- Di Chiano (1/5): Struttura in subaffitto - È un subaffitto del resort Cefalù Sporting club, ci hanno fatto infatti pagare ,all'ingresso del resort, la tessera club (in 2 in totale 14 euro)e non la tassa di soggiorno come viene specificato nei dettagli al momento della prenotazione (4 euro a coppia). Ho provato a ricontattarla e dopo l'inizio si e dileguata presentato il problema. Booking non risponde ai messaggi dell'assistenza clienti presentato problema, avendo la ricevuta dal resort Sporting club cefaludesi soldi pagati..proverò a chiamare l'assistenza.
- Fran (2/5): Una pena, deberían cuidar algunos detalles - Las vistas de habitación, se veía Cefalú de fondo. La cama era cómoda El nombre del Resort no es Terraza Begonia sino Cefalú Resort, la dirección no está clara y nos costó encontrarla bastante tras estar con WhatsApp con el Resort, entré a preguntar al Resort por la dirección y ni ellos sabían donde era 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. La habitación estaba bien salvo la entrada que eran unas escaleras muy estrechas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, le costó un par de horas refrescar la habitación… Otro detalle es que no se molestan en explicarte las cosas. Por último disponen de una playa privada junto con otros alojamientos pero la orilla está con algas y el agua está con bolsas de plástico, es el único lugar de Sicilia así.
