• Simonovic (3/5): Veoma lose iskustvo. - Dobra lokacija Osim sto je apartman kao sa slike, nemam lep utisak. Mnogo je imalo buba na sve strane, iz bojilera je curela voda a vodokotlic se pokvario drugi dan. Indukciona ploča ne radi kao ni šporet a na poruke koje sam poslala vlasniku nisam dobila odgovor. Posteljina je flekava i garnitura prljava. Stolice na terasi su polomljene, šolja i časa skoro pa nema. Apartman izbegavati.

• Predrag (4/5): Neverovatno je da, ako je pre našeg dolaska čišćen apartman, nije uočeno da je vodokotlić neispravan - Lokacija i terasa mada su na terasi samo 2 stolice u funkciji, 2 su polomljene. Najveća zamerka je što vodokotlić nije bio ispravan i što smo morali da ispiramo wc šolju sa vodomo iz flaše. Takođe, nedostaju kukice za peškire u kupatilu, u kuhinji nema nijedne male kašičice, posteljina nije delovala sveže oprana.

• Sintija (2/5): Far from Luxury – Needs Serious Maintenance and Cleaning - Good location, a balcony The name “Luxury Penthouse” feels very far from reality. When traveling, most people just want a few basic comforts — a clean place to sleep, a functional bathroom, and a space to have a meal. Unfortunately, this apartment failed in all three. I don’t want to sound like “the bad guy,” but being misled like this feels really disappointing and even a bit offensive. 1. The doors are difficult to open and make an awful amount of noise. 2. The apartment was very humid when we first arrived. 3. The toilet barely flushed — it took several tries just to get paper down. Pro tip for future guests: there’s a bucket on the balcony if you want a “luxury” workaround. 4. Every dish and kitchen shelf was greasy and dirty when we arrived. 5. The boiler was leaking and actually woke me up during the first night — not exactly the experience you expect on vacation. 6. The bed was unbelievably squeaky. It’s impossible to move without waking your partner. Hard to believe no one mentioned this before! 7. Supplies were minimal — only two rolls of toilet paper for five nights, no coffee, sugar, dish soap, or even a sponge(it was old). We ended up buying our own and left some for the next guests. 8. The kitchenware really needs a deep clean — everything felt oily and unhygienic. And how about some teaspoons? 9. The bath mat was dirty too. It made me wonder if only the sheets are washed and the floors moped for next guests. No place to hang towels or to put any of the cosmetics for showering. i have more photos, but there can only be 4, so - chech them out. and, Kurt, i suggest you staying there for yourselfe and make some changes. i would like to get back money for the whole stay, but, if nothing else then just my invested money of dishwasher, sponges and coffee. This is a wake up call to change things!

• Soulignac (8/5): Séjour octobre 2025 - L'emplacement est top A proximité des arrêts de bus pour visiter La terrasse est grande avec une belle vue au dernier étage. L'appartement est fonctionnel Parfait pour y sejourner Quelques soucis de plomberie, fuite salle de bain et chasse d'eau peu fonctionnelle. Le lit est confortable mais grince beaucoup.

Dear Kurt, We flew back home this morning... We had a wonderful week in Malta. I made an effort to find nice accommodation and came across “Luxury Penthouse.” It was great that you were always easy to reach and that we were able to check in early. However, we were more disappointed than pleased with the apartment. It is not in good condition! The bathroom is not really clean, and the shower did not drain or drained very slowly. After I removed the hair from several previous tenants from the strainer, it worked better. Please point this out to your cleaning staff! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no hooks for towels, no shelf in the shower for shampoo and other toiletries. In an apartment for four people, there were only two breakfast plates... The plug in the sink was missing. The lighting in the apartment (only ceiling lights) is really not nice... you can't read in bed, and a portable LED lamp is not enough. The roof terrace is great, but with four rusty plastic chairs, it's not exactly luxuriously furnished. Die Verbindung nach Valetta ist sehr fußgängerunfreundich, kann man nicht wirklich laufen, auch wenn es eigentlich nicht weit ist.

• Nikola (10/5): Brutal - It was better than in the pictures shown, both sleeping room and living room have AC, it had everything that we needed. It is close to the bus station and markets are nearby. The balcony is huge and it has a nice view of a city, and it is quiet. The owner was nice and helpful from start to the finish. Would recommend for 4 people at most, and would come back again. The shower and bathroom sink would clog up over time. The location of an aprtment was hard to find first time without the picture of a front door. Beside that the apartment is perfect.

• Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment with big terrace. Apartment situated in 6th floor so you have really nice view, especially in the evening. Overall quiet neighbourhood, close to the bus station.

The water in the shower didn’t flow out well :( and it would be nice to wash the curtain, it was all moldy!

• Lucy (8/5): Very comfortable apartment but manager has issues with the release of check-in info! - The smart TV made it great to be able to stream. The terrace would have been lovely in warmer weather. The apartment furniture was very large which made moving around awkward but it was comfortable overall. It was most difficult communicating with the manager, despite my many attempts to explain I would be traveling and would appreciate the apartment address information so that I could plan a car service prior to arrival as I was working with only WIFI. He refused to give me the street number and would only use a deli that was nearby as the address locator! Didn't want to give me the lockbox combination until the day of arrival! I kept trying to explain I would be traveling prior to arrival. I finally had to request assistance from Booking.com in order to obtain the information needed. The situation was very stressful and frustrating.
