- Montford (1/5): Absolute shi......te hole - Nothing Everything
- Robert (10/5): - Location was perfect the cottage had everything we needed would deffo use again thank you
- Kelvin (9/5): Very quirky property and I loved looking around it, I will stay longer next time to fully appreciate it - Close to amenities and easy to enter with good information provided prior to the stay Minor gripe but the shower needs some attention
- Chris (1/5): Shocked at condition wifes birthday ruined by propety condition - Only location was shocked for it to be let out in condition full on damp throughout and unclean with damaged furniture smells of urine from the bedroom and dog mess left in courtyard
Have loads of photos shocked that it looks to not be maintained
- Sawyer (9/5): Lovely stay at a lovely cottage - It was beautiful and well kept with plenty of space. Just needs a little tlc in some places
- kelly (8/5): -
- Gina (10/5): - Really good value for money
Had everything we needed
Very clean
- Jennifer (1/5): - We could not stay here as it was absolutely disgusting everywhere was dirty there was even a bottle of stale milk in fridge oh and it was made very clear people had been smoking drugs on the property there were Staines all over sofas i dread to think what they were. Damp in the bedroom holes in wall I could go on we had to get out we had a 5 month old baby with us
- Kelly (4/5): A very basic stay but budget friendly - The property is in a good location and only a few mins walk to the beach front. It sleeps 6 comfortably so suitable for larger families, something that is hard to find. The property is extremely basic. It felt unclean, the ceiling had lots of cobwebs, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, the paint is peeling off the walls, the fridge was dirty and the carpet is extremely tatty. There is nothing in the property other than beds and a few drawers, couch, coffee table and small kitchen. God a large property it feels very bare. We visited with young kids for a quick night away and it was fine for that (we literally just sort in it) but if you’re wanting something a bit more homely/ comfy/ clean, I’d look elsewhere
- Sophie (6/5): Beautiful location but needs A LOT of attention and maintenance - Bath tub was nice
Plenty of space
Fantastic location The property needs A LOT of maintenance and additions
- The shower was set on a lukewarm temperature. Definitely not hot enough for me
- Bed was extremely uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on the sofa
- no oven trays
- paint peeling off the walls
- chips on the walls
- old and mould damaged mirror in bathroom
- Internet doesn’t work unless the tv is on
- some of the blinds were missing or were too short so had to put pillows against them
- couldn’t lock the windows so could get in easily from outside
- andrew (10/5): Really enjoyable perfect place - All of it Location and price
- Graham (10/5): - The property location is excellent.
- Christina (7/5): Pleasant stay, would definitely stay again - It was clean, warm and great value for money. The shower in the main bathroom was too hot to use…. Couldn’t regulate the temperature.
- lisa (10/5): -
- stephen (2/5): Love Whitby, bed was comfy, property needs some attention and a good clean. - Location ok
Self catering so no breakfast. Not as advertised, photos not as it actually was, it felt felt very unclean,
- Phil (3/5): Won’t come here again in Whitby sums it up - Close to everything in Whitby wanted Communication was very poor . No directions how to park and Sat Nav tried to take us up a one way street . Took us ages to find somewhere to park and it wasn’t close to accommodation. Next the accommodation was in a poor state with black mould in some rooms, no internet password provided and TV was confusing to use with many channels not available, The place was rundown as though nobody cared and it was cold in most rooms at times because of the central heating settings which we couldn’t change,
- Sinead (7/5): -
- Ken (8/5): -
- Ruben (3/5): -
- Ralph (7/5): - Location and very quite nice and warm No welcome pack no information about your stay at the property no grill in the kitchen and shower very little pressure paint coming of walls (dampness)
- Smith (7/5): - plenty of space good location it's a bit run down some of the heating doesn't work making some rooms very cold and there no plugs for the lamps in the rooms, shower needs good clean as water don't come out right and that is one of the heaters that don't work so get out to a cold room
- Anne (9/5): We love this cottage - The original features of the property have been kept Shower and fire need repairing
- Rob (9/5): -
- smith (5/5): - The cottage itself had plenty of character and was close to most things The cleanliness of the place wasnt up to scratch there was stale pastry in the microwave and the oven tray wasn't desirable we dicided to eat out, the carpet was stained in the lounge i also had a clump of long brown woman's hair wrap around my foot, and the heating in all the bedrooms where stone cold and couldn't touch them as it stated not too it was freezing ,andni dont mind smoking or smokers bit the little courtyard had a fair amount of cigarette buts on the floor needs a sand ashtray or somthing
- Lizzie (10/5): Amazing stay great value for money - Location & facilities Nothing

- SARAH (10/5): Excellent stay, great facilities. The scenery, bars and restaurants were amazing and welcoming. - Location was excellent, short walk to the harbour, shops and various restaurants. The property was excellent, clean, spacious and great facilities. Exceeded all expectations. The booking of this property was hassle free, and great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be booking this cottage again in the near future. We liked everything about our stay in Starfish Cottage.
