• Charles (10/5): Great! - We have done a lot of Airbnb and our host at Ryolithos was the best we have ever had. She was responsive, she arranged our pick up and porter service from the airport, gave us many reccomandations for restaurants, sunset spots, activities, etc. We strongly reccomend this place for your stay in Santorini. It’s a quick and easy walk to Oia.
• Rodrigo (10/5): Ruhige Lage mit überaus herzlicher Gastgeberin. - Die Ruhe und gleichzeitig Nähe zum touristischen Hotspot Oia wäre allein schon ein ausreichender Grund. Die aufrichtig herzliche und ausgesprochen hilfreiche Gastgeberin setzte dem königlichen Aufenthalt die Krone auf. Wir werden in Santorin nie wieder woanders unterkommen wollen. Nichts hat uns wirklich nicht gefallen. Andere Menschen jedoch, die weniger gut zu Fuß sind, sollten sich, dass der ganze Ort Finikia nicht barrierefrei ist.

• Nur Suryani (10/5): Amazing, if given the chance to come to Santorini again, I will rebook the same property - Comfortable, the room is very comfortable, we booked the Red Soil Suite, it has a really nice view, all the amenities provided as stated in the booking. Responsive host, Georgia is very responsive and always available whenever we needed anything. She also helped us to make dinner reservation to a local restaurant in Finikia village, she also explained to us on what we can explore around the area and suggested on activities that we can do. Location-wise,it is walkable to Oia, we went to Oia almost every day while we were there. The bus stop to Fira is also just a walking distance from the property. Nothing, everything was perfect
• ANURUPA (10/5): A very special stay in Santorini - Everything about our stay was excellent, especially our host, Georgia, who went out of her way to make us feel at home. She even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and shared amazing recommendations for restaurants, sights, and beaches. She was sooo sweet, we were genuinely touched by her hospitality. One morning, she even offered us a traditional Greek breakfast after I mentioned I hadn’t tried anything authentic yet. I highly recommend this place! Schoon een fijn bed het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien .Ali die op ons stond te wachten en de koffers voor ons naar boven heeft gebracht. En dan is er Georgia zij maakt het fantastisch, bijzonder en speciaal.Zo lief,zorgzaam,behulpzaam maakt een traditionele salade en ontbijt. Een fles Griekse wijn staat klaar met chocolade bij aankomst .Dan peertjes zelf gemaakte lekkernij en nootjes ik kan het niet opnoemen hoe zij ons in de watten heeft gelegd.Griekse gerechtjes om te proeven. Ze deelt allerlei tips het is een lieverd die onze harten heeft gestolen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia, il letto, i cuscini molto comodi e la doccia spaziosa. Imparagonabile la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Georgia che, dopo averci accolto, ci ha subito introdotto alle attività dell’isola, ai luoghi dove mangiare e alle attività da non perdere. Sempre molto attenta ai nostri bisogni e alle nostre richieste. Nonostante la struttura si trovi a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio principale, abbiamo apprezzato il servizio bagagli all’arrivo e alla ripartenza, inoltre è stato piacevole passeggiare per i vicoli di Finikia. Il nostro soggiorno è stato deliziato da piatti tipici che Georgia stessa ci ha preparato, accompagnando il tutto con una squisita bottiglia di vino locale di benvenuto. Abbiamo respirato una pace e una tranquillità indescrivibile. Se la nostra vacanza a Santorini è stata così speciale lo dobbiamo anche alle attenzioni di Georgia e al posto che ha rispettato ciò che cercavamo per il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è molto accogliente, con un ampio terrazzo con vasca idromassaggio da cui si può apprezzare una vista sul mare. C‘era un malfunzionamento del frigo che produceva molto rumore soprattutto durante la notte. Ma è un minimo dettaglio rispetto ad un soggiorno perfetto.

