Relativ ruhig für die Lage, bequemes Bett, gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine. Parkplatz für 5€/Nacht direkt vor der Tür, allerdings sehr enge Einfahrt. Super enges Bad (Max. 3 m2). Man muss in der Dusche stehen, wenn man sich die Hände wäscht.

No elevator, it wasnt a problem for us. But if you are disabled or have some injury on your leg, consider this.

Plus the room was not cleaned well, and I found many hair in the bathroom. The owner, was kind and she gave me back the payment in cash. But I had to move on new one imediately

Wir wurden per WhatsApp aufgefordert unsere Reisepässe per Foto zu schicken, was wir bislang noch bei keiner Unterkunft machen mussten. Nach Ankunft musste nochmals ein Formular mit Kreditkartendetails etc. per WhatsApp versendet werden. Aus unserer Sicht etwas too much, insbesondere da Booking.com über diese Daten bereits verfügt - Parkplatzsituation. Man muss vorher reservieren und hierfür extra zahlen (darauf wurde zumindest bei unserer Buchung nicht hingewiesen). Nur als Hinweis (keine Kritik): Parkplätze sind in sehr engem Hinterhof - Kaffeemaschine ist ausgelaufen

• Ralf (10/5): Wenn ich eine Unterkunft mit ihn den Urlaub nehmen könnte würde es diese sein - Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung, u.a. eine Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver. Es gibt im Haus wohl auch kleinere Apartments. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen, das Geschirr und Besteck neu und geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Ebenso sind die Möbel modern und das Bett ist gut. Man würde es weit länger aushalten als die 2 Nächte, die wir Zeit hatten. Die Lage ist hervorragend mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Unter den Apartments im Haus gibt es eine Bar, die mit den Apartments zusammen gehört. Dort findet man immer Ansprechpartner falls notwendig. Ebenso kann man dort für 7€ ein Frühstück dazu buchen. Es gibt kein Buffet, sondern 3 Varianten, aus denen man auswählen kann, die dann morgens frisch zubereitet werden. Dabei gibt es auch albanische Spezialitäten. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, dauert aber in der Zubereitung etwas länger. Nichts für Leute, die es eilig haben.

• Farina (8/5): Für Tirana eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. - Die Apartments waren sehr gut gelegen in einem schönen Viertel von Tirana. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Toll war auch der Parkplatz, um unseren Mietwagen abzustellen. Zudem war unser Apartment groß und wir hatten einen Balkon. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Da das Haus versetzt in zweiter Reihe zur Straße liegt, war es sicher ruhiger als in erster Reihe aber man hört die Autos trotzdem etwas. Der digitale check in lief reibungslos und wir konnten das Apartment selbst beziehen. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war auch sehr gut. Das Haus hat eher eine schlechte Isolierung, es war sehr hellhörig, wodurch man die Nachbarzimmer gut hören konnte. Die Küche war dürftig ausgestattet, für das nötigste hat es gereicht. Das Bad sehr klein, vor allem wenn man groß ist kann immer nur eine Person sich darin aufhalten.

I loved this place and it will always be my pick in Tirana. The balcony, bathroom and bed comfort were all great. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

I've come here many times and will always return! - It's clean, convenient location but still quiet as it is set back from the main road, there is free parking - the apartment style gives me a little home away from home, I love being able to unpack and put my clothes away and there is a washing machine so that is super helpful too. Good lighting options too which is important to me, and a balcony from my room which I really liked. The addition of a kettle would be nice - there might have been one floating about but I did not ask, so perhaps they do have one available if you ask. But aside from that it's great.

• Ohad (7/5): Despite these small issues, the stay was pleasant overall thanks to the great location and the host’s excellent service. - The location was excellent, and the host was extremely kind, helpful, and very service-oriented. The apartment facilities were good and made the stay comfortable. Parking was a challenge – it must be reserved in advance, but this wasn’t mentioned on Booking. Luckily we initially found a spot, but later it was taken. The host couldn’t resolve it directly but kindly directed us to a nearby parking lot and compensated us, which was very thoughtful. Another downside was that the toilet is placed right next to the washing machine, which felt a bit inconvenient.

