• Nagy (10/5): Tiszta, jól felszerelt, jó elhelyezkedés. - Nagyon jó helyen van. Szép kilátás. Boltok a közelben. Könnyű parkolni. Belváros karnyújtásnyira. Rendezett. Tiszta hely. Nagyon jól felszerelve mindennel. 9 fős társasággal mentünk. Nagyon kényelmesen elfértünk. Szemben egy csónak bérlő hely van ahol nagyon jó kis programot lehet csinálni. Erre járunk biztosan visszatérünk még ebbe a szállásba. Nincs ilyen.

• Koi Ling (1/5): Serious safety hazards- Avoid - Nothing Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. The apartment had multiple hazardous conditions that were not disclosed in the listing, making the stay unacceptable. 1) No lighting at the staircases: Upon arrival, we discovered there was no functional light at two sets of steep stairs leading from the bedrooms. We contacted the property owner immediately. While they acknowledged the issue, they said they would only come the next day. This forced us to climb steep steps in complete darkness that evening—an extremely hazardous situation that could easily have caused injury. No photos of these steep staircases were provided in the listing, which was misleading. 2) Bathroom hazard: The shower head was leaking, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor. This created a consistently slippery and unsafe environment. 3) Chemical odor: The apartment was filled with a strong chemical smell, likely from treated wood used in the original construction. The odor resembled creosote, which contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). This made the air unpleasant and raised concerns about potential health risks. Overall, the apartment did not provide a safe or acceptable environment. We were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation, but the property owner was not willing to provide partial refund. And there is nothing booking.com could do about it. I would strongly caution others against booking this property until these serious issues are properly resolved and accurately represented in the listing.

• Eva (10/5): - The house "Egon" of Apartmany Havana is absolutely exceptional. It is an immaculately, beautifully, and tastefully decorated older house. Which makes one feel like staying at a fairytale's grandmother. We stayed for a family reunion. It was 11 of us. The house fitted us perfectly. We never felt crowded. It has a couple of really cool outdoor/semioutdoor gathering BBQ areas where we could all sit comfortably. The location is superb. Easy walk to town along the picturesque river. The host Vladka is super helpful. She recommended places to go, places to see, and some local attractions, and she even made some calls for us to book us in. We couldn't be in better hands. Also when we arrived the house was warm the fire was lit in the stove and they even came next day to make a fire for us. Honestly, I never felt better looked after. I would certainly recomended this place and definitely stay there again. Thank you
• Edgar (8/5): Отдых в средневековом городе прекрасен. - Местоположение. Крутая лестница. Для маленьких детей может быть неудобной как и для поднятия чемоданов. Ступенька в ванне - об неё часто ударяешься. Также не хватает коврика в ванне. С детьми не безопасно.

• Olga (9/5): Perfect stay - We have rented 3-bedroom townhouse. The house was very nice and clean, we liked everything about it. Host is very responsive. It is located near two big supermarkets and 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. We were also allowed to leave our luggage till the evening. It would be nice to have a kitchen towel and jacket hangers on the entrance. Also the stairs are not very safe due to the lack of a fence on the top floor, so probably not the best choice for families with kids.
• Christina (9/5): Es war wunderschön dort! Große Empfehlung! - Direkt an der Moldau, Ruhig, wunderschön. In der Nähe der Stadt. Fußläufig. Parkplatz vor der Tür! Große Zimmer. Herrlich!
• Peer (7/5): Mittelmaß, man könnte mehr daraus machen . an der Moldau - Lage am Fluss, die Stadt ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider ist die Straße davor L mit vielen Bussen etc. befahren . Die Bodenschwelle direkt davor , macht den LKW- Verkehr zum Polterintrument und das sehr früh morgens. Berauschend war da nur die Aussicht auf die Moldau .

• Gabor (9/5): Good place for staying in a beautiful town - Location is excellent with easy walking distance to the town centre. There are shops nearby to buy groceries. You can start your river ride just in front of the place. The rooms are in a nice old house with modern facilities. We were lucky to find a parking slot very close to the house. I felt we were lucky with this and did not move the car during our stay (we did not really want to, so I am not complaining, just indicating it as a potential difficulty).

• Eric (6/5): - Good location about 15min by foot from the center. We could park for free in front of the building Dated interior and the beds are pretty hard. The fridge was not cooling properly. After 1.5 days in the freezer compartment our cooling packs were still not refrozen.

• Zsolt (8/5): Szuper kiindulópont egy vizitúrázó hétvégéhez. - A szállás nincs messze a belvárostól (kb. 15 perc gyalog), lehet ingyenesen parkolni, közvetlenül előtte van egy vizitúra szervező cég és beszálló pont. Nagyon közel van étterem, bolt, kávézó, reggeliző. Nyugodt környék. A belvárostól való távolságát ellensúlyozzák az egyéb előnyei. Az apartman elég tágas és jól felszerelt. Kicsit eklektikus az apartman berendezése, régi bútorok és új konyha. A belépés automata kulcs átvétellel könnyen ment. A kommunikáció összességében rendben volt, bár volt néha fucsa sms váltás (valószínűleg valami hibás automatika okozhatta). Az ágyak sajnos nem túl kényelmesek, ezen érdemes lenne javítani, mert csak kicsit kellenének vastagabb matracok. Enyhe dohos szag érezhető, mivel régi házat alakítottak át és újítottak fel, azonban nem túlzottan zavaró. A régi fa székekhez nincs párna, ami miatt nagyon kényelmetlenek és jó lett volna egy terítő, hogy ne a puszta asztalon kelljen pl. a finom helyi söröket fogyasztani.

