• Charise (6/5): Loved Zermatt. Disappointed with the responsiveness of this owner. - The location, cleanliness, flower garden Contacted the owner that there was a 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, the hand soap container was 1/2 full. He told me I had to stay more than 2 days to get more toilet paper. Even though the pictures on Booking.com show it fully supplied. The owner stated the pictures are not meant to be an actual depiction. He promised to have paper towel dropped off which never happened. The bunk beds are metal so if someone rolls over the creek.

• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Location was ideal. Grocery store is close and lift/bus stop to lifts was close. Easy to walk to any restaurant or shop. Cozy spot for a family of four. A coat tree at the front would have been nice for hanging winter jackets.

• Peiying (10/5): best stay in switzland and definitely want to book again - so cozy and feels like home i even feel i am not in foreign country best staying experience in switzerland! the matterhorn is visible just outside the house bed and duvet are comfortable near the station and just across from decathlon supermarket is so closed and you can buy all you need inside with reasonable prices if there is tissue for daily use would be better wifi is not so strong

• Angela (9/5): I would highly recommend this place. - It is a very nice apartment, they rent the first floor , left side. It has everything you need for your staying, it was super nice that we could cook and they have everything accommodated so you can feel it like a home. It is very close to restaurants and shops and only 5 mins walking from the train station. the bunk beds are very uncomfortable and noisy.

• Fazrul (9/5): Great Stay in Zermatt - Everything was great. Location was very central. Close to almost everything. The grocery store close to it was very convenient as we cook food ourselves daily. We stayed at the lowest part of the accomodation. It has a nice outdoor seating area. Althought the place a bit small but comfortable and cosy. Overall good experience with this place. Would highly recommend
