• Frank (9/5): Het verblijf was uitstekend om Sembalun te verkennen en wakker te worden met uitzicht op de Rinjani. Kan het verblijf hi - Prijs-kwaliteit was heel goed, lieve mensen, dichtbij hikes in de buurt (bijv. Perghanasin Hill), heel lekker ontbijt, mooi uitzicht op de bergen, personeel ook heel behulpzaam. -

• Vicky (6/5): Ideal location for a short stay to go hiking - We stayed here for 1 night to base ourselves within walking distance of Pergasingan Hill, it was perfect for that. The staff were lovely and accommodating of our late check in and were very kind to organise our breakfast for after we returned and got ourselves showered. Unfortunately the white bed sheets were stained and the room was filled with hundreds of ants in the bathroom, bedroom and sink. Many of these were already dead so it’s a shame the owners hadn’t done a check before we arrived. As we stayed during the wetter month of February, it was much cooler than usual months, however this also meant the room/property was very damp inside, the pillows, bed and towels were very damp smelling and by the morning so were our bags and clothes inside them. It may be different during higher/warmer seasons but also be aware there is no fan or air con in the property

• Nurul (7/5): A mostly comfortable place for a quick overnight stopover in Sembalun - Nice view of Mt Rinjani in the morning Very friendly staff Was a bit too small for us and our large suitcases. Car park was muddy and unsealed, and not ideal for wheeled suitcases Bathroom was slightly smelly. Sometimes the toilet didnt flush or took a while for the water to refill before you could flush.

When we woke up, it was sunny and we could enjoy the view to the volcano from our beds. We spent only one night there, but would definitely recommend it. Cozy rooms and tasty breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Carla (10/5): Great hotel - I really enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and organised scooter rental. The room is very comfortable. Hot water, duvet, kettle with tea & coffee, water, TV. There is a strawberry patch directly in front of the rooms. The included breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is walking distance to Indomaret, ATMs and many local restaurants. I would happily return

Sempat skeptis karna lihat beberapa ulasan yang mengomentari tentang kamar mandinya yang kurang bersih/wangi tapi so far bersih dan wangi, thank you Rautani Sembalun. Btw nasi gorengnya enak👍🏻👍🏻 Penjaganya juga ramah sekali. Dan bisa petik strawberry sepuasnya (kalau lagi musim).

• Xander (7/5): - Great view of Rinjani. Quiet location away from the main road. Can walk to the village, but bring a flashlight as it's down a dark dirt road. Mesh windows right opposite neighbors' windows on both sides - possible to hear conversations. Many ants in bathroom, looking dazed - strong pesticide used? Eggs for breakfast came without toast - asked but they didn't have any. Strawberry field outside the windows is marketed as a big deal, but it's mostly weeds. No A/C or fan so it was difficult to refresh the air.

• Climia (5/5): Pas de climatisation ! - La dame qui s’occupe du lieu est tellement gentille adorable et excellente cuisinière. Je me suis régalée avec l’omelette au légumes frais le matin. La vue sur le volcan 🌋 en fin de journée est extraordinaire c’est hors du temps. PAS DE CLIMATISATION ! Ce n’est pas indiqué et rester dans la chambre après 11h est insoutenable le toit fait en ferraille c’est un véritable four il faut sortir dehors l’après midi pour survivre. Beaucoup de moustiques ce qui rends la station sur le balcon inconfortable. Nos draps était sale à l’arrivée j’ai demandé un changement immédiat ce qui a été fait. Le transfert est hors de prix.

Unfortunately the bathroom had a very bad smell. Initially the water was cold. We talked to the owner and they fixed it. You have to take a very quick shower though, in order to not stand in freezing cold water again.

