• Réka (3/5): Nice-looking, but very smelly place; not suitable for sleep, has only one bedroom - Great location, modern design, friendly owner The place smells really bad, officially it’s non-smoking, but in practice it’s for smokers as well, and the odor is very much there. There was no proper bedding, and the blanket had cigarette-burns in it. The curtain was dirty, the bathroom as well a bit, and it also smelled bad. Towels were old and rough, very overused. The led lights in both rooms had loud adapters which made me unable to rest and sleep the first night, thankfully it got solved for the second night. The place only has one bedroom despite being advertised as having 2.

Sve pohvale za vlasnicu, preljubazna je i uvijek na usluzi ako šta treba. Zamolila sam ako mogu sat vremena kasnije izaci iz apartmana i bez pogovora je pristala. Svakako ću se opet vratiti. ☺️ /
• Stjepan (4/5): Misleading listing – Only 1 bedroom, dirty, and extremely noisy - Good location and easy access to the apartment. It is advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment, but there is only 1 bedroom. This is false advertising. Beyond the room count, the condition of the apartment was poor: Heavy Smoke Odor: The entire place has a powerful, lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke that made the stay very unpleasant and felt unhealthy. Cleanliness: The apartment was clearly not cleaned properly. Surfaces were dusty and the overall hygiene was subpar. Constant Mechanical Noise: There is building infrastructure (likely a pump or HVAC system) located directly beside the bedroom wall. It creates a constant, loud industrial hum and vibration that never stops, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

• Nenad (9/5): Ugodno i veoma prihvatljivo mesto, sa dobrom komunikacijom ka centralnom gradskom jezgru! - Sve je bilo u skladu sa dogovorom, veoma jednostavna komunikacija, vrlo predusretljiva vlasnica. Smještaj čist, uredan, sve odogovara opisu i stanju kao na slikama. Sve preporuke!! Nadam, se da će parking oko objekta uskoro biti urađen, tako da će biti još više prostora za vozila budućih korisnika

• Čapková (6/5): - Lokalita,čistota Komunikace s majitelem. Pobyt byl nabízen pro 4osoby,ve skutečnosti byl pouze pro 2osoby,spali jsme na gauči zabalený v prosteradle,neměli jsme čím přikrýt.Nikdy více a za ty peníze už vůbec ne.

• Goran_BA (9/5): - Odličan stan, ipak ne preporučujem ga za boravak više od dvije osobe. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena posuđem, uređajima i ostalim potrepštinama. Parking je besplatan oko zgrade, iako se trenutno rekonstruiše dio parkinga, uspjeli smo naći mjesto.

• Manuel (7/5): Made the best of it for the one night we stayed! - It was close to the city center, restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was described as having 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Three of us arrived had only one bed and the other two had to modify couch and coffee table and pillows to be able to sleep 2 more people. Can't say it was the most comfortable stay !

The lady said she didnt know it was listed as 2 bedrooms. When i showed her the picture she offered to return the money but it was too late for us to look for another apartment.

• Goran_ba (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located a short walk away from a large park (Bundek) which suited us perfectly. Communication with the host was easy and helpful, she was more than ready to answer all our questions, or solve any problems (not that we had any). The apartment is newly furnished and equipped with everything you could need on a short stay. The area around the building is safe to walk around and it usually has a lot of parking spots to park your vehicle (free of charge). There was no fridge in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a block, in a good area, where there are parking spaces with video surveillance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. On booking it says that the apartment has 2 bedrooms, but in reality it has only 1 bedroom. They should work a little more on cleaning.

• Gorana (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was PERFECT. Perfectly clean, spacious and had all we need. Environment is so green and quiet. Tijana was the most beautiful and most helpful host I ever had. Next time I will definitely stay in Rayyan apartment.

We were traveling as 4 adults, 2 had to sleep on the couches. Bath towels were very small, no microwave, not enough crockery for 4 people.

• Wassim (10/5): Wonderful host and great value for the money - Newly renovated, feels like home It’s missing a washing machine for longer stays, mini bar may be good to eat on but not to work from, especially for 2.

Not much to look at in the local area, but supermarket very close (20m) from apartment. Host provided with single use shower gels, shampoos, body lotion in the bathroom and instant coffee in the kitchen. Description of the apartment says that it has 2 bedrooms with couples beds and a living room with 2 sofas. But the apartment only includes one bedroom and one foldable sofa in the living room. Duvet had weird brown stains on it and there were not enough duvets/blankets for 4 people.

• Lynette (6/5): This is only a one bedroomed place for 2 people - The apartment has been nicely renovated, the furnishings are new, nice bathroom. The owners who checked us in were friendly and accommodated us at short notice. 3 of us are traveling together. The listing clearly states that it is a 2 bedroomed apartment with two beds and 2 sofa beds. I took it for this reason, because most other places only had one bedroom, with one bed and one sofa bed. However, the apartment only had one bed and one sofa, and the bedroom is really small. There is a bar fridge, but not a refrigerator. There were only plates for two people, and the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. The beds were not made up. It was fine for one night, but the reality was not as described in the listing.
