• Daniela (4/5): - Die Lage war toll! Der Vermieter in Ordnung Das Apartment war sehr abgewohnt! Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht mit Fernbedienung sondern nur mit Trennschutzschalter! Nachtkästen vielen auseinander, Türrahmen viel mir auf den Kopf, Heizungsleitungen in jedem Raum wurden mit Plastik Flaschen abgedeckt Wir durften meine Tochter und mein Enkelkind nicht ins Apartment lassen weder für einen Toilettengang meines Enkelsohnes geschweige für einen gemeinsamen Kaffee bei extremen Schlechtwetter!!!So etwas ist mir in 36 Jahren Baska noch nicht passiert!

• Marianna (6/5): Majiteľ je veľmi príjemný, zhovorčivý, cena primeraná stavu apartmánu. - vzdialenosť k moru a do centra, priestrannosť a veľkosť apartmánu, Denis a jeho empatia, blízky obľúbený bar úzke točité schodisko, stále zamknuté vchodové dvere, chýbajúce tienenie auta, malý balkón, vývody elektriny zakryté plastovými fľašami
• Moreno (8/5): Mare e relax - Soggiorno/cucina molto spazioso; posizione vicina al centro e alla spiaggia; parcheggio auto gratuito; di giorno c'era sempre un signore che teneva sotto controllo l'ingresso della casa (gestiva il parcheggio di fianco). In doccia non c'è dove appendere il doccino, quindi ci si lava tenendolo con una mano; il condizionatore con un solo split è sottodimensionato per l'appartamento, rinfresca a malapena il soggiorno, per fortuna non faceva eccessivamente caldo.
• Petra (10/5): - Domaćin je iznimno ljubazan, susretljiv i uvijek spreman pomoći te pružiti dobar savjet. U apartmanu imate sve što vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Madrac je izvrstan. Lokacija je izvanredna - nekoliko minuta šetnje do plaže, trgovina, centra, auto vam uopće nije potreban od dolaska do povratka kući. Parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Nemam nijednu zamjerku.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was better than it looks like in description. For example, there was a parking place (which is important at Baska) and it was just 5minutes walk form the beach or from the restaurants / shops. Denis is very helpful and friendly host. Baska is a lovely city with not too much or too less tourists. The beach nearby can be a bit crowdy. However, Baska is still one of the best options at Krk