• Charlotte (9/5): - sauber, wirklich top lage in sembalun und toller ausblick, alles was man braucht :) frühstück war auch lecker und uns wurde auf nachfrage schnell ein guter roller zur verfügung gestellt nicht wirklich negativ da es in indonesien oft der fall ist aber der abfluss in der dusche hat etwas unangenehm gerochen. wenn man die tür zu macht riecht man das aber im zimmer nicht und uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört

• Niels (8/5): Ideale plek om de nacht voor de Rinjani te overnachten - Schone en comfortabele kamers. Perfect om te verblijven wanneer je bijv. de Rinjani gaat beklimmen. Op aanvraag werd het ontbijt ook eerder klaargezet.
• Juliane (7/5): Moderne Unterkunft, aber hoher Preis - Sauber; sehr flexible Frühstückszeiten Keine Klimaanlage macht den Aufenthalt im Bungalow nachmittags bei Sonnenschein kaum erträglich (das Bungalow heizt sich wegen der großen Glasfront auf). Der Venitlator hilft da nur wenig. Kein großes Frühstück und nur begrenzte Auswahl, zum Beispiel gab es auch auf Nachfrage keinen Toast. Alle unserer Fahrer haben die Anlage am Anfang nicht gefunden, da der Weg schmal und eher versteckt ist. Ein großes Schild würde helfen.

• Maximilian (7/5): - Super Lage um den Pergasingan Hill zu besteigen. Personal ist sehr nett und hat sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert (Transfer und Tour organisiert). Erdbeeren vom Feld vor der Unterkunft zum selber pflücken. Ameisen im Badezimmerbereich. Die Dusche ist offen und das Klo dahinter. Wenn man also geduscht hat ist es schwierig mit trockenen Füßen zum Klo zu kommen.

• Justin (5/5): Für Low-Budget Backpacker in Ordnung. - Man hat alles bekommen auf nachfrage ohne Aufpreis Überall waren Ameisen im Zimmer. Im Waschbecken und in der Dusche lagen 100 tote Tiere die ich wegspülen musste.

• Jan (9/5): Strawberry fields forever - Beautifully located rooms with Rinjani-view and a strawberry garden right in front of the accommodation. Manager Rehil speaks good English and is very helpful. Hikes, trekkings, transport and scooter are all available. I was in Sembalun during the Merdeka-weekend so there was a lot going on with loads of Indonesian youth visiting. I presume it will be a bit quieter at other times. Best place to eat: Clasic Kafe.

• Daria (10/5): Если вы желаете отдохнуть в укромном и тихом месте, то вам точно сюда - Это сказка любоваться вулканом Ринджани из собственного номера, просыпаться с таким видом и завтракать на террасе. Атмосфера заботы со стороны хозяев и персонала делает пребывание максимально комфортным. Нас даже накормили сочной и вкусной клубникой из сада! Номер очень комфортный, в нём всё предусмотрено

He even allowed us to pluck the strawberries right infront of our guesthouse. Taste really yummy. The only set back was the room smell a bit moldy , maybe due to the weather.

• Andrej (10/5): You will enjoyed here. We sure did.. - Really cute bungalows in the strawberry farm. You van freely pick the fruit. The owners speaks very good English and is full of really usefull and realistic informations about trekking. Wi-fi was sometimes out, but just for short period.
• Faiyaz (10/5): 10/10 Highly Recommend - Was perfect for a one night stay in Sembalun. Really friendly hosts, beautiful and clean cottages, breakfast was delicious, close to bukit selong and also amazing view of mount Rinjani from the room, they even have strawberry farm in the middle which they let you pick and eat. Little rudimentary such as no AC but did not feel like we needed it (maybe due to the higher altitudes) and also not the kind of stay where you would spend your day there.

• Else Marie (10/5): - Det bedste sted vi boede i Sembalun! God til prisen, gratis jordbær, virkelig sød og hjælpsom host. Vigtigst af alt var det rent! Fantastisk udsigt! Værd opmærksom på moskeen, den går i fuld gang kl 5 om morgenen - det er meget svært at undgå i Sembalun. Naboen kan godt finde på at brænde skrald af hvilket er ret voldsomt når vinden lige kommer den vej fra.

Aucun espace commun, minuscule terrasse, petit déjeuner vraiment mauvais à prendre sur sa chaise de terrasse. Vue sur un hangar et une plantation de fraises, je crois que nous étions dans une ferme familiale. Personnel gentil mais vu juste pour prendre et remettre les clés. Bruit assourdissant de la mosquée le matin (comme partout à Lombok, première prière à 5h, fin de la nuit, même avec boules quies impossible de dormir). Un peu cher pour les prestations proposées.

• Rebecca (8/5): Perfect spot for hiking or to explore sembalun area - Beautiful view to the rinjani, close walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts were very friendly and it is very affordable The bathroom was a little bit damp and smelled a bit moldy. But overall everything was fine.
