• Roselyn (10/5): Best stay in Phuket town - From the moment we arrived Pe Ta received us with a lovely smile and welcomed us to her house, the property is a very local neighbourhood with all the stores you need at a short walk, the bathrooms in the rooms are in need of a refresher but we did not care much as most of our days were filled outside of the property. Pe Ta helped us to arrange transportation and anything else we needed, she even arranged breakfast to go on our day of departure, really she has been the highlight of our stay in Phuket! We will return in a heartbeat to this property! All was FANTASTIC

• Mario (1/5): Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Ausschreibung und darf so nicht angeboten werden. - Die Gastgeberin machte zuerst einen freundlichen Eindruck. Sie bot uns einen Parkplatz an. Die Unterkunft wird als Ferienhaus angeboten. Aufgrund dessen hatte ich sie gebucht weil ich auch Platz zum Arbeiten brauche. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus dass es sich um ein sehr einfaches Dachgeschoß Studio handelt. Die Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen. Die Deckenhöhe ist so niedrig dass ich nicht aufrecht gehen konnte. Das Bad ist ganz einfach und ohne Spiegel. Wir suchten uns eine andere Unterkunft, stornierten diese und sprachen am nächsten Morgen mit der Gastgeberin so dass sie es anderweitig vermieten konnte. Wir baten wenigstens um eine teilweise Rückerstattung. Das wurde abgelehnt.

We had opportunity to get a breakfast every morning. The hotel is located within the pick-up zone of many tours. A bit located out of the center of Phuket town, not a lot to do within a walking distance but you feel more local vibes

• Sonia (10/5): From now on, every trip to Phuket will include a stay at Baan Ratchapruek! - The whole of the property was beautiful, from the original wooden architecture to the art and sculptures decorating the lobby. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, Thai specialties and coffee which were encouraged to enjoy each day. Our host was absolutely amazing also - arranged tours and transport for us at great prices. Not only that, when I suffered an injury that required a hospital trip she accompanied me to hospital to make me feel more comfortable and help if anything needed translating. She really went above and beyond and I appreciated it so much. From now on, every trip to Phuket will include a stay at Baan Ratchapruek! Nothing. An amazing stay - our host made us feel like family!

Прекрасные владельцы, сразу создается ощущение что приехал к старым друзьям. Всё необходимое в пешей доступности. На первом этаже бесплатная вода, печеньки, по утрам еще и фрукты/тайский завтрак. Есть своя парковка для байков. Искренне рекомендую!

• Milan (10/5): - I cannot recommend this place enough! The rooms are beautiful, featuring an authentic Thai style that feels so much better than any soulless luxury resort. Everything was spotless, perfectly clean, and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic. But the real highlight is the staff—they are hands down the best people I have ever met in hospitality. We had an emergency where another booking fell through, and they literally saved our trip. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with absolutely everything, even things they didn't have to do. It is rare to see such genuine care for guests these days. They fully deserve their high rating, and I am happy to confirm it. Thank you for everything!

• Deniss (6/5): Good place, if the bathroom is improved, we will come again! - the host very hospital and gentle, she offered us some local and very delicious dishes for breakfast. the room was huge the cleanliness in the bathroom was to improve, for example on the shelves. P-trap strongly reccomended to avoid sewer smell. the shower has also to be improved, because at the moment it can be fixed in only one position, which brings all the water towards the door and leaks out in the salon. the shower drain also has to be cleaned.

Please go to this local restaurant “ Mee Talad Kwang Phangnga “ THE BEST ONE !!! First, our room was not ready for the check in time. When we came back to the agreement time when the room was supposed to be ready. The room was not ready again and she tried to put us in a room with singles bed, after saying no, we went to the room with balcony. Worst possible room, a lot of noises coming from the street The following day we moved to our room, but because of this inconvenience we lost the first afternoon and the next morning with waiting for the room + moving to the next one. Our new room, the one with no balcony is amazing, far away from the street noise. Really quiet, but the owner received family for the holiday days and the staff room was on the third floor. They didn’t respect at all the quiet time. We went to talk to her a few times, and every time she resolved our problem. But it was a little awkward to ask her to avoid the noise after 11PM. After her family left, we stated to have a good time in the hotel. We stayed in total 6 nights. It’s not worthy the price, rooms are smaller than in the pictures.

Elle peut être disponible pour vous préparer un circuit, un tour, elle connaît toutes les bonnes adresses, les restaurants, salons de massage de qualité…. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des spécialités thaïlandaises. Chambre propre. C’est une bonne adresse, au calme. Son frère et sa sœur son supers accueillants aussi. Merci. J’ai tout aimé.

• Shamees (9/5): 5 nights stay - We stayed here for 5 nights.The host was very kind and well behaved.We arranged our tours through her.The location is so peaceful and away from busy roads.The host gave us light breakfast everyday which was sufficient for all 5 of us.The host upgraded us to another room with connecting room which had an extra washroom and awesome view,which was a thoughtful gesture.Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the ambience of the rooms is just awesome with traditional wooden interiors. One washroom had wierd smell when it was raining.The other washroom was fine.

Every morning we were treated to a free breakfast with coffee, tea, natural honey, fresh fruits, and a delicious variety of homemade Thai dishes. Everything was full of flavor and prepared with love. Despite our late-night arrival, the host kindly stayed up to welcome us and even let us choose between two rooms—one of which was a free upgrade from our original booking. This thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly welcome from the start. The hospitality was outstanding, with free coffee, water, and a variety of breakfast foods provided daily. The host was extremely friendly, always available with helpful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. While the location wasn’t the most central, the host gave us great tips for the surrounding area, allowing us to make the most of our time in Phuket. Overall, a fantastic stay with warm and thoughtful service—highly recommended!