- Tony (8/5): - Everything
- Julie (4/5): Cottage - Beds were comfortable Wasn't clean, smelt musty, deco terrible, paint off wall not clean, only bed was a good point

- Leane (6/5): - Great location, Heating didn't all work so it was a bit chilly in the night
- Anne (9/5): Relaxing time away - Have been previously. Love the period building and the peace and quiet Some issues with heating and shower but heating issue resolved
- Gavin george (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Tbh liked the property but shocking state it’s in everything’s dirty carpet filthy shower broke lights broke was stranded against the cliffs wed nyt had to be rescued at sea when got back needed in property but door was Broke no battery’s in code lock was out side wet freezing so had to break window to gain accsesss they billed me straight away £75 even tho we nearly died RNLI SAID WE NEEDED TK GET HOME AND GET DRY but we couldn’t get in until breaking in place is damp walls paint peeling fire does not work blows out cold air wifi is utter shite bedroom light broke bath fills but you can’t get the plug out yard stink of dog urine played dirty cooker roasting tray still had fat in in dirty dishes dirty cups dirty very cold property it has so much potential but they obv dnt care about it sofas dirty coffee table dirty no bin bags no place to put rubbish no welcome pack to tell you were an what to do with property no plugs for the lamps are yiu supposed to take ya own plugs to the property hmmmm damp damp damp really shocked I was charged for the window like piss take tbh was told last nyt somone could not come out to sort the key code so had to break in as dogs were in the house an candles were on place could of burnt down until it is all sorted I’d avoid at all costs they dnt care about the customers staying in the cottage it really needs a good clean and painted and carpets cleaned shocked at how dirty and in disrepair Everything utter poor show the place dirty filthy alot of work to be done buying your own plugs light bulbs baking trays and other things an you couldn’t use there’s shocking place
- lynne (6/5): - Position to things around to do clean bedding fresh Mouldy inside , cigs buts in yard smell after shower in bathroom fire didn't work , no Christmas Dec's even tho it's Christmas
- Lindsey (1/5): -
- Darren (5/5): Love Whitby as said cottage needs good clean up . We have stopped in few propertie in silver street before - Good location Had trouble with key code . Property smelt of wet dogs. No light bulb in top floor bedroom .. shower overflow . Couldn’t turn shower heating down . Kitchen sink /work tops greasy . Television /wifi couldn’t connect . Lovely cottage but needs money spent on it for blinds/carpets. Needs good clean / revamp . We out most of day so was only to sleep in .
- KATHLEEN (2/5): I will never use them again - Nothing It was unclean and cold. The toilet blocked
- Joanne (10/5): - Right in the centre of whitby town, a beautiful cosy cottage and such a good price! We did not want to leave.
- Darren (8/5): -
- Julie (4/5): Dissapointing. - The location was perfect and the property was really warm. I have put in a complaint and awaiting an reply and refunds. I booked/paid for two parking passes and one pet and leading up to the stay i got few emails asking me to use a link to book pets and parking. I emailed straight away and called to say i had done this. They couldn't find the booking then emailed me to say they had found the payment for parking and pet. ON arrival there were no parking scratch cards in the property so i called again to be told i booked two pets and no parking!! Which did not happen at all i have one pet and we had two cars. Advised me to pay again on the Friday and sent me a link to complain to get a refund. No car parking passes were delivered to the property the next day as promised so we had to repeatedly pay for parking again throughout the stay. The other issue and complaint i have was the property ground floor just looked so dirty and stained that we had to buy throws to put down so our 7 month old baby could move around a little and not confined to a pram, it just looked so dirty and stained. If it was just stained then i seriously suggest getting a new one as it felt disgusting and the whole of the property smelt of cigarettes even though no smoking signs are up in the property. We had to buy air fresheners also.
