Off street parking was my biggest put off the house had a garage and I wasnt allowed to park my vehicle. Basically we touched nothing even the bedding needs to be upgraded to be honest.

- Craig (9/5): Modern, comfortable townhouse. Good value for Auckland suburbs. - Modern townhouse with excellent facilities. A narrow unit spread over 3 levels but still spacious and comfortable. Location was good for us as it was close to family. Not a huge fan of offsite parking but we had no issues.

Didn’t like having to park the car out on the street. No milk left for tea or coffee. No instructions for TV. Bedrooms upstairs are incredibly hot as no air conditioning up there.

- Dorothy (8/5): - It was comfortable. There was no coffee or milk and only 1 mirror. The stairs were a little bit steep for 2 old ladies. I'm 85 and my sister is 83.

- Denise (9/5): Great stay in a very lovely house with good amenities and fantastic hosts! - The house is very comfortable and clean. The furnishings are to a high standard and the massage chair was very much appreciated! We didn't meet the hosts but they were extremely quick at responding to our queries and messages. It was very easy to get into the house using their instructions. Would stay here again and would recommend to others. For me the bedrooms were a little hot, and there was only one fan available. The windows didn't open very wide. It would have been nice to have a second air con unit on the top floor just to cool it down a little to be comfortable sleeping. Also, there are a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues bear that in mind.

The two double bedrooms were great and the massage chair was amazing. There was no normal coffee to make a black coffee, so I had to buy some expensive coffee from the local dairy. The bedrooms were a bit hot with no air conditioning upstairs.

The outdoor balcony is huge, massage chair in the lounge was such a cool surprise, equipped with everything you need from washing machine that also dries, UE speaker, playing cards, board games, fully equipped appliances in the kitchen, awesome comfy beds - even has a USB port built into the bed head board, extremely tidy feel, cute decor, host is very responsive after last minute requests & if we needed him. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you George!
- Natasha (7/5): cheap and worth the stay - cheap prices, very homely Wasn’t too happy to have received a message at 9:45 morning of our checkout from our host saying they were coming at 10 am to clean the apartment when our checkout wasn’t until 11am. Communication was not there, you should not have the checkout time at 11am if you are unable to accomodate to this.
