• Caroline (8/5): Okay for what we wanted. - It was mostly clean & comfortable. Kitchen cupboards, dishes etc would benefit from a good clean.Close to motorway exit which was an advantage. Childs bed was a small sofa, which wasn’t comfortable. No photos shared of loft room on website. It was adequate for one nights stay. Lots of rules posted around the room like no cooking after 8pm until 7 am which is difficult travelling with children. Conditions on using the toilet if it gets blocked there is a £50 fine. My question would be how can it be determined on who blocked it ! No questions answered when I contacted for information on two separate occasions. Offers parking onsite, we were lucky to have a space, however there is only room for possibly three small cars. No parking information was offered if onsite wasn’t available as it’s mostly double yellow lines on the surrounding roads.

• aubret (9/5): Un rapport qualité/prix totalement adéquat! - L’établissement était propre facile d’accès et l’hôte très gentil. Il était proche de la station de métro, ce qui était super pour se déplacer. La chambre était très bien avec sa salle de bain privative, la cuisine collective était propre et soignée. Je recommande le logement pour un séjour à Londres à un tarif avantageux ! Petit souci avec le lit qui était légèrement bancal ce qui fait que je glissais légèrement.

Tenía todo lo que podías necesitar y tanto el acceso como el check out son muy fáciles. La ubicación es genial, a solo 3 minutos andando del metro. Como sugerencia, podrían poner dos toallas más por huésped (solo había una para cada persona). El baño podría ser un poco más amplio, pero la valoración general es muy positiva.

• enrico (6/5): - La zona è tranquilla si sta bene, ed è ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti,ma quando siamo arrivati c'era solo un appartamento disponibile, l'altra prenotazione risultava cancellata,non sappiamo il perché,per lo meno ci ha sistemato tutti nello stesso appartamento,perché non ne aveva disponibili altri. Poi sono riuscito a prenotare l'altro appartamento solo due giorni dopo. In questo ho visto subito che aveva il lavandino del bagno con lo scarico un tappato,ho avvisato subito, sinceramente non so se siano andati a controllare,se sono andati non hanno risolto . Comunque penso che debbano prestare più attenzione quando ricevono delle prenotazioni,non so cosa sia successo, perché avevamo tutto pagato ci sono anche arrivati i codici degli appartamenti,e fra l'altro quello che ci è stato consegnato non era neanche quello della prenotazione

• Nathalie (5/5): The set up is functional, though a number lock fitted to the bathroom door would make it "Private" - "Studio 2" is on the ground floor which meant no stairs, yeh!! The door to "Studio 2" is fitted with a number lock which meant that you didn't have to remember to take a door key with you to go to the loo (The "Private Bathroom" is a room that is separate from, and outside of, "Studio 2".) The temperature of the room was suffocating. It may have been January, but I needed to turn the radiator off as the head of the bed was up against the radiator. The room was not cold even though I had turned off the radiator. When I was leaving, I turned the radiator valve back to high. What bugged me the most was the issue of the "Private" Bathroom that came with Studio 2. It was not en-suite. The bathroom, correction, the shower room was outside of the room, in a kind of vestibule. Only there was no lock on the door announcing "Entrance to Studio 2" and, in the vestibule there was one door labelled "Studio 2" and another door labelled "Bathroom." Then, in addition to these two labelled doors there was an under the stairs, padlocked, cupboard with no sign on it at all, none whatsoever. This cupboard appeared to be the House Keepers' linens, towels, cleaning cloths, etc. store, which was kept padlocked. The door, which opened from the communal hallway into the vestibule, had no lock on it and it did not shut properly. So, what with this door being open for anybody to enter, and the shower room quite clearly marked as the "Bathroom" this meant that anybody staying in the house who also did not have an en-suite to their room, could potentially use the "Private" Bathroom, and this rendered it to be not private at all. Plus, of course, it was just my luck that when I returned to "Studio 2" at the end of my third day, somebody had laid claim to the bathroom. I know because they had left a folded towel outside of the shower cubicle as a sort of bathmat, and they continued to use it for at least another two days because the towel did not go until I returned at the end of my 6th day. As I was leaving in the morning, I did not have, by any stretch of imagination, a "Private" bathroom at all, did I?

