• Keith & Marie-Josee (8/5): - The location was excellent. The double bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. One of the twin bed mattress was sagging.... We didn't know that the courtyard was shared with other tenants. It would had been nice to know ahead time.

Sie Wohnung selbst war gemütlich. Die Betten hatten gute Matratzen und waren bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wunderbar auch die zentrale Lage…Bars, Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Manche Gegenstände, z.B. der Teppich im Eintrittsbereich, könnten erneuert werden. Für ältere und gehbehinderte Menschen ist die Wohnung, durch die Treppe, nicht geeignet.

• Tom (7/5): Excellent location. OK property. Poor communications. - Location is PERFECT. Just steps from the village, but on a quiet ally. We loved Tarifa and we were happy to stay at this property. But there is a LOT of useful info that is not included in the descriptions. So I want to help Nigel by adding the needed info below. Arrival was stressful. All Nigel says on the page is "parking available nearby" (without explaining that you cannot park near the property), and with no address or directions. We arrived in town looking for the "nearby" parking with no success. Fortunately when I messaged Nigel, he replied promptly. If he had been unavailable, it would not have been good! It is a bit of a walk from parking to the house, so bringing a lot of luggage is not advised. Travel light. Parking location: Parking publico https://maps.app.goo.gl/TdK2vwJWZUQJ1ssL9?g_st=ic Other helpful info (that Nigel SHOULD include): Plugs are scarce and inconvenient. To run a lamp and charge my phone, I had to have my own adaptor, and run extension cords across the room (upstairs) There are no shades on upstairs windows, and it stays light very late there. Roof terrace access is only up a very steep ladder, and opening a skylight to climb up on the roof. Nigel: maybe provide a table and chairs? Stairway between main floor and upstairs (where bedroom #2 and kitchen/dining are located) has no handrail, and if you are disabled like I am you could find it very challenging, especially when moving luggage. I almost fell a couple of times. He provides a soap/shampoo container in the shower, but it is empty. There is no hand soap, or any other amenities that most travelers expect. We arrived late on a Saturday and there is no place to access supplies until Monday. The kitchen is billed as "well equipped" and there are pots, a tea kettle, a toaster and utensils.. but no salt, pepper or any other basic condiments that you'd want, so you need to purchase or bring your own. On that note, there aren't grocery stores nearby so best to shop before arriving. Wifi password is long and cumbersome. No idea why. It took repeated attempts to finally log in. And even then it was a bit spotty and we had to log in again.
