• david (9/5): Fabuleux séjour - - L'emplacement, la propreté, les équipements, la décoration, l'option lit bébé, la possibilité de bénéficier de tous les services de l'hôtel. - Excellent petit déjeuner de l'hôtel Prix légèrement au-dessus de la moyenne mais justifié par les prestations.
• Aude (10/5): Parfait 👍 - L'appartement est très spacieux (parfait pour une famille de 4), propre, moderne et lumineux. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Et il est surtout idéalement situé. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur le parking de l'hôtel et nous avons tout fait à pied car le centre ville est proche de l'hôtel. C'était un très bon séjour. Rien.

• Carlos (10/5): Super appartement ! - Super appartement, très bien situé près du centre-ville : spacieux, propre, moderne et lumineux, avec des équipements de qualité pour un séjour agréable. Belle surprise : les hôtes ont eu la gentillesse de prévoir des bols, des coussins, des serviettes et même des biscuits sains pour mes chiens ! Des hôtes vraiment attentionnés et adorables. Rien !

• Ovidiu (10/5): - Clean, spacious and quiet, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Parking is available at the hotel, which is just around the corner.
• Baker (9/5): A bit pricey, but pampering experience. I recommend this stay when you visit the beautiful Trier - Very tastefully decorated, large, modern, everything is brand new and sparkling clean! The studios are located in an appendix to the Hotel Deutscher Hof Trier- and managed through the same reception. Breakfast options at the hotel, very good and rich selection. Conveniently located- you just cross the street and enter the old-town walking area. Parking is possible (10 eur/hotel day_15.00-11.00) inside the hotel parking. Therefore, there is no direct access from the parking to the building, you can't unload bags just outside the apartment, you have to transit the hotel, get outside, walk in the street round the corner and enter the apartment building- which has an elevator. Not a big problem, though, approx 3-4 minutes- yet this aspect should be mentioned in the description.

• Edwin (9/5): Super appartement op top locatie in Trier - Geweldig appartement en je loopt zo het voetgangersgebied van de binnenstad in. Receptie personeel was heel hulpzaam en we kregen zelfs een heerlijke fles Moezelwijn als we niet dagelijks de kamer lieten schoonmaken. #duurzaam De oude lift naar ons appartement had geen deursensoren, maar daar hadden we weinig last van als je met de lekker sportief met de trap gaat.

• Barbora (9/5): Super poloha blízko centra - Velmi dobrá poloha blízko centra, check-in a parkoviště u nedalekého hotelu, recepce 24/7-možnost nákupu vína. Pěkný prostorný moderně vybavený pokoj, klimatizace, výtah. Rušná hlučná ulice-nepomohlo ani stažení rolet. Kuchyň vybavená spíš symbolicky- 1 hrnec, 1 pánev, 1 tableta do myčky na den, ale zároveň málo nádobí, kávovar nefunkční, málo kapslí.

It was great we could stay here with our dog and also the parking facilities are very nice. I found the bed very hard, so I didn't sleep very well. Otherwise a nice stay. It would have been good if we were informed beforehand about extra cost per night for the stay of our dog. It was 10 euro's per night, so not much, but good to inform beforehand.

• Chanine (9/5): Superb - Spacious appartment. We enjoyed our stay. The facilities of the hotel around the corner where also a great add. The bathroom and furniture were clean. The velux with closed curtains where great to darken the rooms. The floor was not clean. Our socks and feet where dusty/ grey when walking around in de appartment. Matrasses where a bit (to) firm, but that's my personal opinion.

• Sheona (8/5): Good central location, comfortable stay - Note: Just Sleep is an offshoot of the Deutscher Hof and you need to tell your taxi driver this if you don't want them to be confused. Check-in and reception is in the Deutscher Hof. You can't have breakfast. (this is not an issue but you should know that it is definitely not an option as it is in some places to book breakfast when you check-in) The room was old fashioned and charming, the bathroom modern and clean. It is on a main road but not noisy. It is one minute from one end of the main pedestrianised area of Trier, and about 15 minutes walk from the Porta Nigra. It was just over 10 minutes walk to the Amphitheatre (we were there for a gig) The town Archaeologists offer walking tours around the town for EUR 8 per person, which they donate to charity, and it is very interesting indeed, if you get the chance you should take up this offer. It wasn't clear on booking that it would not be possible to add breakfast to our stay. There is a bakery around the corner so you won't starve. It also wasn't clear that this was part of the Deutscher Hof which confused our taxi driver, we only found out because we phoned to ask how to get there.
• Jane (6/5): Pleasant - Reception staff very friendly. 'Just Sleep Trier' was not the name of the hotel. The name of the hotel 'Deutsche Eiche' was not in the booking.com details. Drove past, paid to park while checking address. Lots of traffic, 31°C - all a bit confusing!
• Melissa (8/5): Excellent value for money - highly recommend. - Fabulous location opposite the pedestrianised area and a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance with buses running directly to and from the main station. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice public seating area in the main lobby. Room was very comfortable and had a very welcome addition of an electric kettle. However, the room was pretty hot. A very long rambling walk from the lift involving a small flight of stairs down and then again up. A fan in the bedroom would have been nice during the heat wave.
