OG mit Aufzug - Waschmaschine - Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer - Nespresso-Maschine - gemütliches Sofa - netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Denis, der bei Fragen schnell weiterhilft - Checkin per Schlüsselbox - kostenfreier Parkplatz vorm Gebäude. Bad und Küche hätten sauberer sein können (schlecht gespülte Tassen, nicht gereinigter Zahnputzbecher und Seifenschale, schlecht gereinigtes Waschbecken) - WLAN instabil und langsam - Aussicht auf große vermüllte Wiese.

• Fran (9/5): - It's very comfortable, clean, spacious and well thought out with everything you need. The balcony faces the hills and sunset. There's a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient and it's not far to the lake. We loved our stay and would come back.

• Silvi (10/5): A very comfortable stay - Prima Apartments was a very good choice. It was very easy to find it as they're on Google Maps but also Denis (the host) made sure I got all the necessary information to find the apartment quickly. I only stayed for a night but was delighted to see fully equipped the apartment was. First of all, I had a pair of slippers with me as the majority of the apartments I've stayed at in different countries, do not offer this. Personally, I find it quite inconvenient so this was the first thing to impress me. I didn't stay inside for long and didn't quite check everything but there was clothes detergent to use, there were small carpets in the bathroom and cleaning tools just in case it would get wet. I find such small things quite helpful and that make the stay even more pleasant. The apartment was clean overall and the balcony helped ventilate it. As per the location, it's quite close to the lake shore and its promenade; just a 4 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. The elevator wasn't functional due to some technical issues. Let's not forget the apartment is in the 5th floor. It was quite tiring to get there on your own, let alone with the heavy luggage. There were also some bottles of water in the fridge; not sure if they were put there by the host for the guests or not. I had this small suggestion that the bottles of water for the guests should not be already opened. Not everyone might feel comfortable enough to use them.

• Karen (9/5): Cosy, clean, comfortable and convenient! - Great apartment in a convenient location, walking distance from the bus station and close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The apartment was easy to find and instructions for access were very clear. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well designed with everything needed provided for a short or long stay. The bed was comfortable with the best pillows I’ve had in a many weeks. The bathroom is very modern with a great shower. The kitchen is well equipped and everything seems new. Tea bags are provided but not coffee. I also appreciated being able to log in to my own streaming services on the TV. I really enjoyed staying here, definitely recommend, and would stay again.

• Beverley (10/5): Highly Recommended! - The location was very close to the minibus station, so we didn’t have far to walk when we arrived from Tirana. Denis, the property owner, stayed in regular touch by WhatsApp to advise us how to collect the key from a lockbox outside the apartment door, and he also sent us clear instructions with photographs of how to find the apartment. The building is in a great position a few steps from the beautiful lakeside of Pogradec, and is very close to bars and restaurants. It has a supermarket beneath it, which was very handy for us. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything in it you could possibly need, with a fully equipped kitchen, cooker, microwave, kettle and large fridge freezer. The apartment is very spacious. There is a hallway that leads to a large bathroom and it has a nice enclosed shower cubicle. Again, there is everything in the bathroom you could possibly need, including a washing machine and laundry powder. There’s a dryer/airer on the balcony with pegs. The balcony is lovely to sit out on to enjoy a drink and admire the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Denis, the owner, oversees the apartment remotely, but was in regular touch to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. The remote access works well through explicit instructions via WhatsApp, so there is no cause for concern at all with that method. As is common throughout Albania, many hotels, apartments, bars, restaurants, shops, taxis and buses deal in cash only, so on the last day we left our cash payment and the apartment keys on the kitchen table, and all was good! One bit of advice is that the elevator is operated by a chip that you scan/tap on a panel in the lift. It beeps to accept it, then you press 0 if going down, and 3 for going back up to the apartment. Denis will send you exact instructions via WhatsApp about how it works, but we didn’t realise the elevator chip was attached to the apartment key itself! After that it was really easy to use. Nothing. Everything was good, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom facilities excellent and everything you need is provided for a great holiday.
• Kerry (8/5): Very good - Wonderful clean modern apartment in great location. Washing machine, aircon and kitchen facilities all excellent. Lovely balcony, although west facing so avoid in late afternoon. The lift didn't work and looked like it hadn't worked for some time. As it was floor five, it discouraged you from going out. Rating would be a 9 if lift had worked.
• Scarlat (9/5): Superb - Even though I only stayed here for 2 nights, it was a pleasant experience. The property is located very near to the Ohrid Lake promenade. Close by you can find bars , restaurants , and coffee shops. Contactless checkin and checkout worked very well for me. Maximum discretion. Excellent.
• Gianluca (10/5): Exceptional - We have been at Prima Guesthouse for a hard party weekend. We traveled with our 3-years-old daughter, and the apartment was really a nice place to chill a bit. Communication with the host has been great: he provided nice tips for our stay, and he helped with our luggage as well... super-kind! The apartment has plenty of room; it is very clean, well furbished, with plenty of natural light, and a lot of equipment as well. The view from the window is definitely a pro, especially when waking up in the morning Last, the apartment is few minutes walking far from the lake; shops and coffee are just 1 minute away. We will definitely consider it again for the next hard party in Pogradec!

Lots of dishes in the kitchen. Just a couple of minutes walk to the lake. Sometimes not easy to find a parking space near the building.

• Tokić (10/5): Exceptional place in Pogradec, will be back! - I had a great experience. For couples, I think this is the perfect apartment. It offered us everything we needed. The view from the balcony and from the living room was amazing, I am already missing it. All facilities and types of equipment were in place and nothing that a normal apartment needs were missing. The host was living 5 minutes away and was very easy to have keys on time. Very happy with this service. Highly recommended.

You have all what you need near, bars , restaurants, markets, pharmacy everythink. We received recommandation where to go and where to best spent our time. I super suggest.
