• SAYAKA (8/5): - ディズニーやユニバへ行くには最適な立地条件でした。近くにはセブンイレブンやアウトレットもあります。レンタカーをしていたので、駐車場が無料な事がありがたいと思いました。室内もとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。私は深夜の便で到着したので、フロントが閉まっていました。電話をかけると部屋の番号や施錠方法を教えてくれました。またフロリダへ来ることがあったら是非また利用したいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました^_^

• James (6/5): - Nice place to stay but I did not receive a key card to enter the property pool or gym. The gate code given didn't open these gates and doors. A real coffee pot would be the only upgrade i could ask for in this room, as the single cup unit had the wrong sized pods to work properly.If you smoke or vape I would look elsewhere also. Not allowed on the entire property. Other than that, nice room,clean and comfy.

• Gildo (8/5): Muito bom e perto de tudo - Cozinha completa, casa com dimensão e decoração agradável, estava tudo limpo e com os suprimentos de limpeza disponíveis. Cama da suíte confortável, lençol e toalhas de banho e piscina de boa qualidade. A cama extra (sofá-cama) deixou a desejar na questão conforto, dava pra sentir as molas e estrutura ao deitar. Apesar disso, voltaria a me hospedar nessa propriedade. Localização próxima dos parques e SeaWorld, além do shopping Millenia. Fácil acesso e condomínio fechado, oferencendo mais segurança.

• Amanda (8/5): Spacious apartment with airbnb chores. - The Good: - We were confused and stopped by the leasing office and the agent working was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. - The apartment was great. Spacious and clean with wonderful amenities. Relatively toddler-friendly space. Would have loved to stay longer—or even live there! - The complex was quiet and gated. - The pricing was very competitive. The Bad: - When booking, I did not realize I was booking an apartment. It was a bit cumbersome to submit supplemental contact information and IDs for all the adults in our party since we do not live together. - There is no elevator, so we had to lug stroller and baggage up stairs. - I did not like the assigned chores for checkout; a main reason I avoid Airbnb these days. When I’m paying for a hotel stay, I don’t want to be collecting trash, doing dishes, laundry, etc. - It was a good half hour drive to Disney World, so something to consider if that is part of your vacation plans. All things considered, I would still love to return given the great condition of the room and convenient storage for luggage.

The apartment was very spacious and came with all the amenities you could ask for — hairdryer, fridge, cooker, freezer, you name it. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. The accommodation itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There was even a nice pool which was never busy. One of the best things was how close it was to Universal Studios. It made getting to the parks super easy and convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. Great location, great comfort, and everything you need for a hassle-free stay!

• Jessica Lynn (10/5): - This was a wonderful, safe, and enjoyable stay for my daughter and I! Everything was gated, so all access points inside the initial drive-in gate required codes. This safety measure was important for my piece of mind during our time. The space we stayed in was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The attention to detail for travelers was above and beyond what I've experienced before, and we've traveled a lot for out of state competitions. From laundry detergent and dish soap, to making sure there were plenty of bath towels, pool towels, extra bedding, and all kinds of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, trash bags, and more- I was truly grateful in knowing that these details were taken care of. The kitchen was fully supplied with cooking needs, and all appliances were in working order. When I needed to contact the property for a question, I received a quick response in a chat message which was then followed by a phone call to ensure my question was answered completely. Highly recommend considering this location!

The team was great and quick to respond to any inquiries. One thing to note though, I don’t think there are any elevators so keep that in mind for folks who can’t walk stairs.

• Tra (6/5): - If you have more than 1 car so you have to find a parking out side. Unfortunately no parking around there. I have to park in the hotel and pay for that. We have 2 family with 2 cars. They have a lot of parking inside but they don't let you park. We booked 2 bedrooms there but they cant help. My trip was so stressful about finding a parking. Another thing is the bed is so noisy when you turn around. Even your gentle move but cant avoid the noise. Cheap bed. Never come back
• Samir (8/5): - La propiedad estuvo bien, detalles normales de limpieza pero, todo fue como se esperaba, el espacio está genial para una familia, el balcón no se disfruta mucho ya que son edificios, la cocina es amplia , los baños y habitaciones bien distribuidas , en los alrededores hay muchas tiendas y el outlet de Orlando que es de los más visitados, sin embargo, las distancias son relativamente largas, mi entrada tuvo detalles por la instrucciones de entrada pero fue solucionado muy rápidamente, en mi salida, cambiaron el mecanismo de entrada mucho antes de la hora marcada, un punto terriblemente malo adicional a que debes estar pendiente de tu vehículo en el estacionamiento a pesar de ser un sitio cerrado.

Não possui cofre de segurança no apartamento o q torna inseguro deixar itens de valor no apartamento. Acabamentos de pisos externos muito rústicos. Não há a quem se reportar no local em caso de alguma situação ou necessidade.

• Jonna Bryann (6/5): - There were bugs literally everywhere outside which isn’t the hosts fault, but there was bugs inside the property I noticed as I was packing my bags and when I was in the living room. The bed frame sounded like it was going to snap at any point which was a little scary. The ac had been broken and it was super hot so when my boyfriend went to open the window in the room the entire set on blinds just fell off the wall and hit him in the head. He also tried to do the same in the living room and same thing, the blinds to the sliding glass door came down and whacked him.

• Verified traveler (6/5): More real description of this property is needed - I have to pick up the trash in the house before I leave and make sure to leave everything as I found it. The photos do not match the building that was rented. When I arrived I found trash in welcome bags from the previous family, and the bags are still at the door. The entrance building to the property is 5112, not 5100 (5100 is the community offices).

It was also wishing close proximity to the malls especially the outlet mall on the International Drive. Quartos enormes, banheiros tb. Ficamos encarnados como o apartamento é super espaçoso. A comunicação com os proprietários foi super rápida e eficiente. Super indico e pretendo voltar sempre.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Feedback on Recent Stay - Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, there were a few issues that need attention. Despite requesting early check-in on December 2, the cleaners were unaware and needed an extra hour, leading us to check in at the original time. Additionally, we received a notice for improper parking on December 4, despite displaying the provided parking tag. Clearer instructions on parking policies would be helpful. Thank you for the otherwise pleasant experience!
