• Richard (8/5): Very good - Location All renovations Clean No top sheets for bedding only blanket or comforter. And one bedroom had air-conditioning so that was uncomfortable for the second bedroom Parking can be hard to fine but that is split
• Bryony (10/5): Spacious Apartment with Modern Touches and Great Host - We stayed here as a group and had the most wonderful time. Having two bathrooms was a real game changer, and the sitting room was absolutely lovely; we thoroughly enjoyed watching a film there after our long journey. The shower was wonderful—big, spacious, and really lovely—and it was so nice to have the option of a bath as well. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and having such a large fridge was extremely useful. There’s a Lidl very close by and plenty of buses, which made getting around really convenient. We did struggle a little to find the apartment at first, but the host had posted plenty of pictures on Booking.com, which were really helpful, so I would definitely recommend using those to guide you, as Google Maps wasn’t very accurate. We only stayed for two days, so didn’t get to make use of all the amazing facilities, but this would be a wonderful place for a longer vacation too. Added bonuses included the key box, which gave me peace of mind about keeping the key safe while out, and the awesome fan with an inbuilt speaker, which made for some great pre-dinner fun. The host was incredibly friendly and provided so much useful information about the booking, the apartment, and the local area. Overall, a really comfortable, well-equipped apartment with thoughtful touches, perfect for a group stay. One thing to note is that the apartment is a bit further from the city center (the port area) than we had anticipated. While the map suggested a 20-minute walk, it felt longer, and we often opted for taxis to get to dinner. This isn’t a fault of the owner, but it might be useful information for future guests planning to explore the city on foot.
• Tracey (9/5): Excellent base to explore the city. - Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very well furnished with good a/c. Minutes from a convenient shop which also sold fresh bread. Host was very responsive, making suggestions on local restaurants etc.
• Adreea (10/5): Un sejur plăcut în Split - Un apartament dragut, la parterul unui bloc, mi-a plăcut în mod special ca a avut 2 bai. Apartamentul are toate facilitățile de care ai putea avea nevoie, inclusiv uscător de par. Camerele sunt frumos amenajate și curate. Livingul este spațios și confortabil pentru a petrece timpul liber fiind dotat cu aer condiționat. Merită inchiriat. Distanta până la plaja este de aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos. Asta ar putea fi un inconvenient pentru unele persoane dar nu pentru noi. Am parcurs distantele în plimbare și cu plăcere.

• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Nice communicative host. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Large kitchen, comfy living room, and dining room. 2 full bathrooms w washing machine and big balcony but no view. AC only worked in the living room. One bedroom it didn't work and the other bedroom didn't have ac.

The owner is really helpful and nice, there was No problem to Contact with her. Location is also really good, a bit from the city center and Because of that it is quiet district. The way to the sandy Beaches is really good, about 15 minutes. Apartament is on the ground Floor. It’s really big. Apartment has air conditiong. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment! -
• Kevin (10/5): A clean and newly refurbished apartment that has restaurants, bars, beaches close by & close to cent - The apartment was spacious especially as it had a balcony. It was decorated very nicely and everything was brand new, the whole apartment had been refurbished so it had a new fridge, new washing machine, new sofas, beds, wardrobes, new flooring, new everything, which was great as it was better than staying in a hotel. it is great to come home from a day out to a place that has space and is able to relax and get a few drinks out of the fridge. I rented a car and was able to park either downstairs in the car park or on streets close to the apartment. check-in and out was easy as I saved the host's telephone number and communicated with them using what's app, I actually asked a lot of questions and wanted advice and the host was so helpful and responded quickly.
