• martin_13 (10/5): To był bardzo udany wyjazd. - Zatrzymaliśmy się w apartamencie na kilka dni i wszystko było super zwłaszcza taras, który rekompensował małe niedociągnięcia. Dojazd windą (super przeżycie), należy cały czas trzymać przycisk. Lokalizacja idealna – kilka minut spacerem od atrakcji starego miasta, ale jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Apartament był bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, co było ogromnym plusem przy letnich temperaturach. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bezproblemowy – bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto szuka fajnego noclegu w Bolonii. Na pewno wrócimy!
• Daniela (10/5): - Ci serviva un alloggio vicino al padiglione 2 dell'ospedale Sant'Orsola per via di un ricovero, e questo alloggio è davvero vicinissimo, quindi ci ha permesso di raggiungerlo a piedi. Tutto perfetto. Luca davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e puntuale. Abbiamo già prenotato per il prossimo controllo e quelli a venire. Unico neo, la mancanza di ascensore, che per chi come noi ha esigenze particolari dovute alla scarsa mobilità, diventa un problema. Fortunatamente c'è la possibilità di usare un montacarichi che per quanto sia stretto e lento, è comunque una salvezza.

• Georgi (10/5): Lovely location and great value for money in Bologna - The host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars. The place was clean, the terrace was huge and with a lovely view. Walking distance to the old town and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was great!

• Kacper (10/5): Perfect place for a city break - Clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of little restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Bus stops within 50 meters and a walking distance to the city center. Excellent communication with the owner! Will definitely come back!

• Maillen (9/5): Superb - The apartment has a great decoration and a nice terrace. It's a short work to the city center and you can easily reach the apartment by using the local buses. The place has pharmacies near by and is near to an historic entrance to the city. Communication with the host was easy and effective.
• Donna (10/5): Highly recommended - This apartment was a delight. Bright light, open space, very comfortable bed. Overall very relaxing and pleasant. Ursula was highly communicative, friendly, helpful. Really an oasis of calm that was needed after hectic days in the city. Much appreciated!
• Tegan (10/5): We loved the Ursula apatment! - We loved the property! It was very spacious, bright and the host was so helpful throughout our whole stay! I would definitely stay here again:) The host also recommended a restaurant ‘Ristorante Da Cesarina’ the food was phenomenal, we would go there again in a heartbeat! The only downside was the neighbours cigarette smoke! Obviously can’t be changed but it was the only negative of the stay! It was an amazing accommodation:)

• Geoffrey (10/5): A very nice base for our Bologna 11 day stay. - Loved the large outside deck and the layout of the large apartment. It is a close walk to the city. The hosts recommendations were great. Very comfortable bed. Met by the host which was nice. Best stay for us this trip to Italy so far. Nothing was a problem. Everything was good. Would stay here again.
