• martine (8/5): Parfait . Joli et bien équipé - Appartement très bien équipé et très propre dans un résidence calme. Appartement partagé mais le respect de chacun fait que la cohabitation s’est très bien passé. Quelques produits de « première nécessité « disponible dans la cuisine et le lave linge bien appréciable ! Peut-être un peu trop excentré, mais nous avons très vite appris des transports en commun pour les retours du soir et le matin c’est « un petit «  3 kms à pied, le long de l’Arno pour rejoindre le centre ville. Procédure d’entrée pas évidente, nous avons un peu tâtonné le premier jour et je me suis relevée un soir tard pour ouvrir à un jeune couple qui n’arrivait pas à ouvrir la porte !

• Sergio (8/5): SPARKLING CLEAN ROOM, but a bit afar. - Lovely room, SUPER CLEAN, spacious and comfy. AC works super, coffee pods and water bottles included lovely touch. Bathroom is spacious, perfect for couples Tranquil neighborhood, in a non-turistic area. We didn’t spend much time exploring around but there are a few cafes if u need anything. Parking inside the building , great. The host was very friendly to help at all times 🙌🏼🤗. I hope the parking was included in the reservation. I find €12 per day a bit too much on top of the city tax (€6p.person, per night) location, you either need to take the bus 9 and then make a connection with the tram T1 or you can rent bikes (thats what we did) with the Ridemovi app. We did the bike app and it was fine, riding along the river ;)!

• Sven (7/5): Nettes, zu empfehlendes Zimmer, wenn die „Mängel“ abgestellt wurden. - Es war gut und modern ausgestattet. Im Vorraum gab es sogar eine Küche, die man mitbenutzen konnte. Wenn die Tram durchfährt, ist man in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt, ca. 30 Minuten mit Fußweg. Aktuell dauert der Hinweg aufgrund Gleisarbeiten länger. Das Einrichten der App, um ins Gebäude zu kommen ist ein bisschen verwirrend, funktioniert danach jedoch einwandfrei - ein internetfähiges Handy muss unbedingt vorhanden sein. Es wäre ratsam klarzustellen, dass man erst auf den Parkplatz fahren kann, wenn man den Schlüssel aus der Wohnung geholt hat. Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurden wir leider von einem unschönen Geruch („nasser Waschlappen“) begrüßt. Auch eines der Kopfkissen roch stark danach. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Kopfkissen dabei und haben dies erst nach Abreise gemeldet. Die Toilettenspülung ist sehr laut.

• Furkan (9/5): Perfect - Very hospitable host and a great location. 12 euros for parking. Not necessary imo. They should rather focus on their primary business which is providing accommodation. They do that well.
• Catherine (8/5): Comfortable quiet apartment - Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean and quiet and we have everything we needed. There were shops and services within easy reach of the apartment. Access to the main part of Florence required a tram trip- and it was a ten minute walk on level ground. The check in process was complex with lots of apps to download and it was a bit of a process. The biggest stress was if your phone was flat or you had no reception on you phone you had no way of accessing the apartment! Keys would be more foolproof. Finally the check out time was listed as 10.30 however power to the apartment was shut off at 10 without warning- so we finished our pack up in the dark….

• Mauro (6/5): I was expecting more but it was proper. - Apartment is modern, clean, all automated so you go in and out easily. The people managing it are great and very responsive. No hot water for two non sequential mornings. Shower clogged. Cuisine is equipped with old stuff and missing some basic stuff like if you wash your hands there isn’t even a cloth to dry your hands. There is no proper trash bin for regular or recycling and if you stay many days, the trash piles cause it’s not taken out.

• David (8/5): Good clean property with accessible travel opportunities - The property was clean and well maintained. Sheets and pillows were clean and adequate. Toilet was well maintained and equipped. The property was quite close to the bus and metro stations so travelling to the town centre of Florence was not a problem. Had a positive experience overall The check in instructions were quite confusing and sometimes do not work as per the instructions. If you are not a technical person it may be a hassle to follow. No complimentary water bottles provided at the room which was a bit annoying especially during check in. The host is never on location and the way to contact them is text via WhatsApp. Each time it is a different person talking to you in chat but that is fine. The sound proof in the room is not so good and my room door to the main bed room cannot be closed which was a bit annoying. The furnishing finish to the door and locks could be better

• Isufi (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was ok, but the pillowcases were dirty. They didn't bother to give us the codes for the apartment and the full price was paid, we said we would pay the tax ourselves. There was a bottle of wine in the room for the guests. We drank two glasses of wine, when we went home they sent us the bill for the whole bottle of wine. Nowhere does it say you have to pay.Very rude. And nowhere does it say that the kitchen is shared with other apartments.