- Michelle (1/5): Faulty towers/house of rising damp - Short stay to celebrate my partners new job.
There was nothing about this accommodation that I liked. Arrived at 3pm for check in and by 3:06pm I was on the phone making a complaint about the key code not working on the door.
Finally got in to the property and I was straight back on the phone to complain about How dirty the property was.
Cigarette ends piled up in the yard.
Windows filthy.
Strong sewage and damp smell.
Every wall inside the property had paint crumbling off from damp.
Carpets ripped and dirty.
Kitchen to dirty to cook in.
Fire broken.
Heaters only a couple worked.
Shower only produced boiling hot water (scalding my partners arm).
Cob webs in every corner.
Glass tables left with finger prints all over them.
Blinds dirty and didn't fit the windows, no weights in them.
Requested a full refund and I'm still waiting to hear back from them five days later.
Let booking.com know and so far been little to no help.
I will be taking this to small claims court as its unacceptable that it's still on booking.com when it's unlivable.
We cut our break short as we just couldn't bare it.
It will only allow me to add four photos but I have loads and videos.
- Pat (5/5): - Location Cob webs greasy work tops
- aaron (8/5): comfortable and spacious. lovely place too stay - cosy old style cottage, lovely fire place and old wooden features. a cast iron bath on legs was a nice touch
- Bill (10/5): Great value and location - Close to centre of town. Car park very close by.
Property had character with spacious rooms. Smart to with WiFi worked smoothly.
- David (7/5): Okay for a night. - The bedrooms and bathroom was fantastic. The location was good. The lounge was very bare, the sofas had seen better days and the place just looked unloved. All the woodwork needed a good clean.
- Kimberley (1/5): Not relaxing as intended to be. - Location was the only thing good about this property Property is extremely run down and is nothing like the pictures shown online. The property needs a complete clean and this clearly has not been done for many months. As soon as you walk in you are hit with a fusty damp smell. The shower is inadequate and basically scolds you, you wouldn’t want to cook a thing in the kitchen, the living room was dirty and you can kiss goodbye to getting a good nights sleep! The bathroom has a horrid sewage smell to top things off. We made the most of being around Whitby on our mini family break but just could not relax in the property so actually left the night before instead of suffering another night in this place. We can excuse things needed a little TLC but being unhygienic and dirty not acceptable.
- Stuart (7/5): -
- Karen (6/5): - Comfy bed. Good location. Bath had no plug, carpet filthy sofa was wet shower no power.
- Emma (10/5): Loved it - The cottage was beautiful felt like a home from home instead of a holiday home, good location such a beautiful cottage I didn't recieve my code on time however rang when was at the property and was sent it straight away, tickets I bought for parking were not in the property when arrived as they were suppose to be
- Jane (4/5): - Nice old cottage in the centre of town. Towels great Cleanliness was very poor dirt on the window corners any corner along ridges on woodwork old cobwebs dead fly windowsill.stains on couch. Broken window pane and missing door board first bedroom. The shower floor was lethal .Rubbish Internet.
One of the beds was wet when gotten into and one of the party had to sleep on the couch
- Cara (10/5): -
- Hannah (6/5): Lovely time in Whitby - The location The smell the settes not big enough for 6 people kitchen is very run down small fridge and not enough plates for family of 6
Courtyard needs a freshen up clean and be nice with a small table and chairs to be more welcoming
- Simon (8/5): A very enjoyable break - The property is a little tired decor wise but clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. Very good value for money I'd spruce up decor-wise would be my only comment. For the price it is certainly great value and is a great location
- Penny (9/5): Very special place, we got engaged here! - very quiet location, definitely a bonus! also a great location near to shops, cafes and bars.
really cosy, cute little outdoor space - perfect to put our swimming things out to dry.
clean and tidy, comfy beds. no tea towel or little spoons in the kitchen, no cloths to wipe up after ourselves.
weren't aware it was on a steep hill to/from the town but we it is do-able.
needs a little TLC but very cosy. need a new clothes airer & the wifi is odd. has a key code for entrance which is fine but might not be ideal for older visitors.
the staff weren't particularly friendly.
some confusion as send parking info with 24hrs to go but if you're wanting to apply for a permit to park you need more notice.