La proprietaria ci ha aspettato fino a mezzanotte che noi arrivassimo e una volta arrivati si è anche offerta di prepararci o ordinarci qualcosa da mangiare. La mattina ci ha fatto assaggiare dei crostini fatti da lei che erano MERAVIGLIOSI e dei fichi squisiti del loro albero. La casa poi è bellissima, comoda, super accessoriata, pulitissima e confortevole. La posizione poi è perfetta per quella parte dell'isola, perché è deliziosa come zona, a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Oia ma con un parcheggio comodo alla base del paese. Non potevamo stare meglio!! Always responds to messages quickly and made us wonderful breakfast for a reasonable price! The property itself is very nice, we spent almost half of our day time and with complaints. It is worth to get a rental car, easy to get around and we have control on when we want to do things. There are two parking lots (one small one big) 5mins away from property (a little uphill walk from parking to hotel) and 5 mins away from a convenience store. When she found out that we came to Santorini to get married, she made this place full of feelings and magic thanks to which I can't imagine the wedding anniversary without this place. If someone is looking for a place where they can spend wonderful moments with their beloved, wonderful sunsets on the terrace or also drink a glass of wine with their beloved, this is the place for you. Wonderful place close to the center of Oia, but the hotel is located so that there is peace and quiet around full of shops so you don't have to worry about anything, the owner Georgia is also here to help. This hotel is our place in Santorini. Georgia moved us with her warmth where she doesn't even know us. Wonderful moments that we will never forget.

• Alfonso (10/5): In the heart of Santorini ! - One of our best holidays ever! Super highly-recommended! The suites are new, cozy, and comfy. Our room was equipped with several amenities -like coffee machine, induction stove, utensils, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries. Plus, our suite also had a private terrace outside which is very practical and useful. Moreover, there is a common wide rooftop area equipped with a cozy table and bench wherein we got to appreciate a beautiful view, most especially during sunrise and sunset. We used that space to enjoy our breakfasts. The location is in a very quiet area. In the Finikia village, north side of the island. Close to Oia village - 10 mins by walk - thus away from the crowded touristic areas (which we like and prefer). On top of that, Georgia and Valentini, in charge for the management of the property, are really professional and guest-oriented! They have been kind, warm, and welcoming that made us feel more at home in Santorini! They know a lot about good places to visit around the area and also we got to discover fun facts about Greece because of the experience and knowledge. They really have taken care of us really well that make us want to come back again soon!

The view was great and although open still felt private. The host Valentina went over and above to make sure we were looked after and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The quality of finished and attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The spa was perfect to be able to sit in and enjoy the sunset. • Amarjit (10/5): Relaxing stay in a beautiful villa with amazing sunset view, run by kind hosts - The hotel (or villa) is located in the quiet neighborhood of Foenikia, which is walkable distance (1.5 Km) from the Oia Bus station. We booked the limestone villa with hot tub, which had arguably the best sunset viewpoint in the island. We saw sunsets in Oia from the viewpoint and also the famous Aspa restaurant, but the view from the villa was arguably the best. We just pulled the chairs and enjoyed the view. Now coming to the villa, it looks just as shown in the photos and description. All necessary amenities were present in the kitchenette. The hot tub worked perfectly. There is a small grocery store nearby, and multiple greek restaurants which serve good authentic food. The complimentary porter service provided by the Ryolithos team was super helpful, as the villas are about 200/ 300 meters walk from the car parking. Thanks to the porter Ali, the check-in and check-out went hassle free. During the stay, the hostesses Valentini and Georgia went above and beyond to assist us with all necessary tour information and even helped with local transport to Fira during our check-out. We did not face any issues during the stay and it was a relaxing vacation. I would strongly recommend this resort for people looking for a relaxing stay with absolutely mesmerizing view of Santorini. None, it was absolutely perfect.

