• Ulrich (9/5): Sehr nett und empfehlenswert - Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein tolles Frühstück. Das Essen im Restaurant wurde von dem Sohn des Hauses gekocht, es war sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Abends hatte man die Möglichkeit im Weinkeller zu verweilen, hier gab es Selbstbedienung aus einem Getränkekühlschrank. Eine schöne Möglichkeit den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen
• Tony Buyman (8/5): Goed hotel in het centrum van Bornhofen. - Goed ontbijt met veel keuze in vleeswaren, kaas en diverse broodjes. Het diner in het restaurant was erg goed. Leuke gezellige wijnkelder waar je "s avonds kon zitten en zelf je drankjes uit de koelkast kon pakken. Bij mooi weer kon je ook op het dakterras zitten en dan zelf je drankjes pakken. De ontvangst was erg chaotisch, maar dat kwam omdat we aankwamen toen het personeel druk was in de bediening van het restaurant. De uitleg over waar we konden parkeren en waar we onze fietsen konden stallen was niet erg duidelijk. We hebben het zelf uitgezocht en de fietsen konden we in een garagebox op 200 meter afstand neerzetten. In het hotel en op de kamer was het erg warm, terwijl de buitentemperatuur circa 20 graden was.

• Spieler (9/5): Die Unterkunft in diesem schönen Hotel ist ein Erlebnis für Herz und Seele - Das Hotel , ein altes Fachwerkhaus, ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung bis aufs kleinste Detail durchgestylt und liebevoll dekoriert. Unsere Unterkunft war 2.ten Stock mit Balkon und Blick zum Rhein. Für Gäste mit weniger Kondition gibt es weiter unten auch noch schöne Zimmer. Das Abendessen war gut und das Frühstück phänomenal. Hier fehlte es an nichts und alles von bester Qualität. Für mich eines der besten Frühstück und nur noch vergleichbar mit einem, dass ich einmal in einem 5 Sterne-Hotel in Delhi hatte. Hier gibt es nichts zum Verbessern. Das Haus ist wunderschön dekoriert mit vielen Blumen und kleinen Details. Hundebesitzer werden in einem separaten Raum untergebracht.

• Olaf (9/5): - Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und ist sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist vorzüglich und bekommt 5 Sterne. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Carolin (7/5): Es hat alles gepasst. - Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre mit entsprechender Einrichtung. Es sind einige Treppen hoch um in sein Zimmer zu gelangen. Mit Gepäck und oder für Ältere etwas schwer.

They not only spoke English fluently, but they even patiently translated the entire menu for me. Their genuine helpfulness made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. And speaking of enjoyable, the restaurant itself was like a 5-star dream. They boasted an extensive wine list, making it hard to choose just one!

Top quality food with a good selection of quality wines and spirits. Breakfast was also above the norm for this class of hotel. Everything fresh. The staff were very friendly with tips about sightseeing in the area. All in all excellent service.

• Nina (1/5): - Nothing When we arrived to the hotel, we were told the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for us despite our reservation via Booking.com, which was also confirmed for us. No hotel rooms were available at the whole town so we had to keep on driving and try to find a new hotel room. Do not recommend this place.
