By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Sonnette (9/5): - Lovely home with great facilities. Quiet setting and relaxing space. Had an amazing time with family.
Taylor (8/5): It was a lovely house, it was a great stay, just a few things need to be worked on and it would be an excellent stay! Ha - It was a good location, it was a nice place, nice furniture - Range hood was dripping oil, very dirty, we cleaned it so there wasn’t oil dripping into our food whilst cooking - The light doesn’t work on the range hood either - There was a dirty tissue on the dining room floor when we walked in - There needs to be a number on the gate, and probably stipulate in the check in email that there is a gate, as it was a bit confusing to find - Specify that there is stuff in the house, food in the kitchen, that we can use/can’t use, as it’s very uncertain what we can and can’t touch, we didn’t touch anything cause we weren’t sure - There was hair in one of the beds - The vaccum was full of dirt and stuff - There was no tv channels? So couldn’t watch normal tv - For a longer booking with multiple people I think extra toilet paper should be left there I also think it should be stipulated in the booking requirements that cleaning needs to be done upon leaving
Cristina (8/5): Very good - The fence kept our dog safe and happy. Big screen smart TV but no wifi. Television viewing was not possible. This property listed free wifi as a part of the booking.
Vincent (4/5): Disappointing - Good size house and tidy. Decent fence. We paid additional for linen- $30, and only got a doona cover. No sheets, no towels, no pillow cases. Had to get out own, which defeated the point of paying for linen. The toilet also had leak at the back and the bathroom had a bad smell to it.
Caitlin (7/5): Good - A good secure yard, great location close to cowes. Kitchen and living area was good! There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom the whole we were there. We had to open windows while we were out other wise we wouldn't come back and it would smell shocking. The TV screen didn't work (had no antenna) and no wifi. Outdoor photos of property are very different to what you see when you get there.