• Jaryn (10/5): SO DREAMY! - We had the most wonderful stay in Foinikiá at Ryolithos! Sophia went above and beyond for us. She was very good at communicating before we arrived, and she arranged transport for us from the airport to our place (our flight even came in very late at night). There was a very smooth transition between our transport to the Foinikiá parking lot where Aslan met us and carried our bags for us up on his shoulders to our place. Foinikiá town is so charming and wonderful, and I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a close walk/ride to Oia, and much less crowded than Oia. We felt like we were on the set of a movie walking through the walkways and alleyways of Foinikiá. We would definitely recommend Lefkes and Mezze Mezze for dinner. They were both delicious. Sophia was so wonderful to work with. She helped us book an ATV for the week, and it was even delivered to the Foinikiá parking lot for us. Sophia also made special reservations for us at Lefkes. She also booked our transport back to the airport for us, even though we were staying at another hotel at that point. Now that is incredible service for you! Sophia helped us feel so special on this trip, and she made everything seem very seamless. Our hotel was impeccable. It was clean, crisp, and well-kept. We used the cooktop and toaster to make eggs and toast for breakfast, and we enjoyed eating it on the beautiful balcony in the mornings. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings. The view on this side isn't as spectacular as the ones you see from the calderas in Oia, but for the price, this place is a wonderful option, and much more affordable.
• Anonymous (8/5): Lovely property, in a great location. Close to Oia, without being right in Oia. Very friendly and helpful staff. - This is a beautiful property, in a great location. A little bit of a hike to get to though. The property cannot be reached by car, so be prepared to walk up hills and stairs everyday to get back to your room. If you want to stay close to Oia, but not right in the busy hustle and bustle this is a great option. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the main part of Oia. We rented an ATV which you can park in the parking lot that is about a 5 minute walk from the room. It was an awesome way to get around the entire island. Sophia set the rental up for us, which was very helpful. The staff was wonderful! Very helpful. The room was always clean and stocked with water, coffee, fresh fruit, and light snacks. We never had to ask for clean towels or anything. The woman who runs the suites, Sophia, is very friendly, polite, and always willing to help you out with whatever you need. They also have staff that can bring your luggage to and from your room if you need it which was extremely helpful with the location. There are 3 restaurants within 3-5 minute walking distance from the property. All were great and offered different options, and it was great that they were so close after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the private jacuzzi. One of the highlights of this property. There were only a few things we disliked about the property. The first was that the bed was super uncomfortable. Very firm and the pillows were pretty horrible. The second was that the WiFi wouldn’t work inside our room for over half of our stay. If we wanted to use the WiFi we had to sit outside the room. So no laying in bed on your phone/tablet. The last thing was that the water in the shower always had a funny smell. Smelt a little like sewage.

• Robert (10/5): Our host was Super! - Sophia , Katerina, and staff were very accommodating. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Sophia personally gave us a sweet gift and she booked us on a wonderful sunset cruise. Sophia also helped us plan our beach days, restaurants, and cities to visit. Our room was large and had all the kitchen amenities including a Nespresso machine. Bathroom, shower and storage space was amazing, including a room safe. AC worked very well. Our patio with an ocean and private jacuzzi was a wonderful. The city of Fenikia wis a short drive from Oai and renting a car made our trip really easy. Wear comfortable shoes as the Small village walk to the room is about 5-10 minutes from the parking lot.
• Elijah (10/5): Unbelievable and worth it! - We had a lovely stay at this hotel from July 24 to July 31. The hotel is very well furnished, with a beautiful view. We went as a young couple and this place was wonderful for our little vacation! If one day we were to return to Santorini, this hotel would be our only option, because it's magnificent! Everything was great, except that there was just one small drawback in the kitchen. If you're considering cooking like we did, because we spent a week in this lovely hotel. The only thing missing to complement this kitchen perfectly was a large bowl, like for making salads, it was going to be more practical.

• Noah (10/5): Perfect - The apartment was really clean & beautiful. It is such a nice place for a Couple. Watching the sunset from a Jaccuzi in Santorini is the best thing you can do in Summer. Sophia, The host, is really Helpful and Attentive and she really cares about her guests. The Maid made cleaned the apartment everyday , with fresh Towels, Linen … which was perfect !
• Athanasios (10/5): Exceptional - Magnificent view, remarkable calmness, located in a picturesque, lovely and traditional village near famous Oia. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and available anytime to assist with anything needed. The suite fully equipped and comfortable, luxurious and cosy at the same time, beautifully designed and decorated, was definitely worth every penny.
• Anonymous (10/5): Great place, great location, great staff - We were the first guests at the hotel, an we loved our stay. The staff and custormer service as a whole was flawless. 24/7 contact with Sophia is a game changer, as she will help you arrange everything you need during your holidays. Furthermore Finikia Village is a great location. If your main goal is to explore Oia, it’s only 10/15 minutes walk, and staying in a calm, picturesque village is definitely an advantage, as Oia is very crowded. Also, the added photo is from our terrace, sunset view here is definitely comparable to one in Oia. Nothing at all
