• ALIZA (9/5): - Nice studio, comfortable and clean. Property just like the photo shown in the website. Easy to find foods, convenience store and self service laundry located at the ground floor of the property. Well maintain studio and only residents allowed to enter with access card provided. Enjoyed our 4 nites stay and will repeat if happen to be in Kota Bahru again.

• Norzeana (8/5): Value for money - Lokasi yang menarik. Mudah untuk makan-makan. Ada pasar malam betul2 belakang hotel & pasar pagi depan hotel (setiap jumaat rasanya) Kedai mkn byk berdekatan. Kopitiam bangunan yang sama. Utk kami yg local ni sgt sesuai utk staycation jalan jalan cari makan. Bilik sesuai utk bertiga kalau lebih tak sesuai.

• NUR ATIKAH (8/5): - Sangatlah sesuai utk family kecil. Ruangnya sgt luas, bersih, selesa dan facilities yg lengkap seperti rumah. Mempunyai microwave, pinggan, sudu garpu, gelas dan lain2 yg basic things di dapur. Mempunyai ruang yg mudah, luas dan bersih utk solat dan ruang makan yg selesa. Trima kasih byk2. InsyaAllah akan repeat lg bila datang sini. Bilik air bersih dan luas. Bilik air blh improve sikit. Perlu letak water heater. Sabun mandi perlu direfill.

• AZMAN (7/5): A fairly good stay. - The studio is among the better maintained units in the complex, and I appreciate that the host/owner tries to make it as hospitable as possible for the guests. The general wear and tear within the unit, and the hot shower that was never hot.

• Luc (2/5): Appartement avec du potentiel mais avec un réel manque d'entretien, limite insalubre. Cafard de 10cm - L'appartement était bien equipé en soit, A/C, television, deux lits et une salle de bain bien agencée et spacieuse L'humidité ambiante dans l'immeuble et dans l'appartement, une odeur atroce pour cacher celle de l'humidité, le gecko dans la chambre en rentrant (impossible de le retrouver pour le faire sortir, il a dormi sous le lit), les cafards de la taille d'une main se baladant au milieu de la nuit ( on a dormi la lumière allumé, c'est pas habituel de dormir avec des bêtes pareilles chez nous). L'appartement pourrait avoir du charme, mais il manque réellement des travaux de rénovations pour que le confort soit réel, pour moi l'odeur est juste un camouflage d'une légère insalubrité. N'allez pas chercher d'où vient l'odeur, vous seriez déçu.
