• Gopinath (7/5): - Hotel price is little bit expensive
• Roshan (8/5): Great location and helpful staff, but the early check-in charge was unexpected - The property’s location is ideal for worshippers and pilgrims. While the lower floors can be slightly noisy at times, it quickly fades into the background. The location itself is excellent, and Sister Devi Priya at the reception from 09:30 AM was helpful, guiding and supporting throughout the stay. The only concern I had was regarding the early check-in. I checked in at 09:00 AM instead of the standard 12:30 PM and was charged an additional INR 1000. This was not disclosed in advance, even though I had called a day earlier to check whether an early check-in would be possible. It came as an unpleasant surprise, and no receipt was provided for the additional charge. Secondly the towels and bedding needs a refresh as they have been work out. So better to carry your own. That aside, the overall experience was good.

• Gottapu (10/5): Every thing is good and good staff - Their behavior is very good. They helped me when my car stuck due to heavy crowd. They sent their employee when I stuck far away from their hotel and helped me in reaching hotel. With maps I couldn't manage because of chitra pournima. none

• Suresh Kumar (8/5): It is quite a good 3 star hotel with clean rooms and beds at a great location. - The location, cleanliness, staff and value for money. Also I stayed in deluxe family (4 pax) room. Not sure about other rooms It is a 3 star hotel. So don't go with high expectations on the facilities and amenities.

• Katragadda (9/5): - Its just opposite South Gopuram and very near to temple. Staff were very friendly and provided good service. Especially the front desk receptionist Devi priya is very informative, have patience to listen your concerns and always carry a gentle smile . This will be my go to place from now onwards. From the roof, you can see all Gopurams, which was blissful watch in the morning and night. Room size. We had a king size bed in the room and that occupies 90% and leaves very nominal place. However it was maintained in good condition with clean linens.

• Riccardo (7/5): Buono per soggiorno breve - Buona location di fronte al tempio e a meno di 2 km dalla zona occidentale che ospita il Ramanasraman. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza piccola e cara, il prezzo è alto rispetto alla qualità proposta. Pulizia sufficiente. Non ci sono molti appoggi o ganci per i bagagli e vestiti. Bagno un po scomodo e che si allaga facilmente.

• Akhila (10/5): Great stay and easy temple access from the property. Only problem is you cannot trust the booking confirmation. They mig - This property is right in front of the south entrance of the temple. Accessible by any vehicle during off peak hours. Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Good facilities Right next to the hotel we have a pure veg restaurant. They gave my room to someone else when i was late to arrive at the property to check in. We were there within the Chechi in hours. It was annoying and made us furious when the staff said we don’t have any room for that night. The Manager dealt the situation very well and gave us another room quickly.

• Rosalia (1/5): AVOID! ESTAFA. NO VAYÁIS, DE VERDAD EL PEOR SITIO - AVOID THIS PLACE. NO VAYAS, ES UNA ESTAFA. Fue una experiencia horrible, te tratan de sacar el dinero todo el tiempo de donde puedan. PRIMERO: La cama era durísima como dormir en el suelo, a las 4:30 am suena un mantra desde el templo que no se calla hasta las 8 am. Era imposible dormir!!! SEGUNDO: Pedí un servicio de lavandería, spoiler: NO LO PIDAN. Mi ropa seguía oliendo igual de mal, me cobraron 14€ por ello, en la vida he pagado tanto por limpiar la ropa. ADEMÁS me perdieron dos prendas de ropa que tardé 3 días en recuperar. Y aún habiéndolo pagado sin rechistar desde el primer momento, durante lo siguientes días me siguienron pidiendo el dinero como si no lo hubiera pagado, son unos estafadores si estas alojada aquí pide recibos de todo lo que pagas porque te van a intentar colar todo dos veces. TERCERO: Por pura intuición empecé a desconfiar del hotel un día y cogí todas mis pertenencias de valor, había algo que no me cuadraba y para comprobar si alguien entraba en mi habitación dejé un estuche muy cerca de la puerta y cerré rápidamente, cuando volví al cabo de varias horas abrí la puerta con mucho cuidado y me di cuenta de que el estuche estaba súper lejos, es decir que alguien había entrado en mi habitación durante las horas que yo no estaba, ¿a qué? ¿A limpiar? ¿A hacerme la cama? Sería lo normal, verdad? PUES NO. Estaba todo tal cual lo dejé, cama por hacer etc. pero ellos entraron invadiendo mi espacio no se sabe para qué. CUARTO: el último día pasé mucho miedo porque a las 4am una mujer se puso a gritar por el pasillo y empecé a escuchar muchos pasos y personas hablando, alguien intentó entrar en mi habitación forzándola, yo fui corriendo a ver si estaba puesto el pestillo, y efectivamente lo había puesto pero tuve miedo y los gritos no cesaron en ningún momento. Al día siguiente pedí explicaciones y me ignoraban. Hay lugares muchísimo más baratos donde te van a tratar mejor y con mayores comodidades. Aconsejo ir por la zona del Ashram de Ramana.

• srikanth (10/5): Near the divine temple - Excellent hotel opposite the Thirumanjam gopuram. Love the view from the terrace of the hotel with all the gopuras and the aruna giri. Good rooms with decent bathroom and amenities. Will surely stay again. Note : as the hotel is opposite temple there are restrictions and no entries . Auto also stop at a point. Location and hotel rooms as it is new

• Premgokul (9/5): Will recommend this place for anyone looking yo stay for a night and visit the temple. - The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous. The location right opposite to the temple’s south gate was convenient. While the location was super convenient if you are planning for a one night stay visit the temple, the area could get super crowded on busy days. If you’re planning to stay for more than a day and use car to visit places, then taking the car out of the street can be challenging on busy days. Though the hotel staff help their best to get the car in and out out the temple street.

The staff were very helpful. especially Anand who helped us with getting our car escorted thru the heavy traffic and for guiding us with the temple darshan formalities. The rooms were very clean and hygiene. Maybe two empty glasses can be kept in the room to drink water or tea. especially for elderly people. The TV had no free channels everything was by subscription only. so maybe a cable connection would be helpful.