- Maureen (3/5): We love Whitby stayed in the Duke of York a few times which was fantastic because we were coming with friends we thought - Location near to shops Cottage needs decorating very scruffy shower was so hot could not get it to cool down upstairs top floor room paint coming off window blinds broken no light bulb in ceiling light cobwebs not clean
- Wendy (1/5): Dump!!! And now unable to contact the ownwers - Dirty oven, dangerous electrics leaking roof, dirty carpet curtains, no light bulb in bedroom blinds missing, plaster coming off walls. Husband punctured his hand on screws sticking out of the gate.
- Louise (1/5): Disgusting I’d never stay again. - Bedding looked clean, toiletries and tea/coffee provided. Was absolutely manky, I have never ever booked somewhere that I felt I couldn’t stay before and I’ve stayed away in some very bog standards rooms, this was filthy. I’d expect some dog hair because it is dog friendly however the carpet didn’t look like it had been hoovered. Mouse droppings in cupboard in the kitchen followed by slug slime, which is probably because the door has a huge gap all around the bottom and side. Hairs in the bath, the two toilets didn’t look dirty but smelt of urine; most likely needs floor replacing. The smell of dog was awful, I have two dogs and my house doesn’t smell rank like this did, the carpet felt damp too near skirting board, the paint was peeling off the walls. The one time I booked quickly and didn’t read the reviews and this happens, wish I read them I would never of booked it. We found somewhere else near by for £40 more it was lovely! Despite the bedding looking clean the frames themselves were thick with dust.
Didn’t complain at the time as would have taken far to long to get it to a good standard also seen another review who complained and they said to them there was nothing they could do.
Needs redecorating and a deep clean!
- Sarah (7/5): Cute rustic cottage in great location. - It was a cute cottage lots of space and great location Not a dislike but Struggled with shower needs instructions and top room needs airing
- Dawn (6/5): Enjoyable weekend, the accommodation needs sprucing up and general deep clean - Location and good parking Very sparse facilities in the kitchen area
- Diane (7/5): Could be so much nicer with a bit of decoration and soft furnishings but was excellent value fo - Location Very basic
- Guy (5/5): Passable - Location and price. Plaster coming of walls .needs a lot of repairs.
- David (7/5): Good -
- Joanne (4/5): Disappointing - The cost and location were great Advertised as 3 bedroom....which it was but the 3rd bedroom was an adjoining room which was not made clear through the site.
The shower was scalding with no way to make it cooler. Safety hazard!
Not clean.
If you have the privilege to have a property in this amazing location....why stop at it'll do.... when it could be amazing.
- Thegamingorange222 (6/5): Great location, however the place was dirty, would not recommend - Location Dirty, run down, broken facilities
- Donna (1/5): Do not stay, you'll be disappointed - The rustic feel to the building, but there's rustic and then there's outdated and unmaintained. This building was very much the latter. Do not recommend, do not stay.
Dirty drain smell in bathroom and yard, which permeated the whole house.
Dirty dishes/ glasses, some of which had moldy food left in them.
No tea towel/ washing up liquid abd only a dirty sponge scourer was provided, which would explain the disgusting state of the kitchenware. Good job, I brought my own. Poundland is a stone's throw away, these could be supplied very cheaply and would save a lot of complaints.
The stairs have little to no railings and are very dangerous for younger children.
A baby/child gate would be useful for the top of the steep stairs, to prevent accidents. The small landing doesn't have much negotiation between the 3 doors and the top of the stairs.
Old beds that creaked at every slight move.
Extremely uncomfortable mattresses, do not stay if you have back issues, my husband and daughter were left crippled the next and could barely walk after only one night.
Pillows smelled of perfume/ air freshener, having asthma a sensitivity to scented products, this made me ill by the morning, despite using my own pillow, the smell still lingered on the bed. There was also tears to the pillow case covers, as well.
Constant buzzing and noise from electrics that sounded like a van reversing, literally every second all through the night, I had to sleep by blocking my ears.
Old furniture, drawer knobs loose on drawers in bedroom, broken door panel to the bedroom.
Bathroom door doesn't seal or fit so people can see you while on toilet, which my 3 year old found hilarious.