Since the location is not directly on the street it is very quiet. It did not have a balcony, it is more like a space outside before you walk into the apartment. It didn’t bother us really I just find it worth mentioning.
• Hanna (9/5): Gute für einen Citytrip - Gute Lage mit Parkplatz mitten in Tirana.. Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr hellhörig, als die Nachbarn geduscht haben. Hacken für Duschhandtücher wären sinnvoll.

Goed contact met personeel via whatsapp. Parkeerplek aanwezig ookal hadden we niet gereserveerd (moet eigenlijk wel). Je betaalt er niet extra voor. We konden de koffer bij uitchecken nog in de luggage room zetten, zodat we de stad nog even in konden. Hotel heeft voor ons een taxi geboekt naar het vliegveld terug, erg fijne service! Badkamer niet helemaal schoon, nog haren en shampoo flesjes van vorige personen in de douche.

Schöne Atmosphäre , großer Balkon, alles war nett mit Liebe, Sinn und Verstand eingerichtet Nur ein Tip! Bei soviel Platz, wären ein paar wandhaken und eine kofferbank schön!

• Dajana (9/5): - Wir hatten ein sehr stylisches, sauberes, gemütliches Apartment, welches mit allem wichtigen Equipment ausgestattet war und einen großen Balkon hatte. Zugang zum Apartment nur über Treppenhaus möglich. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im belebten Viertel von Tirana mit vielen Bars/Cafés, Restaurants und Shops. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Hinterhof, so dass es trotz belebtem Viertel ruhig war. Kleine Herausforderung (aber machbar) ist das Einparken auf den Parkplätzen. Diese liegen direkt im Hinterhof vor dem Eingang der hauseigenen Bar und sind nur über eine enge Zufahrt erreichbar (bei uns war diese mit anderen Fahrzeugen etwas zugeparkt). Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief hervorragend und war super freundlich. Vor Anreise erhält man alle Infos mit Fotos, wo man den Hauseingang und das Zimmer findet und diese über Türcodes öffnen kann. Selbst spät abends am Anreisetag war die Gastgeberin sofort erreichbar und konnte uns helfen. Zahlung mit Kreditkarte ist möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
• Daniel Dub (10/5): מקום לינה נהדר בטירנה. מומלץ מאוד - ממוקם בשכונת בלוקו באזור מאוד מרכזי בטירנה. הצוות מאוד אדיב ועוזר. הדירה עצמה מקסימה, מאובזרת בכל מה שנדרש כוללת גם מטבח. יש מרפסת קטנה גם בחדר. הכי חשוב - חניה מסודרת במקום האירוח. משאירים את האוטו ומטיילים בלי דאגות מזרון רך. שומעים לפעמים את הורדות המים באסלה או את זרם המים במקלחת של הדיירים בדירות הסמוכות. מלבד זאת הכל היה נהדר.

• wiets (10/5): Perfect - Love this apartment! Perfect location in the heart of the trendiest neighbourhood. Very thoughtful and beautiful renovated inside. Cute outside patio. Good communication and helped with luggage storage. The outside of the apartment block doesn’t match the beautiful inside. Makes for a pleasant surprise.

• Janneke (8/5): Aanrader voor Tirana - Comfortabel en schoon appartement middenin de studentenwijk van Tirana, inchecken met de codes gaat zeer gemakkelijk en de host is erg behulpzaam (had voor ons zonder moeite een taxi geregeld voor naar het vliegveld midden in de nacht en stuurde leuke tips voor restaurantjes), fijne communicatie. De elektra viel een paar keer uit en we hadden net op het moment dat we moesten vertrekken geen water, maar we begrijpen helemaal dat dit overmacht is!

• Bianca (9/5): - Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral und das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Ich komme gerne wieder! Die Schüssel haben nicht immer reibungslos an der Zimmertür funktioniert. Das war bissle herausfordernd aber sonst war alles Bestens.
