Guest Reviews
- Paul (8/5): - No Breakfast. Location was fine - quite isolated and service road was below par. For what we needed it was OK but cleanliness and fittings were below par but all in all it fitted our requirements and we would stay there again if we needed accommodation in the area See above
- Evgeniya (8/5): Bring - The place was beautifully presented, clean, comfortable, warm with an AC and heaters, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the shower was good. Nothing to complain about. The views were stunning with plenty of sheep and birds to look at or listen to. It was remote. We didn't want to drive back to town on those hairy roads and ended up staying put which was fine except we didn't have much food with us. So bring a lot of food before you check in.
- Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The place was absolutely amazing.. Couldn't have asked for a better get away. The road up to the cottage,A 4x4 is highly recommended.
- Wingus (8/5): Peaceful and restful - a place to get away from it all - The middle-of-nowhere location was awesome and the peace & quiet was excellent for a digital detox. Cottage has charm and character and everything was meticulously clean. Loved watching the sheep and roos around the property. Furniture and fittings are basic, but again, very clean and tidy. First night was freezing as the air conditioner wasn't working, but there were heaters and a delivery of firewood the next day certainly helped to keep out the cold. Don't expect to cook a gourmet meal in the simple kitchen, but it was enough for our needs.
- John (10/5): What an amazing cottage, with country views from every window, warm and cosy in mid-winter. - The views were amazing from every window. The cottage was very cosy for a mid-winter stay. Nothing.
- Wayne (10/5): Quiet and Relaxing farm cottage - Remote and quiet, cozy and warm, tastefully decorated in style with the age of the cottage. And the views.... without any distractions and a perfect place for couples or singles. Grab a book, your favourite drink and snacks, light the wood fire and just relax.
- Greg (10/5): Exceptional - Location was beautiful
Amazing view cute as heritage cottage Everything you would want and expect in a rural escape.
- Travis (10/5): Peaceful clean getaway - Remoteness of being up in the hills with our sheepy freinds.
Very clean quite, take a firestick or chrome cast to watch your movies and TV.
Great phone reception Optus and Telstra.
Full amenities for cooking and cleaning provided. Not much to dislike apart from typical dirt track in and out could get hairy if not in a 4WD in wet weather.
- Anonymous (10/5): A Beautiful stay in a perfect setting. - It was set in a perfect location and and was the perfect stay to get away from it all.
The cottage is full of old school charm.