Some of the spindles on the bannister for the loft bedroom were missing or very loose, making them dangerous.
Many blind slats were missing in the loft bedroom, making them unfit for purpose.
Blood on toilet seat from previous guests.
Mold and bare plaster patches where damp has been an issue, are all over the property.
'Courtyard' (yard) could do with a good scrub down to get rid of moss and to clean the...
- Josh (1/5): Absolutely disgusting property! Filthy - Nothing! It’s a disgusting property and shouldn’t be open to the public. The whole place is disgusting. It stinks of damp and dirt, we entered the property and found damp, plaster falling off the walls, dirty carpeted and floors.
The shower and sinks were covered in grime and dirt. The sofa looks like it has had animals living on it and has never been cleaned.
We immediately phoned the property owner only to be told there was nothing they could do. We diddnt stay we booked in at a hotel nearby. Totally ruined our stay.
This place should be condemned and isn’t fit for public use. Will never ever ever stay here again.
- Williams (7/5): Good - Liked the cottage Cob webs and dirty windows
- Marshall (8/5): Very good -
- Helena (1/5): Awful don’t use - NOTHING there was blood on the wall , electrical socket near bathtub that leaked not enough bedding no lights in the bedroom in attack
- Robert (9/5): Lovely spacious character property hidden away with a huge selection of restaurants take always an shop and pubs within - Spacious character property with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.Everything provided towels, toilet rolls shower gel and soap. Cigarette ends outside main entrance and the shower is too hot to stand directly under.
- Monika (8/5): Very nice cottage - In general, very nice accommodation, clean bedding, new towels, shower gel, and soap available. Coffee, tea, and milk in the kitchen. Good spot , close to local shops, pubs and sea, nice rooms, and clean bathrooms. Clear instructions from the owners how to open the door A few small details like spider webs in the living room and kitchen, and you can hear everything in the house when someone stepped on the stairs or talked in a different room.
- Ria (7/5): Perfect for us as a large family and had lovely little touches. - Beautifully rustic and the location was brilliant. It smelt of dog in certain areas, the property was clean but it did have a lingering smell of a pet being there on the couches. This was the only problem as the rest of the property was brilliant.
- Courtney (5/5): Would NOT go again! - The location of the property is great and had plenty of space for the family. The blinds weren't practical, slats different sizes and didn't cover the windows.
No washing up liquid, cleaning products or tea towels provided.
The ceiling light didn't work on the top floor.
Couldn't adjust the temperature of the shower, it was far too hot.
Travel cot sides were broken.
Outdated decor and messy.
Only 1 small tv in the whole property.
Rubbish found under beds and sofa.
The sanitary bin in the bathroom was full from previous guests.
Heating system isn't practical with young children.
Beds were very uncomfortable and pillow cases didn't stay on the pillows.
No instructions on how to use the cooker and hob.
Needs a thorough clean.
Although it's nice to have original features throughout the property, the kitchen needs an upgrade, no drawers and cupboards weren't sanitary for dishes.
I have stayed in many properties in Whitby however this is one of the worst stays.
- Gordon (7/5): Good - Great location and value for money. The shower was modern but hard to enjoy due to the water temperature. There's clearly no (or very little) cold water, you end up with a shower that's practically impossible to use. Get that sorted and the reviews will soar!
- Charlotte (7/5): Cheap and convenient. Not a holiday stay - Convenient location and a great price Odd set up. Low ceilings on the stairs and cheap furniture.
Booked for convenience. Wouldn't stay for a holiday/ multiple nights.
- Linda (3/5): The location and parking were very good. The property let it down. - The location There was a lot of issues inside the property
- Samantha (1/5): Disgusting dirty s*x stained bedding and cold needs a good clean - It was cosy but that's it The place was freezing the kids bedroom radiator didn't work, the main bedroom bedding hadn't been changed there was stains all over the sheet 🤮 we had to strip the bed to sleep in it the kids had to share our room as theirs was far too cold
- Dawn (8/5): I would stay here again now I know what it’s like I would bring everything from home to ensure all needs are met - Fantastic location - great property very authentic Not many facilities in the kitchen - beds a little uncomfortable plastic under the pillows and mattress.
Small touches no toilet roll holder - no plug in sink.
