- Comfort (10/5): A HOME - I stayed at this property for one week. The room was exceptionally spacious with high ceilings and large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. It was spotless and well-maintained. The facility featured a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage, as well as an elegant dining area designed for comfort and style. The bathroom was outstanding, with a spacious walk-in shower, modern fixtures, and luxurious finishes. Overall, it felt like a welcoming and comfortable home. Nothing. I loved everything. Very quiet and warm.

- Joe (7/5): Served a purpose. Did the job. - Good location, cheap. Came up for Ozzy Osbourne show and it more than served a purpose for us. Really close to Villa Park. Bed was comfy. Water pressure. Upstairs bathroom didn’t even have water at times. Shower in middle bathroom is broken and no hot water. No bin in bedroom.

- Ajay (1/5): Stay away disgusting place - Greeted by dirty old bedsheets on my 1st night, was given clean but old sheets when complained, there was faeces all over the bathroom mat where someone had decided to shit themselves and again on the 1st floor landin, dirty bathrooms, , dodgy guests slamming doors all night, very nosy cleaner when I asked him to check the bad condition of the room, it's located in a nice area but is a total rip off, I advise everyone to stay away, the owner is making g a lot of money but doesn't care about this shit hole, it's a joke.

- Afzal (1/5): Bad - I liked nothing about this place The room smells the bedsheets awefull no duvet provided I had booked this place for four night could not even spend 1 night as bedsheets were not changed and really poor hygiene no duvet was provided bed was awefull. At the time taking shower I had shampoo over my head and shower turned off due to someone turned the tap downstairs. It's not a place to live... feels more like homeless people place. I highly would not recommend this place to any decent person good luck with your stay here if you've booked. Have fun

Skylight window covered in mould to the point where it was black and no light coming through. Paintwork pealing off the walls. Broken and dirty blinds. Broken and exposed wall socket. Dirty, and burn marked carpet. Old, flat and extremely uncomfortable mattress. Couldn’t wait to check out of the property. An all round disgusting place to stay. DO NOT BOOK. A complaint to the HSE has been logged.

Lidl The rooms are always cold , we tried to boost the heater gas but always without positive effect. I was freezing , all the time.. it was rather unfortunate. Especially in the early morning, the room was always cold. .
