• Carmencita ramos (6/5): Estancia bien ubicada y agradable. - La ubicación. Estaba muy cerca de la estación central de Amsterdam e íbamos a todos sitios andando menos una vez que pillamos metro. Cerca hay muchos sitios para comer y supermercados. Con el anfitrión estuvimos hablando durante nuestra estancia y ahí no hubo problema. Pero hay que tener cuidado que en Amsterdam hay ratones y uno se coló en el piso. Se lo comentamos y preocupados, vinieron a poner trampas. Por lo visto es algo generalizado en la ciudad y era algo que desconocía. Era fácil tirar la basura porque cerca de la casa había contenedores. Teníamos una cama cómoda y un sofá cama también cómodo. La cocina era amplia y se podía cocinar muy bien, había muchas cacerolas, cafetera, horno, aunque recomiendo tener microondas. Para mí, las toallas de baño eran muy pequeñas, más bien tamaño toallas de lavabo en España. Recomiendo poner toallas más grandes porque el precio de amsterdam es bastante elevado. La ducha era muy incómoda, super pequeña y no era cómodo ducharse.
• Artun (7/5): İn general it was good. - The location was wonderful Toilet was so small, and there were no sink in it, have to walk to the bathroom which they were in different places. I advise to the people who is wishing to rent this place bring your shower jel and the shampoo because they are not supplied by the property. There were no hangers for the towels and bath towels were really small. Also the bed room was too small, there was room only for the bed, no wardrobe no table were located in the room.

Walls are like paper, can hear everything upstairs, outside, in the hall. Issue with getting in, resolved very quickly. A lot of rules in the notes and potential charges for things.

• İbrahim (9/5): - Konumu harika, tam merkezin göbeğinde. Arka sokaktan tramvay geçiyor, 5 dakika yürüme ile Damraktasın. Evde tüm mutfak araç gereçleri vardı, yatak rahattı. Ev sahibi sürekli iletişim halindeydi, ücretsiz erken check in yapmamıza olanak sağladı. tuvalet ve duş kabini küçük.
• Birgit (7/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Lage im Zentrum. Das Kundenservice war freundlich. Der Kleiderschrank war versperrt und nicht nutzbar.

• NEREA (6/5): Bien pero con importantes limitaciones - La decoración y la ubicación. La comunicación con la propiedad. Alquilamos el apartamento por tener dos camas. Al llegar nos comunicaron que por usar la segunda cama había que pagar. El check-in es digital y solo puedes entrar de 5 a 5:30. Si vas antes tienes que pagar y después también La salida es a las 10 am. Si quieres salir mas tarde, también tienes que pagar. El baño es diminuto. Una persona corpulento no cabe. La mampara de la ducha está mal instalada y se sale el agua. Este espacio también es muy pequeño. No hay armarios para dejar la ropa ni colgadores para las chaquetas. La primera noche pasamos frío. Avisamos y se soluciono.Muchísimas normas. Resulta estresante.

Even though I was very stressed in advance, the instructions we received were clear and accurate—everything went smoothly with the property management. The room was warm and comfortable, and the €500 security deposit was refunded within two days.* *The only suggestions I would make are to add a full-length mirror and add some slightly brighter lighting around the bathroom mirror.*

• Elias (10/5): 10/10. An exceptional stay - We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful, perfectly located, and the owner is incredibly friendly and flexible. The large smart TV with a soundbar was a fantastic bonus for watching our favorite series in the evenings. For Amsterdam standards, the apartment is very well designed, with every space being utilized efficiently. A major plus is that the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet are separated from the kitchen and living area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Amsterdam!
• Thea (4/5): The apartment was in a great location, unfortunately the apartment itself was disappointing. - The location was excellent, though a little noisy at night. No wardrobe access or hanging space for clothes, except some hooks on a door which opened against a bare brick wall so our coats had brick dust all down them. No drawers in the bedroom to be able to unpack. The only space to store a few clothes was in the kitchen drawers. The temperature, no matter what we tried reset to 14 degrees which was inadequate heating in mid winter. The bathroom and toilet were very tight for space.
• Yunus (1/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY. - Location was quite central, though very noisy. Got my security deposit of 500 euros two weeks later as mentioned. It was almost impossible to contact the owner either by email or phone. Phone has never been answered. Only a few emails regarding their security deposit mentioned were responded. No other questions were answered at all. Check in and check out times were ridiculous. Had to pay 25euros per person for reasonable check in and out time. The stairs are very steep. Toilet is incredibly small. Less than 1m2. Apartment was very very very cold. I had to open the windows to warm it up, and surprisingly it worked. Air quality when first checked in was very dusty but became ok after opening the windows to aerate.
• Ann (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent experience, an unbeatable apartment and everything close and well connected to public transport. The place was even prettier than the pictures! Host was so responsive and kind and was very flexible with the check-in time! This was the cutest and coziest place I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!
• Elisavet (5/5): Not worth the money you pay for it - The place was beautiful, in an central spot I paid 500 deposit for 17 hours, and I only got it back 3 weeks later, when it was supposed to be returned 2 weeks after check out. Had to send 3 messages and emails for that. For 15min early check in we were asked 25euros. We only had one towel each, and a extra one also cost 25euros (or 30, cannot recall exactly). The temperature could not go higher, needed a pin (extra money, apparently) . And we were given a ton of instructions on how to leave the place intact and clean, otherwise guess: we would pay for it. Also, the bathroom was tiny, a chubby folk could not use it.

