We arrived and a used socks was left inside the shoe cabinet. There are also make up marks by the wall inside the bathroom area. A splashed drink mark has been seen by the wall inside the room. Dust is also present.

Francisco (4/5): aceptable - lo que me gusto es la ubicacion, cera de un 7 eleven, un supermercado, tiendas y un mcdonals lo que no me gusto es que esta suco con pelos en el piso y en el refrigerador. Además de que no pudimos llegar antes por que estaban limpiando y estaba todo sucio y los futones estaban con manchas. Y es mas pequeño de lo que se ve en las fotos, si son varias personas no podrán abrir maletas mas de 1 a la vez.

Oscar Leon Hernandez (3/5): The apartment was in a safe neighborhood. - It gave me the experience of living in a Japanese apartment. The property admin was very helpful. The lift was ample. 1. There was no clothes dryer and no instructions included in the Home Manual and property introduction in booking.com. 2. Osaka is by and large a quiet city but the noise from vehicles could be heard even though the windows were shut and not in a main road. 3. The Pillows were too flat. 4. The room was too cold even though the AC’s temperature was set to 30 degrees Celsius. 5. The instructions to enter the building and the room could be improved. 6. There was a bad smell in the outside hallway in my floor. 7. The battery in the building’s lock and room’s lock run out and it was disturbing.
YI CHUN (4/5): 住五天晚上，地點位置好，但是兩大兩小太擠。 - 詢問業者問題都無法幫忙解決有些東西無法使用（鍋子許多刮傷）棉被許多毛屑導致過敏入睡不易房間寫可以再放兩個床鋪但是實際上無法放有洗衣機但是沒地方曬衣服年底住宿連續五晚上，價格一晚大約要五千台幣..可以去找其他更好的飯店。中途無法退房退款，房間敘述與實際狀況不符合感覺很糟糕。

When we arrived we could instantly smell cigarette smoke, after being there for a few minutes we began to feel sick from the smell, we had to book another hotel, and this place isn’t issuing a refund.

Fitos (5/5): A little dissapointing - Location was nice. Room was comfortable. Cleaning. There is no dust in the streets but room was dusty, we were shocked a little. There was an extra blanket and pillows on the floor in a covering, we thouhgt it's for us but when i looked inside it was dirty. Most probably the ones from previous guests but why was them in the room beside our bed we did not figure out. So it was a little confusing stay. And the keys. It was on the floor, not in the fence like they say and it took an hour in freezing cold to find it in the dark.

Host is very nice and helpful! We feel that the house a bit too cold, not as warm despite the heater was on. we travelling during winter season.

Easily able to go to Dotonbori area for meals, and can easily access different train stations to get around Osaka. The place doesn't include Wi-Fi we could connect to (though we should've looked for this when booking). Also, mobile connection in the room can be spotty at times.