• Ieva (5/5): Good location, the quality of the stay did not mach the price nor the expectations. - Good location, appliances and toiletries provided. The room was cold, only a portable heater provided, a lot of restrictions, for example no cooking during the night (we were sightseeing for the whole day, so cooking when back in the apartment was not a option). I did not like the labels of potential fines all around the room. The single bed was too small, bedding seemed dirty (we found hair in the sheets). The fridge did not work.

We hope to stay here again. - I travelled with 2 elderly people that have OCD, so reading the reviews (after I had booked and missed the cancellation deadline) about the noise and smell I was very anxious as the elderly I travelled with have specific needs. However; it exceeded my expectations and we were very very pleased with the parking, easy access into the room and the kitchen facilities. At the price we received, we would stay at this particular flat again. Not sure if it is the drainage issue but the toilet area smelt a little. Water can get cold although the landlord said to have the tap running for a while. Shower had hot water.

• Raquel (5/5): De Calidad pero el dueño ausente - La habitación estaba en perfecto estado, excepto la cama que nos comunicó el dueño que estaba rota y la cambio. Habían toallas, gel secador y todo lo de aseo por eso muy buena atención. Pero el señor no responde cuando necesitas algo. Llegamos no encontrábamos el apartamento le hablamos y acabamos encontrándolo solas. Le pedimos en dos veces consecutivas que nos diera las instrucciones de la calefacción pero nunca contestó y hacía casi más frío dentro de la habitación que fuera. Y nos tocaron al lado personas que hacían mucho ruido de madrugada se lo dijimos y no hizo nada.

• Marine (2/5): - L’emplacement Expérience très médiocre. Dès notre arrivée, les clés n’étaient pas dans leurs boîtes. Fort heureusement, nous avons pu emprunter celles d’une autre chambre. Ensuite, nous avons constaté des taches sur le lit (voir photo ci-dessous). Attention : la cuisine et la salle de bain sont à partager, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. De plus, nous avons retrouvé de nombreuses traces de moisissure sur le tapis de douche. Certains colocataires manquent de savoir-vivre (ne pas tirer la chasse d’eau après leur passage, etc.). À éviter en période hivernale si vous souhaitez avoir chaud : un radiateur ne fonctionne pas et la chambre est très froide. De plus, vers 3h–4h du matin, il y a régulièrement des bruits suspects (bruit de douche ? de pas ? de travaux ?). Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement, à seulement 5 minutes de la gare.

• Sonu (5/5): Clean but felt like living a controlled hostel - It was clean It did not give a comfortable stay. The property was very clean, but the stay was very much controlled by the owner. Room full of rules on each equipment. For example in the toilet, do not flush a toilet a lot as might cause blocks and would be fined 50 pounds. And not to cook in kitchen after 8 in the night and even if cooking in other times, not to deep fry and the rules went on and on. That was the main drawback for this stay.

Thanks for having us - My second stay here this year, both for events happening at Tottenham hotspur stadium. The location is brilliant with an underground station minutes walk from the property. And around a 40 minute tube/train journey to the stadium. The hosts have been pleasant both times. Had no issues with noise or other guests in the hotel. The room was small but was only a bed for the night on both occasions so did not matter. Clean and well presented throughout. Front door is locked using a key and the room has its own code to enter so felt safe and secure.

• Liam (9/5): Great spot to stay at if your doing a pub crawl in London - Location is perfect. When I arrived the cleaner was there to greet me and spoke to the manager on the phone for check in. I was told that I couldn’t go into my room however I was heading back out straightaway. The cleaner handed me the keys and gave me information So it worked for me. There was a kitchen so you could make your own food, refrigerate it etc. I did not use it though as I ate out. My bed was a little bit creaky however I’m a heavy sleeper plus the alcohol helped too 🍺

• Shamsul (4/5): Quite location. Rooms were equipped basics required for a short stay. - That we were able to contact the host after several tries to access one of our rooms. I booked two rooms for three per room. No sheets or duvet covers provided for the sofa bed.

Next night when we came from outside , againsame landlord's car had been parked and no space to park the car, on calling him again asking for the parking, we were told that since we have come late hence someone else has parked the car (while we know that was his car not someone else's!), and he told us we should not have called him at 1o'clock for this. On reminding him we paid for car park in advance he told he will refund the payment and redused to remove his car And we had to struggle finding the street parking late night spending around 20min!!! I mean really!!!! That means he might simply cancel the booking for someone saying i will refund you that can spoil the plans So much unprofessional attitude!
