• Daniel (8/5): - Excellent location, close to everything. Great staff. Free coffee and water. Snack bar (with extra cost) Facilities need some upkeep. Very humid dorm. No showerhead or warm water.
• Valentina (5/5): - central locarion big beds MOSQUITOSSSSS cold shower lack of spoons/forks etc, if you are lucky you might find one the female dorm, was inside a mixed dorm, without the possibility to close the door and you just hoped no-one entered the room is small, luckily I was alone, otherwise no space for luggaes. the room has a window to the laundry and everybody is just careless of the fact that there are customers sleeping etc you ask hints to the staff and the stuff copy paste chat gpt!!! It could be such an amazing location

Parecía que lo estabas molestando en todo momento. No permiten guardar el equipaje por unas horas después de hacer check out con excusas imaginarias como que un huésped una vez dejó drogas en el equipaje. Es un hotel muy viejo, y faltó de mantenimiento. NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE EN LAS DUCHAS
• Gabriela (5/5): - Ubicación, atención del personal Habitación y baño muy sucios. Me quedé dos noches y no limpiaron el baño en el segundo día. Colchón muy viejo, incómodo. La habitación no tiene ventanas, huele a humedad y hay muchos mosquitos.

• Mayerly Baquero (10/5): Ubicación y servicio - Su ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la catedral de Santa Ana. Buena relación calidad - precio. Me atendieron muy bien y colaboraron con mi equipaje mientras fui al volcán.

• Rosemary (6/5): Very mixed experience - The location is great although note the address on booking.com is wrong - look for 'Hotel Brunette' in Google Maps. It's also a very nice entranceway, as it's shared with the hostel, so there are nice places to sit and coffee and water available. The bathroom was en suite and fine. The temperature at night was okay and there were some fans. The kitchen is excellent. Breakfast was included which was good for the price although it was not very nice - basically toast with a bit of scrambled egg or jam. They give you a towel. The bedsheets were dirty, with hair and other stuff, and in the dorm room only part of it has a functioning light, so I had to use my phone torch even in the daytime. There was also quite a lot of random stuff in the room, broken fans etc.
• Darina (8/5): Very good - Friendly guy on front desk.1 minute walk around the corner to main square where the Bacilica is so central to stalls shops can walk al around Santa Ana from herë Nothing - it was very basic but clean and confortable and very central to everything
• Yasmin (8/5): Very good - The staff really tried to help and accomodate us. The breakfast was amazing and the location is right at the central plaza with lots of food etc. around. The dorm rooms had absolutly no ventilation because there were no windows so it got super hot at night with absolutly no airflow. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was a lot of hair left in the shower/floors which wasnt ours.
