• Claire (8/5): - Nice, clean, warm apartment. The location was good for us because we had a car. Not enough kitchen equipment to be self catering.
• Laura Katerina (10/5): Zona liniștită, apartament curat, market și stație de bus - Proprietatea este localizată la o distanță de 20 minute cu autobuzul de centrul orașului. Se poate lua autobuzul 4 sau 5 care are stația la 5 minute de mers pe jos de locație. Chiar dacă nu este localizat în centrul orașului, aceasta nu este o problemă pentru ca este un market în vecinătatea blocului, zona este foarte liniștită și ne-am bucurat enorm de împrejurimi și de natură. În spatele blocului este o pădure, lac.. ca intr-un basm. Totul a decurs bine, nu aș putea spune ca nu mi-a plăcut ceva anume.

Molto bello il balcone, posizione non super centrale, ma 10 minuti di macchina C’è un supermercato a 1 min a piedi dalla casa Prezzo leggermente alto, come per tutti i servizi a Rovaniemi. • Грищенко (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is great, very neat, clean and cozy, just as on the photos. We had great time here🥰 There is one big living room (which also serves as a dining room) and one bedroom with 2 beds. All toiletries are present in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and convenient: coffeemaker with filters and coffee, microwave, fridge, cooker and dishes. There is also a shop near the apartment, around 3-4 minutes to walk. BUT the location is quite distant from Rovaniemi city centre - around 50 minutes of walk mostly uphills or 10 minutes on taxi (from the city centre it costs around 12€ in Bolt) Please pay attention to that when you book this apartment! We also had problems with heating in the living room because the radiator wasn’t working. But the owner reacted very quickly and brought us an additional heater, so it didn’t bother us very much. The owner also offered us to visit their farm with reindeers as an apology for the inconvenience. It was very nice of her! She also was always in contact with us, so when we discovered that the sofa was broken - they repaired it immediately the next day. She also left us some recommendations where to eat, what to do and where to go and this helped us very much! You can feel that the owner really cares for her customers. All in all, there were some problems with the heating and sofa, but I recommend this apartment

• Antonio (5/5): The House could be better cleanned. - T'he central heating works well and there is Wi-fi un t'he House. Hello, the house was not clean, in general it can be seen that they had not put a lot of effort into the cleaning (remnants of food under the table, dirty icebox, sticky glass ceramic, in the bathroom remains of the previous guests and dust, in the wardrobes two socks from former guests), the washing machine did not work well, it gave an error, there was no extractor fan in the kitchen, balcons dirty. For €294/night and the 50m2 of the house they could have already looked at it. The kitchen utensils are not enough. We are a family of 4, two adults and two little girls aged 4 and 9, the sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult.

• Dumitru (8/5): Highly recommend - Located in a quiet district, very close to a bus station where you can take bus no. 4 and bus no. 5 and reach the city center in approx 10 minutes. Kitchen area is well equipped. In the living room the heating was not working.
• Gergana (9/5): Would choose this place again if staying in Rovaniemi - Very cute and well maintained apartment, perfect for two people! We had everything we needed! The host Veera was great! She was very responsive and helpful! Ideal place for short and long term stays in Rovaniemi! Everything was great! :)
