• Renate (4/5): - Als wir endlich da waren, war alles wichtige da Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, weil unser Flug ausgefallen ist und zuerst haben die Besitzer schnell geantwortet und erste Infos geschickt. In den ersten Nachrichten stand noch, dass wir an der hier angegebenen Adresse übernachten. Über Stunden hinweg kamen dann allerdings keine Nachrichten mehr, weswegen die finalen, essenziellen Infos gefehlt haben. Uns wurde der Code der Schlüssel lock box und die finalen Wohnungsdaten nicht mitgeteilt. Auf meine Textnachrichten über booking hat niemand reagiert und auch bei der hier angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand erreichbar. Auch am Gebäude, in der sich die lock box befindet, war keine Kontaktmäglichkeit angegebenen. Glücklicherweise haben wir nach einigem Suchen auf der Internetseite der Besitzer noch eine andere Nummer gefunden, an die dann jemand rangegangen ist. Daraufhin haben wir die fehlenden Infos bekommen und haben den Schlüssel abgeholt. Wahrscheinlich waren wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt zu erschöpft um genau genug zu lesen, aber wir sind daraufhin zu der hier angegebenen Adresse gelaufen, weil bis auf die allerletzte Nachricht, die wir erhalten haben überall angegeben war, dass sich die Unterkunft auch dort befindet. Interessanterweise war das aber in unserem Fall nicht so. Unsere Unterkunft war nicht wie bei allen anderen Personen, die eine Rezession abgegeben haben in der Pohjolankatu 36, was wir natürlich erst gemerkt haben, als dort der Schlüssel nicht funktioniert hat. Unsere Unterkunft war im selben Gebäude in dem sich auch die lock box befindet, weswegen wir die 1 km Strecke dorthin zurücklaufen mussten. Insgesamt hat es 4 Stunden gedauert, von meinen ersten Nachfragen nach dem lock box Code bis wir endlich in der Unterkunft waren. Und das bei -25 Grad Celsius, jeweils 15 kg Gepäck in Rucksäcken und letztendlich 4 km Wegstrecke, weil wir zwischen den Gebäuden hin und her laufen mussten

• Danyan (1/5): GOOD LUCK to new guests, you are gonna need it... - Nothing Owner of apartment was not available and did not indicate which apartment we made reservations for. This meant checking 4 floors with 6 apartments each to find the hidden key to the apartment; took us 90 minutes to find. In the meantime the owner was unavailable. Towels were clean but we made reservations for 3 adults; only two sets of towels were available. Bed linnen was not clean. The apartment smelled like Chinese noodles. Two barking dogs in the building kept us awake for most of the night. GOOD LUCK to new guests, you are gonna need it.

Having to pick the keys up from a different property first was tricky as I did not have any transport. If I had been pre-informed, that would have made it easier.

Elevator in the building. Kitchen was well equipped, comfy sofa, very nice beds, normal bathroom, lots cabinet space, big smart TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi on the location. Excellent interior design. Perfectly cleaned. Very quiet house and environment. I recommend this apartment.
