• Sally (7/5): Lovely place to stay and we‘d definitely love to stay there again. - The beds and pillows were lovely and comfy and the place generally was very comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The place just needs a deep clean and one of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned properly.

• Phillip (7/5): The apartment was very pleasing and we'd stay there again if it wasn't for the loud traffic noise. - The apartment was aesthetically pleasing. It was well equipped and all facilities were very good. The extremely loud traffic, especially trucks in the early hours of the morning, made it difficult to sleep. We had no response from the hosts when we called to ask a question.
• Anita (8/5): - The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and the central location meant we could walk most places. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was lovely, especially after long days walking. I didn't mind having a shared laundry, but it was a hassle not to have an ironing board/iron or clothes airer in the apartment - particularly since it needed to be carried up a steep, narrow flight of stairs.

• Luke (8/5): Great stay in Hobart - Spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. It’s also located near the beautiful royal botanical gardens. The driveway is a bit narrow
• Rodney (9/5): No - The fittings and fixtures were superb quality and well maintained. It felt safe and secure for ourselves and our vehicle. Beds were comfortable. Cooperation with a slightly later checkout appreciated. We found difficulty operating the stove. Fluked operating it once. As visitors Macquarie Street was very very busy, more so than we expected. Some difficulty accessing dining options

• Beaton (10/5): Excellent experience from start to finish. Beautiful accommodation - Excellent facilities, close to the city, great beds and amenities.
• Anita (4/5): Disappointed as unable to sleep because of noise in bedroom. So unfortunately do not feel that I can give a good review - Appliances were exceptional. Good location. Clean and good laundry facility Had VERY little sleep as continuous noise in first bedroom. Could not sleep. Tried sleeping on the couch in living area. VERY disappointed as had VERY little sleep because of the constant noise(sound) in the bedroom!!! 3 nights of this was crazy.
• Joel (10/5): Home away from home - Great sized apartment, great location, everything nice, new and well maintained. Easy convenient access, happy all round. Felt like a home away from home. Little bit of road noise, which given the location, is to be expected, but it didn't affect our stay overall but worth mentioning in case someone has an aversion to such a thing.

• Brad (7/5): Very enjoyable and would gladly book again - Modern facility, great location, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Hard to fault. Coffee pod machine, better sugar/tea/coffee containers. Needs a sensor light directly over the entrance to use key code during the winter months.

• Jo (7/5): Great apartment but not convenient for Salamanca Place. - Great property with plenty of space and fantastic bathrooms. Great laundry facilities. The location was a bit far out of town. We were staying for the wooden boat festival and after a long day in the marina, it was a bit of a trek to walk back. The driveway and parking was very tight. A large van was parked all weekend and so we had to reverse down the narrow driveway onto a four lane road as there was minimal room to turn around. The busy road was very noisy, trucks all night and then cars started at around 5am continuing all day.
• Catherine (10/5): Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. - The location was perfect. The Villa was extremely modern and very comfortable. It had all the comforts of home . The only minor criticism is the dust on the floors and bedrooms.

• Ataia (8/5): Very spacious space and great for a group. - Very spacious as we were four travellers. Showers were great and heated floors were lovely. Getting in and out of the driveway was sometime a bit tricky as it’s on a very busy road. The location was good but lost places are a good 15 min walk to get to. When we arrived we had a few towels missing but they were dropped off the next morning. The only thing I’d say that is a negative is that it wasn’t as clean we were would’ve liked. There was a smell from the fridge that wafted through the living area whenever we opened the fridge and the cupboards were dusty on the inside. Other than that the place was lovely.

• Wendy (10/5): Very enjoyable stay and would recommend to our family and friends. Will definitely book again - Easy walk to most attractions, Beds were super comfortable. Apartment was clean and had every thing we needed in it. Spacious and comfortable dining and lounge area. Bathroom products and towels were clean and fresh. Heating was efficient Hard for Taxis to stop at destination on such a busy road. Website said no hair dryer so I went and purchased one but there was one provided.

Love the under floor heating in the bathrooms - a very welcome feature. Whilst the location was fantastic, the traffic noise was very loud. Especially in the early morning. The bedroom blinds, whilst stylish, don’t block out the light and morning sun. Bright shafts of light glaring in made it difficult to sleep restfully past dawn.