• Susan (9/5): Space and location is great for families who would like self-catering. - Spacious and next to river - great location for river rafting. My husband liked the barbeque facilities. Fully equiped kitchen. Close to 2 supermarkets across the river. Scenic walking distance to old town centre. 18 min walk to Regiojet /Flixbus stop if not taking Uber. We only stayed 2 nights, but it would have been great for a longer stay as well. I would suggest adding a few more knives to the cutlery, but this was not a big issue for us

• Petr (9/5): Great place to stay in Krumlov - It is very spacious, we were 3 adults and 2 kids and even if you will be in 6 adults you will be fine. It is not brand new or super modern, but we like it a lot, there is some kind of cozy wooden cottage feeling there. It is very close to city center, shops, restaurants or bars. We had no problem to park car on city free space and also owner tell us we can use space directly in front of the house. It is on river side, so you can refresh there from small beach :-) just in the front of the house across busy side street. It has some covered fire place - it will fantastic for some barbecue time. Owners were also very friendly. Thanks a lot for a great time. Some used parts on kitchen floor.

• Stijn (9/5): Český Krumlov is super! - Mooi, groot huis met een fijne tuin met bbq. Dichtbij supermarkten, naast de rivier en je loopt zo het centrum in. De weg is vrij druk met veel lawaai van auto's en vrachtauto's. Elke ochtend werden rond 6.00u vuilnisbakken geleegd met veel kabaal. Daarnaast zijn de bedden vrij hard.
• Babič (10/5): - Dobré umístění u řeky, pokud chystáte se na rafty, tak máte to ihned na proti apartmánu. Pekny domeček s dostatkem místa pro velkou rodinu nebo partů přátel. Zařízeno v určitém stylu, který odpovídá duchů apartmánu, vše bylo funkční. V okolí par obchodů v docházkové vzdálenosti a par dobrých restaurací. Lze zaparkovat na proti apartmánu, ale není vyhrazené pro toto ubytování.

• Lukáš (10/5): - Krásné místo kousek od centra Krumlova. Pohodlné a prostorné ubytování s kuchyňkou, s možností sezení venku a grilováním. Čistá koupelna a dva záchody. Byli jsem naprosto spokojeni (9 lidí se tam pohodlně ubytuje).

• Olena (8/5): - Gute Lage direkt am Fluß, nicht weit von der Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Gemütliche überdachte Terrasse mit Kamin. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Da Haus ist ziemlich alt und renovierungsbedürftig, besonders das Bad und die Küche.

The host Vladka was also super nice and welcoming, she responded to my questions about the facilities very well and brought us extra coffee when we asked for it. Also, the check-in in super easy and fast with the keys in the box There is only once bathroom with a bathtub in the yellow house, and this was a bit problematic for 8 people. Also, since there is no shower and only a bathtub, there was always water on the floor after showering

• Amol (8/5): Great place for family or big groups. - Apartment is in the nice location and close to the center of the own, 10 mins by walk. Wood fire arrangement in the living room was excellent. Heaters were functioning very poor in all bedrooms.
• Libor (8/5): - Ubytování blízko centra za slušnou cenu.Parkování zdarma před domem.Vstřícná paní majitelka.Výhled na řeku. Starší vybavení. V penzionu Luna jsme neměli televizi.
• Barbora (8/5): - Kávovar na kapsle a velký stůl na večerní deskovky a povídání nad vínkem = paráda. Příjemné jednání s majitelkou / provozní. Jen malé drobnosti. Vybavení v kuchyni bylo slabší. Hlavně co se týká hrnečků a příborů. Naopak hrnců bylo dostatek. Pak chyběl ručník v koupelně u umyvadla a ideálně bych doplnila rohožku před vanou. Dost to tam klouže když není závěs.
• NATAŠA (9/5): - Prišli smo zelo pozno in zgodaj odšli, zato se žal ne moremo opredeljevati glede lokacije. Sicer pa je dostop enostaven, apartma simpatičen in velik, v letnem času predvidevam še bolje za izkoristit. Postelje bi lahko bile udobnejše.

Приятная девушка. Сильный запах в доме канализацией. В душе затхлый запах. На кухне посуда видавшая виды. почти вся в сколах. сковорода не была помыта. В одной из спален запах "старого". Очень давно не делался ремонт

The weather was very cold, the heat was very weak, off most of the time..we are Canadians…get used with the cold..but still too much for us…we have to wear heavy clothes like being outside..and we got the cold, running nose, cough… Should give more, thicker blankets. And the landing between the stairs and the room is very narrow. We had to be alert any time…afraid of falling You should add more bowls or dishes