All the amenities you need in a very nice walkable neighborhood (shopping, museums, etc all close by). We received many recommendations that helped us with a great stay. Would suggest to a friend and would rent here again!
• Jenny (6/5): Dirty grumpy and hassle. The weather and the museums saved it. - Location Getting into property was a nightmare and the phone number wouldn’t answer. Took ages in the pooring rain. Had to ask a stranger to help. The person giving instructions did not make allowances for me having hearing difficulties. Was unhelpful. The toilet is the size of shoe box and you can touch the wall with yr knees if you sit. The alley which the property is on is used as a. Toilet every night so we had to avoid faeces and urine every day. The process of sending a money transfer is very old fashioned and inconvenient too. The rules of the apartment are difficult to adhere too. It seemed we were doing the cleaning for them. The actual owner is doing precious little for the money. Wouldn’t recommend or book an apartment ever again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here... Communication with host was quick, very friendly and super helpful for first timers. We would definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam. Loved it! • Jasjit (10/5): For Indians and Asian if you have iban account then only stay in this property. Or you security deposit is never coming - Property is very good but it’s a old building and very nicely decorated very clean. Locating a property was a task no mame plate… Price was very high and time to check in is 5pm and check out is 11am. Its pathetic its never recommended after 2pm and they will charge you highly…. If your country doesn’t have iban bank not recommended for them because they will ask you to pay security and its a task to get back… im Indian they will never give you back with any other source except iban bank acc and its only used in Europe banks.
• Ann (10/5): Amazing spot! - Everything was arranged perfectly. Fantastic, cozy and highly finished premium apartment. Super centrally located in the center. Bed sleeps very well. Nice shower with high water pressure and a very large and extensive kitchen. We will definitely come back to this fantastic place. An extra thank you to the host who was very friendly and extremely helpful in making our stay extra comfortable.
• Nimmi (10/5): Exceptional - Great little apartment in a perfect location in Amsterdam - it was easy to get everywhere. The host was very friendly and responsive. The toilet was a tight squeeze and insulation around windows could help keep the heat in on cold nights - I hope these are received in a positive manner as everything else was great!
• Rose (2/5): A STRESS-FULL holiday like no other!!!!!! - The location was great and the property was clean and beautifully decorated The host is inhospitable and not helpful. The apartment was cold despite temperature set / remotely controlled and capped at '16 degrees". We tried asking the host if there was a pin code to reset the temperature, but the answer from host was very unhelpful. We were freezing during the first 2 nights and had to bundle up in thick sweaters and stockings in the apartment (Miraculously however, on our last night, the heater worked, on its own. Wonders, wonders.. maybe the host decided to be "generous" on our last night) And lastly, the whole thing about paying deposit 500Euro was stressful right from after payment was made, down to requesting for deposit which was declined through no fault of ours. Attempts to discussed was ignored. Basically we were at the mercy of the host!
• Karol (10/5): Beautiful place! - An absolutely brilliant stay. Beautiful place in the center of Amsterdam, newly renovated and with tasteful, comfortable and high exclusive furniture. Perfect location and easy enough to find your way around. Walking distance to the restaurants, shopping district, museums, markets. Great host, shared lots of great recommendations, quick and easy going in communicating and was very flexible with the check-in time. We can’t wait to hopefully return in the summer. Thank you :)
• Fernando (10/5): Highly recommend this lovely apartment! - Highly recommend this lovely apartment! The location was fantastic, just steps from downtown Amsterdam in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The bed slept wonderfully and the shower was very good with a good jet of water. The apartment is luxuriously finished to a high standard with an amazing kitchen, fully equipped, even with an extensive combi oven. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable, everything clean and just as described. A great host, very (!) responsive, shared a lot of tips and all the information we needed for a lovely stay. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Amsterdam.
