• Deshwal (1/5): The most unhygienic place to stay - The 1 & only thing to like about the property is the proximity to the kydganj boat club. The pictures uploaded on the booking.com app are absolutely fake & I will upload the real pics which I took on 11/2/25 when I was there for 1 night with my family to witness Mahakumbh. (There should a fraud case filed against the property for fooling the innocent customers & charging 5X the worth of 1 night - 23000 for 2 rooms for 1 night) It was the most unhygienic property that I have ever stayed in. The property had tried to hide the fungus & seepage on the walls by just putting up a wallpapers but the wallpaper cannot tackle the smell of the fungus & damp walls. The entire room was stinking horribly. Lift was missing and my parent of age 75 & 67 had to climb upto the 2nd floor. I can keep on going with the list of disappointments. I urge booking.com & FabHotels to take this complaint and conduct an inquiry to save their brand value.

The guy sitting in reception was rude and had bad attitude initially however later was toned down a bit, the rooms do not have windows or basic facilities, the tv wasn’t working rooms were not that clean. I was charged 11k because of kumbh but the hotel room is not even worth 1000

• Singh (1/5): Staff entered room without permission and Money stolen by staff , - Nothing The staff entered room without our permission and they stole 4000 rupees from purse. When we asked why did you enter he said just to check the wardrobe. He didn’t even clean anything , he just entered and after 3 mins he came out , the property have the recording of that staff entered our rooms

• Murali (3/5): Poor condition of Hotel - The hotel room is not as shown in photos. The rooms are small, furniture is very old and needs replacement. The toilet is dilapidated, very dirty. WC is damaged and dirty. The bed linen is old and stained. There is no lift in facility. The Airconditioning has no controls and no way to heat the room in winter. There is no kitchen. Everything is brought from outside and lands cold in the room. The staff tries to be courteous but the poor condition of facilities overshadows everything.The price charged is exorbitant and I request a refund please.

The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier but hotel doesn't take any charges and provide rooms

And the most pathetic experience is that I had complaint to booking.com team. But they also couldn't help me anything. Room lights are so dim that you can't read even a single line of books or newspapers. Rooms are stinking. Bedsheets are stinking. Bathroom is dirty. Wall papers are torn out. Scratches are there on cupboards. Dustbins were full of litters whole day

• Nitin (1/5): Worst & dreadful - The room was extremely dirty with stains across the walls & foul smell. The property did not had the lift while booking the amenities mentioned lift availability. I had 3 senior citizen aged 74 & 69 travelling with me & they had to climb the staircase. I will never recommend this hotel & will urge such properties to be delisted. I want my money be reimbursed for such a horrible experience & making false claim about the hotel condition.

• Karthik (4/5): Disappointed! - I know this is unbelievable, but we were charged 50% extra than the price shown by oyo. We were in a hurry so we were forced to stay there. This was highly disappointing. OYO should make proper agreements with their dealers. Plus, zero for room service, no geyser, unhygienic rooms.
