- Evalour (10/5): Short but sweet stay! - Good location, cozy, very clean, very nice, friendly owners and staff, complimentary home cooked hot and baked light breakfast appreciated! We enjoyed watching lots of Big Horn sheep in the nearby street and park across the motel! Nothing!

- Jordan (10/5): Great people, great room, I’ll come back. - This is a great place and I’ll stay here again. The room was exceptional, and you could tell they cared about everything. Wonderful people that run the place. Called me by my name all the time, so it’s more than just a check in, they want to make you truly feel welcomed. They were really engaging. My best stay of my road trip. Only thing that was a downer for me was the parking lot. All gravel, no pavement. I can’t remember that last time I’ve stayed at a motel/hotel where the parking lot was gravel. It takes away from the wow factor, otherwise, this place would be a wow factor.
- MacKenzie (10/5): - The updated motel style rooms, the Owners and staff are amazing very friendly. The rooms have been updated. Honestly was the best stay of our 5 night trip. Would recommend and will stay here again for sure.

- Murray (8/5): Very good - Good location, comfortable room Included breakfast was minimal and didn’t allow us to select our own items, served from behind a chain. When my wife asked for some fruit salad, it was literally one small spoonful with a few grapes and small apple pieces. For someone of my size and food requirements, it was disappointing.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -

Scrambled eggs as an option would be lovely

- Lalach (8/5): The location is a convenient stop before entering Banff National Park. The host provided practical information about the - The host was very welcoming - the greeting and information she provided was fabulous- this made us feel like it was a good choice. The breakfast was a nice touch- the bus was a fun bonus! All good. There could be some updates to modernize the bathroom. A bedside lamp and plugs for charging our technology would be an improvement.
- Smeu (10/5): Favorite place in Radium - Really nice staff, we enjoyed the patio and all the nice extras this place has to offer
- Howard (7/5): Good -

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laeinea (9/5): Fantastic, can't wait to return - The hosts were the gem of this little hotel, while it's an aged property it's maintained very well and very clean. We will be back again! Beds are a little firm for my liking
- Susan (9/5): A great place to stay while in the Radium area - The room was great, a decent sized living/kitchen area with a compact bedroom and bathroom.
Breakfast was an unexpected bonus with a hot choice every morning. And we could sit in a 1964 British bus to eat it.
- Allen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krista (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff with a great location
- Chester (9/5): Superb - Staff was very friendly.
Room was very clean.

