• Gary (10/5): Funky and creatively renovated property - This was such a cute and creatively renovated property. Yes, make sure you are able for using stairs and a ladder to the lofted bedroom, but we thought is was very comfortable and funky. We needed assistance with a couple items during our stay and the hosts were very responsive and friendly sorting everything for us quickly. The host even supplied us with an extra blanket as it was a colder evening. There is a large smart telly so we watched a movie and cooked dinner on the gas hob. A few supplies were available such as olive oil, coffee for the morning, salt. There was a large fridge freezer, toaster oven, kettle, and microwave,. The bed and sofa were comfy and it was a good hot shower. Parking was easy outside the front door. Quiet location. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend and stay again. An extra pot would have been helpful. We didn't get eggs like some reviews but perhaps it wasn't the season. This didn't impact our good experience.

• Krzysztof (8/5): - It was generally ok. The place was clean and sufficiently equipped. I found the stairs up and down to the bedrooms very steep and narrow. Ok for young people but hard for elderly people or toddlers.

La casa es muy compacta pero justo las habitaciones son muy agradables y confortables. Me parece una excelente opción calidad precio si vas a estar visitando la isla o si vienes por trabajo. -

Väga meeldis vapustava vaatega köök ja hommikune kukkede laul akna taga. Väga stiilne ja armas koht! Teekond keskusesse ei ole pikk, aga kehva liikumisega inimesele ilmselt päris keeruline, sest linnast tulles on jalutuskäik ülesmäge ikka päris võimas... Taksot leida pole ka kuigi lihtne
• Hanna (9/5): - Sehr kreativ ausgestattete kleine Wohnung auf mehreren Ebenen. Viel Liebe für kleine Details. Sehr sauber. Wie schon zuvor erwähnt, befindet sich das Haus am Berg. Das sollte man wissen, vor allem, wenn man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad reist. Auch die Treppe vom Schlafzimmer runter sollte man eher nicht betrunken nehmen...:) Ich hätte mir gerne etwas mehr persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter gewünscht. Sonst war alles super!

• Gemma (10/5): Alojamiento con encanto - Lugar muy tranquilo y espacio bien aprovechado. Decorado con mucho gusto. Cama cómoda. Difícil acceso para una de las habitaciones ya que hay una escalera vertical y es complicado con equipaje grande pero es muy bonito.
• SILVIA (9/5): Con mucho encanto - Un apartamento muy agradable. Pequeñito pero con todo lo necesario para estar unos días. En lo alto del pueblo así que hay buenas vistas desde el ventanal de la cocina. Muy amables, nos dejaron un radiador ya que llegamos chirriados por la lluvia. Viajábamos en bici y pudimos secar la ropa y calentarnos para poder seguir la ruta al día siguiente.
• Teresa de Jesus (5/5): Apartamento limpio pero en invierno muy frío. - Estaba muy limpio. No tenía ningún calefactor. Hacía frío en el apartamento y es húmedo. Estaríamos a unos 16 grados (dentro). Sólo había una manta extra para una cama. Había un deshumidificador en una habitación pero se queda corto. Pasamos bastante frío. Necesita radiadores para el invierno, si no, la estancia no es agradable.

• Rita (8/5): Heel gezellig om een nachtje door te brengen in een authentieke sfeer. - Het is een piepklein huisje, superrustig gelegen en 's morgens vanuit de keuken volle zon en uitzicht naar zee. De inrichting is met veel hoekjes en kantjes, maar heel goed bedacht. Perfect warme douche en reuzen ijskast! Alle trappen en laddertjes kunnen voor minder sportieve mensen misschien wel een probleem zijn. Een extra keukenhanddoek zou handig zijn in de keuken.

• Mónica (10/5): Una noche en la Cuevita Bimbache - La potencia con la que salía el agua. Las vistas de la cocina. Y el detalle de dejarnos unos huevos que estaban buenísimos, café y agua, entre otras cosas básicas de cocina. La escalera resultaba bastante incómoda, sobre todo para bajar. Me resultó raro que la nevera estuviese tan alejada de la cocina.

• Paulius (10/5): Good spot for the first night after arriving to El Hierro - Very calm place. Lemons and fresh eggs was a very nice touch to the experience. Good spot for larger family or travellers group.

The owner was kind enough to leave some very tasty eggs from the farm. The place was large, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valverde!
• Anu (5/5): Roosters kept us awake - It was clean and cozy. If you like sleeping I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are a lot of roosters on a backyard and those started crowing 3.00. We both couldn’t sleep after that. As a bad joke there were free eggs on a table but that didn’t make our morning any better after staying wake all night. Fridge is just next to outdoor and couldn’t be any further from the kitchen.

We had an amazing breakfast with those. We saw a wonderful sunrise from the bedroom window. A lovely seaview while having breakfast in the kitchen Great place. No complaints. Everything perfect.
• Seila (6/5): Traditional styled house with noise issues - The house was clean and the host was very informative. Check-in was easy. Basic kitchen equipment were available and shower was good. There was no sound proofing at all, so every sound both inside and outside the house were clearly audible. Prepare to sleep with ear plugs! The accommodation’s location is not suitable for people with poor physical condition (it may be hard to get a taxi, and to get to the accommodation you need to walk a very steep uphill). The house is also a little unfunctional due to it being an old building. From the upstairs you could see into the toilet through the floor, which was not very nice. With minor fixes (eg. sound proofing) the accommodation could be improved a lot. :)

• Remis (6/5): Specific … - Clean and everything works I chose this option because of the very good reviews, but I really do not agree with these assessments... First of all, this is not a two-bedroom apartment as we all understand it, even this is an old-style house where there are three floors of spaces, mostly without windows and doors, connected by narrow, steep stairs or ladders, the upper and lower ones of which are adapted for sleeping on mattresses and it is not even a bed... the rooms are narrow , low and dark and very inconvenient, especially if you need to use the toilet at night what is located at the middle floor and especially for older people. The location at the upper part of the city (on the hill) is further away from traffic noise, which is a plus, but the constant whistling of the wind into the building is definitely worth mentioning if you are looking for a quiet rest, and as a bonus is the non-stop crowing of roosters every morning is a despairing pleasure for those who want to sleep well. The location is not within walking distance to the city center. Basically, if you want to experience the comforts of an old typical island house and you are looking for such stay, then everything is OK then and it is really quite an exotic experience if you only need to sleep over night for younger people and this house has everything you need in terms of equipment or appliances and no complaints for the hosts, because it is clean and everything works, but I can't call it a quality vacation for a family in a two-bedroom apartment with an ocean view!
