• serena (9/5): - Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare, casa di dimensioni generose e dotata di tutto il necessario, comodo il parcheggio, negozi, bar e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Proprietario gentile e sempre a disposizione.

• Josephine (6/5): Good budget accommodation, away from the crowds. - Our group was divided on our opinions about the place. Overall our stay was ok but on the first night some of our group of 4 single women were ready to find somewhere else to stay. The apartment had 3 spacious bedrooms. The location was perfect for us, one block back from the beach, a 10 min walk to Santa Teresa di Riva train station, and walking distance to the supermarket. There was also a great Italian biscuit/cannoli/gelato store a few doors down the on the other side of the street. We liked that there was a washing machine in the apartment and somewhere to hang the washing, including pegs. Beach was great as not crowded and the water was beautiful. We arrived late at night to a very hot, stuffy apartment with an overwhelming musty odour. Then we couldn’t use too many appliances at once as it would trip the power and we would have to go downstairs to switch the power on again. There were plenty of PowerPoints but we couldn’t use half of them as our adapters did not fit. We did not use the wifi as this is the only place we’ve stayed at that required you to download an app and we were not willing to do that. One lady tried but couldn’t get it to work so we relied on free wifi at cafes. (We found the wifi was not that good at most places we went to.) The kitchen had too many expresso cups but only 2 mugs. There were bins for every sort of waste out on the balcony but none inside the kitchen or bathroom which was annoying. It would also help if the bins had an English & other language translation of what they were for. We worked out the paper and plastic ones but were not sure what went into the other 2. The 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds had no top sheet on the beds so we had to take one of the bottom sheets off one of the beds to use as a top sheet. The bath towels were thin and not much bigger than a hand towel but we found that was the norm in Sicily.
• Ferraro (9/5): We had a brilliant stay! The apartment was spacious & clean with fantastic access to the beach. - The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had lovely outdoor areas and all the things we needed. Great access to the esplanade and beach too. Nothing. It was all great.