Central location! Easy to walk.
- Hans (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness friendly helpful Number and location of electrical outlets
- Joy (9/5): Cute, comfortable accommodation- would recommend! - Quaint British themed motel- very comfy upgraded rooms- breakfast in a double decker bus! Nothing
- Brenda (7/5): I was comfortable and happy during my overnight stay. - I booked Piccadilly because of the breakfast, but it is not served until 8:30 am. I wanted to get on the road early, so I missed it. The owners are working hard to make the visit friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, linens are very nice and the TV is new. Gradually, the rooms and fixtures could be updated.
- Judy (9/5): Great little town. Great place to stay. I would do it all again! - The property is located in a small town in British Columbia in the mountains! There are natural hot springs nearby. The property has an authentic double decker bus from Liverpool,England . The rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is included and freshly made each morning. The couple who own the motel are delightful to visit with. They truly want you to be happy with your stay. The only negative thing about our stay was the bathroom was a bit small.
- Beth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (9/5): Amazing - Awesome staff Nothing
- Annie (9/5): A quirky little motel - A bit of home in Canada. Really nice touches including the double decker bus for breakfast
- Lisa (8/5): The breakfast tume was too late we are used to much earlier -
- Ruth (6/5): It was okay for a night. - The bed was very comfortable. Room smelled musty.
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (9/5): Quiet and central hotel. Owner very happy to help and included breakfast was a great bonus. - Very friendly owner and so helpful.
- Lorraine (8/5): Very good - It was quaint and nice atmosphere
- Ann (10/5): Good London Themed Place with Nice Rooms, and Good Parking - I like the fact that the room felt roomy, new and clean when we first arrived, and had a working stove and oven with a fan. The reception staff was really accommodating even though we arrived late, after the reception closed, but we could call late and let them know when we were coming, and they stayed open until we came. The hotel is theme after London and has a red double-decker outside. Whilst I couldn't have the complementary brekkie due to food allergies, but partner did and he found it really good. It could have been a bit cleaner it some places, but it was just in some corners so was not a big deal. The counter space was limited in the the kitchen that made it a bit tricky to prepare food. With that said I need to prepare more food than the average person due to food allergies.
- Jessica (10/5): Great stay for the night. Would recommend. - Recently renovated rooms and quirky decor with the double decker bus. Front desk clerk who greeted us was very kind and accomodating when we were slightly late to check in. Nothing. Was great.
- Charthit (8/5): Very good - Spacious and comfy Door locked is not installed correctly
- David (10/5): Very good overnight stay, everything we needed and even a complimentary breakfast. - Lee made us very welcome and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay All good.
- Liyana (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (9/5): Nice place to stay - Nice place to stay, right next to the main strip of restaurants. Memorable setup with the bus out front, which you can have breakfast in (maybe weather permitting). "Cottage" is actually a small apartment motel, not fully detached, but we had no issues with noise. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast is worth getting up early for - especially whatever the special of the day is. The bed was on the small size for a queen - still comfortable though.
- Judith (8/5): Very good - Complimentary breakfast a bonus, nice fresh waffles. A more modern bathroom.
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the London theme. They serve a very nice breakfast and would warm the Picadilly bus up in the morning and you could have your breakfast there and visit with other guests. That was very lovely.
- Goertzen (9/5): It was Wonderful -
- Juliet (8/5): Fun comfortable stay close to everything Radium has to offer. - Fun London theme with the phone booth and double decker bus. Super friendly staff and very comfortable bed and room. No microwave and only one coffee pod per person.
- Gabriela (10/5): Cozy and comfortable stay overall! - Great room and clean space. The owners very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Protein options for breakfast, would made this place a high end place.
- Matt (9/5): Super friendly, great atmosphere and theme! - Great little find in the town of Radium Hot Springs - great theme. Cottages were perfect - had everything you needed for a stay. Hotel and town perfectly located for exploring the area - Hot Springs (5 mins away), Golden (50 mins away), Banff (90 mins away). Hotel owners extremely friendly and helpful with activity suggestions. Had understood EV charging at property but was actually 5 min walk around the corner. Not something that will have an impact on all guests!
- Shenk3 (10/5): Great experience in Radium Hot Springs - The owner was a great help. Very Informative about the local restaurants and brought us a space heater as the heater in our room had not been on for days and could not get the room warm enough fast enough. The breakfast was the best we've been treated to in the 23 motels we've stayed in during our trek around the US and Canada. Pretty much cooked to order and served up hot. We had a wonderful experience in Radium Hot Springs and with this motel. The room was very cold on arrival but owner solved that quickly with a space heater. The room is not large, but for an overnight stay it was perfect.
