• Peter (8/5): Heel gezellig huisje en perfecte uitvalsbasis - Het is een heel gezellig ingericht huisje waarbij aan alles gedacht is. Twee fijne badkamers zodat je elkaar niet in de weg loopt. Het dorp is op en top Cotswolds. Het huisje ligt aan een vrij drukke weg waardoor je de ramen van slaapkamers ‘s nachts eigenlijk wel dicht moet houden vanwege het geluid.

Délicate attention a notre arrivé avec Mousseux , café ,etc. Informations pertinentes dans le cahier de notre hôtesse. Les chambres situées sur deux niveaux avec sb a sont supers pour deux couples ,nous avions vraiment notre intimité . mon mari et moi avions la chambre des maîtres, la suite devrais-je dire magnifique!

De cottage praktischer en vooral comfortabeler dan voorgesteld. Alles is schoon en sfeervol met eigen privacy, alles doet het. Een omgeving met prachtige vergezichten en sterk wisselende heuvelachtige landschappen. Dit gecombineerd met prachtige rustieke dorpen en plaatsjes als in de rustieke Cotswolds. Een warm welkom vanaf de eerste seconde. Het zijn die kleine dingen die een verblijf bijzonder maken en je een goed gevoel geven naast de snelle en prettige communicatie met eigenaresse Kim. Niets.

The beds were comfortable and having the luxury of laundry in the home was a big plus. The home delivered everything we hoped for.

The dining area extension has been built tastefully and provides a lovely light and airy addition. Excellent destination for 2 couples. Hard to find anything not to like! Parking was no problem for us but presumably could be an issue in high season?

Highly reccomend. - We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kim's charming cottage, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Right from the get-go, Kim was incredibly hospitable, informing us that our room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a lovely bonus. Her insightful recommendations, including a must-visit to the 8 Bells, added a personal touch to our stay. The cottage itself boasted an array of tour books and guides on the area, which we enjoyed perusing during our time there. The ambiance of the cottage was warm and inviting, thanks to an abundance of warm lighting, electric candles, and a cozy electric fireplace in the sitting room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, with each bedroom presenting a unique character and charm. The outdoor space, complete with an indoor seating area and a quaint outdoor table and chairs, offered a serene spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Our winter visit was made all the more comfortable with the in-floor heating - a feature we greatly appreciated. We were impressed by the fully stocked kitchen, which even included pods for laundry, demonstrating the thoughtful touches that Kim has put into the place. Although we didn't need to use the laundry facilities this time, it was nice to know the option was there. The cottage's location in the heart of a lovely town only added to our wonderful experience. Its proximity to parking and ease of access for walking around made our stay convenient and enjoyable. Our stay at Kim's cottage was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay. Thank you, Kim, for facilitating a memorable trip for my family! A minor note for future guests: remember to bring your shampoo, as it's not provided in the showers. However, this was easily remedied with a quick trip to the local pharmacy.

Parking on the side street wasn’t an issue, we were able t - We loved the location, just off the high street in Chipping Campden, close enough to some lovely welcoming pubs, cafes, restaurants and bespoke shopping. We found the property to be perfect in every way, beautifully furnished, a lovely well equipped modern kitchen and a great dining area with access to a small patio garden. The beds were so comfy and the rooms tastefully decorated, lots of nice touches and attention to detail. Couldn’t find any faults with the property. Everything was easy to find and operate.

The recent renovation was beautiful, thoughtful and so comfortable. The decor was lovely, the place was spotless, and the guest book was the most thoughtful compilation - telling you directions for how to find anything you needed, room by room, and how to use all of the appliances. Kim was such an attentive host via chat, checking in to be sure we were doing ok and whether or not we needed anything. My family enjoyed evenings out on the beautiful patio with the Italian lights twinkling, breakfasts in the sunny dining room, and comfortable beds for sleeping. The High Street of Chipping Campden is just a minute's walk away, and being able to stroll to the co-op for groceries, to restaurants, and any shops was just a delight. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and warmly recommend to all of my friends - my only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer.

Took us ages to find the cutlery - entirely our fault as we didn't read the welcome pack - we turned it into a game whenever a new member of the group arrived.

Everything you could ask for in a visit to Chipping Campden. The stairs are a bit steep, but definitely a small trade off or such a great spot.

Chipping Campden is by far one of the prettiest towns we saw with plenty of spots for shopping, eating and drinking. The host of the cottage was very friendly, checking we arrived okay and that we enjoyed our stay on the last day whilst being available should we have needed her. The TV was hard to operate mainly because it wasn't set-up with subscriptions to Netflix for example. But we did manage to find things to watch, important because we had a 5 year old and I wanted to watch the news and weather.