- Tracy (9/5): Superb - Liked the cottage big and spacious. Great location.8
- Vicky (8/5): Very good -
- Dwayne (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (1/5): It was that bad I never slept there. I can only add 4 photos below, but I could add 20 - Nothing, this property is absolutely filthy and The whole property wants gutting, I didn’t even take my shoes off and I never stayed here, I booked alternative accommodation . There was dirt all over floors, dust everywhere, damp and mould on the walls along with flaking paint and plaster
- Trevor (6/5): Had a nice time would rebook - Good quiet location Shower couldn't turn temperature down
- Jarvis (7/5): Good -
- Steven (7/5): Good -
- Leanne (4/5): Dissapointed - Oven was filthy had to clean it before using it which was hard because there was no dish cloth or sponge not even a tea towel no dishwasher either so how was we ment to clean up after our selfs?
There was coffee or something spilt down the walls on the staircase
The tv didn’t with had no Chanel’s
The heater didn’t work In the kids bedroom and the beds were the more uncomfortable beds
- Barbara (7/5): Overall good weekend - Clean Children’s bedroom cold , TV not working properly, wood on chairs in dinning room rough and granddaughter got 2 spells a finger
- George (5/5): Passable -
- Craig (6/5): Location very good, - Hi location was good, plenty of room, wasn't expecting tea and coffee so nice touch Couldn't turn on the TV, couldn't find wifi joining instructions, shower was very hot with no obvious was to turn down
- Antonia (5/5): Only good for location. - Bed linen and towels. Was warm. It wasn’t very clean - thick cobwebs everywhere. No dish towel or sponge to wash up. Dirty cups on the shelf. No WiFi. The shower was hot/cold couldn’t change the temp and burnt the kids so on the last day had to wash hairs over the bath. We also called the night before checkout to extend our leave time which was accepted, got woken up at 9:15 to say no and needed to be out by 10. Called the number and sorted it but ruined our morning and didn’t get the lie in before 3hr plus drive.
- Stacey (7/5): Was Nice 1 night break away - Plenty of space, perfect Location, cottage is a lovely property can feel the age of the cottage, was a pleasure staying there would like to vist again with family, Fire in front room didn't work was cold last night, Hot water ran out due to been set on a timmer having a large family hot water was a must, poor signal my network never picked up which left without Internet. Would be nice if the Telly was bigger in front room channels never loaded which left us without telly, did need a deeper clean due to alot of cobwebs on the beams, They was open cans in the draws not been cleaned, was really difficult in locating the cottage as it states no number 11 but it's not that needs to improve as we spent over half hour trying to find the cottage had to call into the office for directions. Also didn't realise when booking I got a extra fee took from my account of over £85 this wasn't stated on talking the booking out so cost alot more, Times in Arriving and leaving should be a little longer stay for the price as it only booked in for 18hr would be alot better if it was 24hr. Did find the cushions to the bed really uncomfortable.
- William (3/5): Poor - Location The cottage was covered in cobwebs, one of the beds had stains in the middle of the linen, we had to get the caretaker out to change as there was no other bedding , the attic bedroom sink dosent empty the cottage feels unloved and didn't feel clean.
We would not stop their again or recommend
- Julia (1/5): Don't go there - Nothing No WiFi, did get fixed in the end, drains smelt disgusting, no TV, sink blocked upstairs, dirty sofas. Generally unclean, cobwebs hanging down that had clearly been there a while. Very over priced for what it was
- Daisy (6/5): Ok value but shower is unusable - Great location and comfortably fits 6 and In winter off season is good value Like other review says, the shower is unusable. It was set to almost boiling water and couldn’t be moved, and I asked about it and recieved no reply, which when there’s 1 shower and 6 people staying, isn’t great. The house did smell a bit off, and the key pad wasn’t working so took ages to check in, but overall good value
- Leanne (3/5): Poor - The location Tv wasn't working
Dirty pans
- Kerrie (8/5): Great base to spend time in Whitby - Perfect location for getting around town and seeing the beautiful sights Whitby had to offer.
- Stuart (5/5): Cottage needs walls to be painted the yard could be cleaned to make it more appealing - Good location On arrival opened the fridge freezer
It had not been cleaned
Property photos are out of date in my view as walls really need a coat of paint in the living room marks looked like damp
Bathroom locks don’t work door handles need replacing
- Jon (5/5): Passable -