- Mahlberg (9/5): Superb -
- Lars (8/5): Very good -
- Carruthers (10/5): From Ontario - They knew my name as soon as i opened the door, and were very friendly and helpful especially since we were later than expected and had an extra unexpected guest. There were already extra towels in our room and they provided us with towels for the hot springs so that we didn't have to rent them 😊
We forgot our sweater and they called us right away. We were still close and able to go back to retrieve it..can't go anywhere without forgetting something lol There was seriously nothing that wasn't good! Everything was great!
- Luke (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Great value
Exceptional staff and room
- Elaine (8/5): Very good -
- Treena (9/5): Cute, fun and great customer service! - Breakfast on the bus was very cool, they have it set up really well! The bed could be more comfy, it was quite spongy.
- Tony (10/5): Fantastic themed motel - We loved the British theme and dining on the doubledecker bus for breakfast. The rooms were perfectly sized, nicely renovated with nice patios and very clean. The couple that owned the motel were very friendly, kind, and welcoming and had many suggestions for leisure activities and dining in the area. 10/10 will be a repeat customer.
- Steve (8/5): Nice clean small set up with pleasant staff. - Breakfast was offered too late for an early morning start. Front desk staff gave us some the night before to take with, yogurt and muffins, and a little fruit. Bathroom was too small, breakfast started too late. I had requested first floor but was on the 2nd with no elevator. However front staff helped carry luggage up.
- Gregory (9/5): Superb -
- Marjorie (10/5): We loved our stay! - Very cute and clean. Friendly staff!
- Alec (8/5): Very clean and easily assemble to the town! - Great location close to the city easily accessible to all stores. The AC kept turning on and off during during the night.
- Jaye (8/5): My stay was great but unfortunately the weekend proce was double the normal price. I appreciated the free upgrade; howe - Nice property and decor. The breakfast nook was nice!
- Laprise (10/5): Would recommend this place to everyone - This motel is a gem and the owners are exceptional Everything was perfect
- Vovel (9/5): Great stay, will definitely come back. - Clean room and very friendly hosts.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shannon (10/5): Great place to stay in Radium Hot Springs :) - Property is super clean and the little breakfast is nice. The owners are running this small intimate motel and are very very friendly. Thank you for the great service and nice motel. Nothing
- Patrick (9/5): Superb - We had a 2 bedroom cottage. Comfortable enough. Although there is a kitchen, cooking is not permitted in the rooms. There are BBQs, however.
The bathroom is smallish but adequate.
Location is great, 25 min walk from hot pools and minutes from shops, groceries, and restaurants.
Breakfast is delicious and cheerfully served by the owners.
- Jeanne (10/5): Great place well maintained great host! - Great hosts very friendly and helped when we couldn’t get the TV to work. Good breakfast
- Margaret (9/5): Great place to stay for a a couple of nights on your journey. - This is very personable motel. From check-in to check out the hosts Lee & Pauline could not be faulted.
They are locals and familiar with the area.
The motel is a two minute walk from most of the eateries and excellent brewery.
Comfy bed and home cooked breakfast served personally.
- Allen (10/5): Excellent - Owner’s Pauline and Lee were exceptional hosts ….they are friends now
- John (8/5): Great! - Lovely personnel. Pauline & Lee were both so charming as well as all other staff personnel whom we encountered. Great location. Great breakfast. A wonderful stay. Nothing
- Linda (8/5): Great people operating the business. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very enjoyable. - Very good breakfast and outstanding staff
- Natasha (10/5): I would stay here again for sure! - The owners were lovely!
We came for my daughter's wedding. Every day that they owners saw me they'd ask me how I was and if I was excited, or how the wedding went!
Very sweet!
The outdoor facilities were great, and we even got to sit on the bus for breakfast! love it!
Room was very clean and was large.
Walking distance to restaurants etc. The only issue we had was the parking. It's not the hotel's fault - but if there were blocks or signs it would be helpful. Many people took up two spots. I had to park across the street at one point.
I wish they had a hot tub, but not necessary.
- Ron (10/5): Great location Good Hosts - Location. Is perfect. So you can walk to all the stores, bars and restaurants .
The rooms we comfortable. And had all the usual facilities. In them
- Aree (9/5): Good bedroom with comfortable and clean blanket. Very delicious breakfast. - 1. 2 beds, each bed is wide, clean, and very very comfortable. It made me slept very well.
2. Breakfast was very very delicious. I would like to see more flowers in front of picnic area
- Kassie (8/5): It was a good stay, but would consider other properties next time we visit, especially for the price (around $200/ni - It was very clean and the staff were very, very friendly. Room was cute. Bus outside was very cool. The walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbours playing music (we thought it was coming from our room at first, but it was coming from the room beside us). We could also hear our neighbour snoring all night, which made it hard for us to sleep. Our room could use some soundproofing.
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (4/5): Disappointing -