• Catalin (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and modern room in the apartment, comfortable bed and pillows. Shared kitchen, well equipped .Very good communication with the provider via WhatsApp. Fridge was making too much noise.

• Karys (7/5): Can recommend for short stays. - Very basic room, but clean and comfortable. Location was good for me, close to tram stop. Very good communication with provider via WhatsApp. The room wasn't so cosy, but it served its purpose.
• Natalya (8/5): Pleasant stay, good location - Bedroom has private bathroom. Kitchen and washing machine is shared with other guests (not many people, only 3 rooms). Room was open and had natural light. Balcony was small but pleasant. There is some room service and cleaning. Host was friendly and easy to contact through WhatsApp, in person did not speak much English. After initially using code to get in, there is a key card in the room that makes future entrances much easier. Location was a 10 min walk to/from the tram line. We had difficulty getting into the room, the door code wouldn’t work. Host was prepared to meet us there straight away to assist but it did eventually work. Double bed is actually 2 singles pushed together, but they were comfortable and stayed together so no gap between.

• Mariam (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean apartment, with 2 rooms and private bathroom in each one. The kitchen is shared for two rooms with all facilities including iron, washing machine, microwave, large fridge. The only thing I can suggest is to install a mosquito net on the window. It was disappointing that this water almost didn’t drain through the water trap when taking shower.

• Jamison (10/5): Nice end to a great trip. - We stayed here on the last night of a 2 week trip to Florence and Venice. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and bed was super comfortable. Check in had a few confusing moments but staff was responsive via WhatsApp within seconds. Good location in south of Florence if you want to get away from center of the city and explore. Easy access to 1 train, just a few stops from main station. Shared kitchen was not a problem. Other guest was very friendly and polite. Nothing to dislike!

• Alexis (10/5): Big, beautiful room! - Wonderful place, would love to stay again! Very comfortable bed, everything clean, big window and balcony with mechanical shutter, the air conditioning got very cold it was great. It was so nice to sit on the balcony. A big pretty room, great wifi, fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very quick and responsive through whatsapp. The location is not very central, but still not bad- 10 minute walk to a co-op store and a tram stop to take you to the center.
• Ondrej (9/5): Superb - The room was nice, clean and quiet. The location is a good balance between access to the city (25 minutes by tram) and access to the highway for driving to nearby cities (e.g. Pisa and San Gimignano). The paid parking on premise worked OK. Would gladly stay here again. Just two small things: During self check-in we had hard time locating the remote for the car gate. We've reached out to the host over WhatsApp and she responded immediately and solved the issue. Having up-to-date manual would be preferable, but overall it was just a very minor inconvenience. AC only runs when the key card is present, so it's not possible to schedule AC to turn on at X PM just before you return from a trip. But the AC is powerful enough that it does cool down the room within 20 minutes.
• Ge (4/5): Disappointing - The room is huge. Firstly, getting into the room wasn't easy, the front door was broken and a kind neighbour opened it. Secondly, on entering the room there was a foul odour which I realised was from the sheets so we rewashed the sheets which wasted our time. The dryer was very low power and could not dry a sheet for 3 hours.

Close to train stop which is 7 stops away from Florence centre.property will contact you via WhatsApp. Very quick in responding Very noisy with the shared kitchen. Other guests making a lot of noise in the kitchen - yelling and laughing loudly on speaker phone. Asked them to quieten down -twice- but they ignored us. It’s more like a back packers.Had to get dropped off outside of property, get access to upstairs then find the remote for the car park then run downstairs to open gate - no on-street parking during the day - had to go around the block a few times till the gate was opened.

• Tracy (10/5): Nice room, nice bed, not too far from transit. - The room was nicely sized, especially with the balcony, which was a nice place to sit. The fact that there was a well equipped shared kitchen was brilliant. It was also relatively quiet, even with the door open at night. The bed was quite comfy. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the tram, so not too bad for going into town.
