Je n'ai mis que 9 au lieu d'un 10 qui aurait été mérité si la chambre était mieux isolée de la lumière. La porte est vitrée et sans rideau. Donc c'est dérangeant. Les rideaux côté rue ne sont pas isolants non plus. Donc lumière non stop. J'avais le masque récupéré sur le kit lors de mon vol en avion, et ai donc sans problème paré à ce problème.

• Ian (1/5): Tired and dangerous - N/a I worked around the noise issue from other posts by purchasing noise cancelling earbuds. At 10% volume the headphones would eliminate all road noise. Perfect. However, when I set the earbuds at 100% I could clearly hear the music from the nail salon which was playing at full volume from early on in the morning until night (lessens during the day when customers are there). Even if they set it at half the volume it would have been acceptable, fyi, their operating hours at 0800 -2200, so your sleep schedule on your holiday has been set and you need to stick to it. Exposed wires in the cold shower and the removal of the fire alarm, which is a recipe for disaster. disappointing experience resulting in leaving the country 1 week early.

• Sarah Merel (6/5): You get what you pay for — watch out for hard bed - - Location was good - Central but quiet enough - Easy self check in and personal code for door was handy - mostly clean, spacious - the bed is so hard, I could barely sleep and was in pain - the AC is very loud and makes annoying noises - the window is not connected to an outside facing wall, but to a hallway where people are passing, so if you want privacy you need to keep the curtains closed and have no daylight as a result - the whole room illuminates when people turn on the light in the hallway - odd smell in the bathroom - other guests were so loud I couldn’t sleep at all one night

• Mihrican (8/5): - Das unkompliziertevCheck-In. Ich habe kein Personal gesehen. Habe lediglich Codes für beide Eingäne bekommen und es hat geklappt. Es war sauber mit Kühlschrank , Tisch und Stuhl.. Tolle Lage. Hauptsächl. Einhrimische Das Fenster konnte man nicht richtig schließen, dadurch war es z.T. laut. Mein Zimmer hatte kein Balkon oder Terasse :) Einige andere Zimmer hatten das Vergnügen.

Hallway light frequently illuminated the room at night through the door's opaque windows. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Larger towels could be provided.

• Garrett (9/5): Location, Space, Staff - The room is spaceous, the shower has hot water, the closet and refrigerator seem brand new, the warm night light is easy on the eyes. We were able to walk around at night and find plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. Felt like the studio is in the heart of the action. The staff went above and beyond. I arrived early and they allowed me to drop my bags. The housecleaning lady is very friendly, and answered my questions through Google translate as best as she could. I liked her enthusiasm. The bathroom had an odd smell that we couldn't get rid of. The noise of the city leaks in through the walls. The bed was a bit stiff for our preference.

Communication with the owner was quick and easy and this has to be one of the best food areas in the city. Will 10/10 stay here again!

The only problem was they lost an expensive merino sock when I paid for laundry. Luckily I was talking to another guest as they were checking out and it turned out it was in their washing! If it wasn't for that I'd give a perfect score, but of course these mistakes do happen.

• Cha (8/5): It was comfortable for a short stay. - I like how clean the place was. No sound proofing, so the noise from the road and from the stairs are so loud.
• Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Had a really nice stay at Saigonese Studio. It was clear from entering that the owner really cares about the guest experience and has really tried to think of everything that would make the stay as comfortable as possible. Not only that but my communication with Linh (the owner) was so pleasant. She is so nice, friendly and always willing to help. Even the housekeeper is so nice and always with a smile. Location is great in the heart of district 3. Very close to the Tân Định Market and walking distance to some of the most incredible street foods Saigon has to offer ! And just a short Grab ride to the famous district 1. I highly recommend staying at Saigonese Studio.

Slightly noisy at night with the road but that’s the reality of being in a good location. The curtains weren’t black out so it was quite light in the room at night with a bright external light in the alley getting through.

But the marketing was not accurate at all. The "courtyard view" is just a window that opens to a storage room. There is no natural light, and not even any fresh air in the room. It's like walking into a dark box. I would have never booked the room if I knew it was this dark, because I work online and need to actually spend time in the room.

• Anagabi. (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything. It was visible that the owner arranged that place according to his/her traveling experiences as we had all we needed. There are even eco-friendly tooth brush, tooth paste. So happy we experienced it there. The fragrances of the shampoo and body wash are amazing. It's a busy area, so it's important to know before booking that there are drivers honking day and night.

• Nguyen (8/5): Great stay but a bit noisy - The room is clean, AC works well. The room size is just the right. I like the bath room with separated bath area and strong water pressure. If you have stayed at some other homestay in Vietnam you will know how important the strong water pressure is. Self check in and out with no meet up with the owner or his staff was easy and effortless. The place is nearby to great food area as well and coffee shop. It's noisy. No sound insulation at all. You hear outside and inside noise loud and clear.

• Emmily (10/5): Exceptional - Really quick and easy communication with the host. Problems were resolved super quickly. AC, TV, hot water, fridge, everything worked perfectly. Lots of food options and mini marts close by. The vibe felt really authentic and exciting. Not necessarily a bad thing, but should be aware: there’s a lot of karaoke/loud music going on in the mornings and afternoons. Not everyday and it was actually pretty funny, but you definitely need ear plugs if you want to sleep in.

We appreciated little touches like bottles of filtered water in the fridge for our arrival. Good communication from the owner. Road will be noisy at night for light sleepers but we were fine. A bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling, but otherwise a spotless place.

The tv has YouTube and Netflix and the balcony is a really nice touch with all the flowers. Honestly nothing. Just note they don’t have a lift so you need to walk up the stairs. Also it is behind a salon but it’s easy.
