• Tunnelrudi (10/5): - Super liebes und nettes Personal. Ein traumhaftes angelegtes Resort, was ich zu 1000 Prozent weiterempfehlen kann. Jeden Tag werden die Zimmer sauber gemacht, jeder einzelne Angestellte bemüht sich damit der Gast zufrieden ist. Es ist einfach nur traumhaft. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und es ist genug Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Wir hatten Zimmer 343 und man hat vom Verkehr draussen absolut nichts gehört, vom Nebenzimmer ab und zu mal etwas, aber alles im Rahmen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen, auch wenn es nur für einen kurzen Besuch ist.

Muito maravilhoso Gostaria muito de dar alguma crítica mas a nossa experiência foi realmente muito boa.

The hotel and grounds aswell was very beautiful as was the pool areas - it never felt crowded Our room didn’t have a lot of outside space which I would have preferred. The hotel felt quite special but I didn’t feel that the restaurant quite lived up to it Not being able to smoke anywhere (including on your own balcony/terrace) apart from one little smoking area designated at the hotel seemed a little bit too strict and unrealistic

Das Zimmer war groß, hatte einen direkten Zugang zum Pool und war einfach nur traumhaft. Die ganze Anlage ist mit soviel Liebe gestaltet. • Brooke (10/5): A magical place to stay, and you’ll never want to leave. - There was not a single things I did not like about this hotel. It was gorgeous and we have told so many people about it. Breakfast was great, the location was perfect (far away from business but not too far away), staff was super friendly, and the decor was so amazing. We were incredibly sad to leave. Heck, we are STILL sad. It cost more than typical places in Thailand, but this place was far from typical. I need to stop writing because I’m getting sad again. Get the room with the pool access. You won’t regret it Nada. Nothing. Perfect.

The room was amazing, with our private pool access direct from the room. The only minor shortfall is the main pool and pool bar. It’s only small, so if you’re looking for a resort style pool, this isn’t it. However, we were here to use our private pool and not the main pool.

• Jessica (10/5): Don't look any further, this is the place you want to be. - Incredible atmosphere, wonderful detailing and the most fantastic pool, it really was the most rewarding resort stay I've ever had. The staff were all so welcoming and we loved getting to know them all throughout our week here. There are so many great, positive things I could write about this resort, I've honestly made some memories here that I will keep with me forever. One of my favourite things about this room was that you go from your balcony directly into the connected pool, and there is a door right into your bathroom shower.
• Sharon (10/5): Beautiful decor, peaceful stay - Decor is INCREDIBLE. From the pools to the buildings, I really enjoyed walking and exploring the property. It really feels like an oasis in a city. Make sure to also explore at night when the pools have the stars on the bottom lit up -- it looks magical! Staff are quick to help you from the moment you arrive to when you leave. Good location close to markets, beach, and not too far from other parts of the island. Wish there was a direct path straight to the beach (there is a wall blocking it so you have to go around) but they have an hourly shuttle from the hotel to the beach if you don't want to walk!

The food is really good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good and courtesy bus to beach is every hour but you can also easily walk to the beach bars and restaurants The pool and pool area was a little small but wouldn’t stop us staying there again.

• Werner (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Die Anlage des Hotels, bei der die Zimmer über jeweils eine zugehörige Terasse unmittelbar an einem langen und schön gestalteten Pool liegen, ist originell und praktisch. Die Zimmer selbst sind bequem und gut ausgestattet. Der Service sehr gut, die Rezeption sehr hilfreich, auch beim Vermitteln von Taxis bzw. Touren. Sehr reichhaltiges gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Stündl. kostenloser Shuttle zum nächsten Strand. Gutes Dinner im Hotel, aber auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die oberste Stufe zum Einstieg vom Zimmer in den langen Pool ist für kleinere Gäste (bis 1.65 m) zu hoch und erschwert dadurch den Zugang.

Es fühlt sich an als würde man in einem Tempel übernachten - Die Pools sind einfach sehr schön. - 1 Pool sogar bei Nacht beleuchtet durch mini LED Lichter im Boden des Pools. - Poolbar mit angemessenen Preisen. (Es ist auch erlaubt eigene Getränke am Pool zu haben, was ich sehr hoch anrechne) - "Game Area" mit Billiard, … - Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, mehrere Schaukeln mit Kissen, mehrere Bänke und Tische! - Super nette Mitarbeiter!! - Kostenloses Wasser - Kostenlose Pool Handtücher, welche man auch an den Strand mitnehmen darf. - Shuttle zum Strand (Wurde von uns nicht benutzt, da es an sich nicht weit weg ist, aber cool das es sowas gibt) - Lage eigentlich direkt am Kata Beach, Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. - Klimaanlage * Manchmal sehr Laut manchmal leise * Manchmal kühlt Sie so sehr dass man friert, manchmal kühlt sie fast gar nicht.
• MOHAMMED (9/5): إقامة ملكية - فندق جميل جداً وكأنك تسكن في قصر ملكي فعلاً اقامة ملكية جميع العاملين من رجل الأمن الى موظفي الاستقبال إلى موظفي المطعم والسبا الجميع يريد خدمتك كل شيء جميل استأجرت فله مع وصول الى المسبح الخلفي وكأنها قصر ملكي واسعة ونظيفة وروائح عطره طبعا الفله دورين الدور الارضي صاله ودورة مياه وجاكوزي ومخرج للمسبح والدور العلوي غرفة النوم والجمام الكبير مع بانيو وجميع المستلزمات الإفطار جيد جداً ولكن يفضل وجود خيارات تناسب العرب أكثر ولكنه يضل جيد يوجد مقابل الفندق محلات ومطاعم كثيرة ويوجد خدمة نقل الى الشاطئ فقط ملاحظة واحدة صوت التكييف في غرفة النوم عالي ويسبب بعض الازعاج اتمنى معالجة هذه الملاحظة واعترف بأنني لم أطلب من الفندق معالجتها

Our terrace had shadow all day, which was fine for me, but might be a minus for others. No smoking on your own outdoor terrace of the room seems totally exaggerated.

The hotel’s Thai architecture is absolutely beautiful, full of character and intricate details that create a very authentic and immersive atmosphere. The lush surroundings and thoughtful design make it feel like a peaceful sanctuary. The service is outstanding — the staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay special. You really feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive. A true highlight are the rooms with direct access to the large pool. Stepping from your shower straight into the water is a unique and luxurious experience. These rooms are very quiet, offering great privacy and relaxation. While they come at a higher price, they are absolutely worth every cent. The breakfast is delicious and offers everything you need to start the day right, including very good coffee — which is not always a given. The location is also excellent: Kata Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance. Overall, the hotel is very शांत and perfect for unwinding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful stay in Phuket. • Nicolas (10/5): Hôtel magnifique - La chambre est grande avec un accès direct à la piscine. L’hôtel est trés beau de jour et est encore plus beau le soir. Une grande piscine avec des bars dans la piscine. Les cocktails sont très bon avec des tarifs attractif à 7 euros. 1 cocktail offert lorsque lors de l’achat d’un cocktail. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’hôtel est calme. Il y a plein de centre de massage à 2 minutes à pied et de restaurant.

• W&TFox (9/5): Stunning grounds good size room - Room was of adequate size. Liked the complimentary gifts and toiletries. Also 6 bottles of water and a coffee machine. Room was pretty with the starry lights. I liked the long pool by the swim up rooms. Didn't go to the other pool but liked really nice. The hotel grounds are stunning. Breakfast was really good. The best we have had in Thailand. The rooms were on the dark side.
