paola (9/5): Superb - The property was very comfortable, it had everything you need to spend some relaxing days. The location is a little bit away from the tourist main attractions, in our case that was not a problem because we enjoy walking and a quiet place to sleep during night. Near the apartment you have several restaurants, where you can enjoy good environment and delicious food. Also behind the apartment building there is a supermarket.

• Mr (10/5): Loved staying at Marea apartments.. very comfortable with family. - The host was very nice, she was always there if we needed her. The apartment had everything basic.. i would give it 100% for value addition. On top of that the beds were very comfortable!! Nothing.

• Maria (8/5): A great base to explore Venice from and with a vaporetta ticket easily reached! - It was well furnished and comfortable. There was everything you needed in white goods as well as heating and air conditioning. Our host was very helpful when we lost WiFi and couldn’t find the property and responded when we needed an extra pillow and blanket . The supermarket was brilliant 2 min walk! It is set at almost the end of the Island and a good 20 min walk from the station or the main attractions which include a lot of bridges . It took us 2 days before we realised that the nearest vaporetta stop was St Alvise ( only 1 bridge) and not St Marcuola what our host suggested. Which matters with luggage! Also no outside space to sit in the sun.

Clean and well appointed, everything that was needed was provided. Super easy to get in with online key opening function! We couldn’t locate a proper toaster despite this being listed as included! A minor detail in a fabulous stay!!

When you step out of your room, you can see the cityscape that makes you feel like yo - Despite being in the city, it was a quiet residential area, and it made me feel like I was living in Venice. A supermarket was within a 1-minute walk, and the ferry terminal was also nearby. There was also a local restaurant nearby where I was able to eat delicious spaghetti. It was clean and had a luxurious interior. I would like to stay here again. Venice is like a giant maze. As you walk through the gaps between buildings, you'll find that they are actually roads, and even though they appear to be dead ends, the roads are connected...Addresses in Venice are also unique, with many having the same house number, and sometimes even the same house number on the opposite side of the waterway. Maybe that's one of the great things about Venice. Even though I got lost, I think that's part of the fun of Venice.

• Annette (8/5): Very good - Beautifully decorated off the beaten track apartment. The kitchen works, the bed is comfortable and there's good shower water pressure. Warm, quiet. Good place to stay. The Vikey checkin and access, and the remote control for a lamp in the wardrobe were all firsts for these two well travelled people - not sold on the efficiency of them, but hey they were fun to try, and they work for the caring and careful owner. Every apartment has its quirks. This one is elegant and functional. Note the windows are in the lounge/kitchen and bedroom and are up high, so no view. There is also a constant drip outside the building which might drive you mad and/or have you concerned about the possible longer term water damage to the building.

• Beth (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a quiet and local neighborhood. - This is a beautiful apartment off the beaten path in Venice. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed being in a local and quiet area with a grocery store right around the corner. Our best food/wine experiences were on a canal just a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. Our host was responsive, provided easy instructions for everything, and helped to coordinate water taxis to/from the apartment (a great experience!). During our stay (9/2024) there was construction going on in the canal by the apartments. That said, it was quiet at night. There is no view from this apartment. Otherwise, everything was easy, clean, and comfortable!

It was clean and had all the necessary amenities, from dishwasher tablets to washing machine detergent to nice toiletries a d towels. It’s a bit of a walk to the biennale.

At our arrival at the station, we received a message that our appartment had some plumbing issues. But without any hassle, the host provided a nice and quick solution to a different appartment. We were received in a friendly way there. Even though we had too move around a little, both hosts made it very easy and as comfortable as possible. Even though we could shift back to Marea appt, they both provided us the choice. We weren't forced/pushed or anything. The friendly and kind host who I didn't meet, did whatever she/he could do. And that's defintely worth mentioning. Didn't stay there, but I am pretty sure, It would have been nice.
