• Thaís (9/5): Confortável, agradável e perto de tudo! - Localização excelente, a 05min a pé do centro histórico e do comércio local. O Alex muito simpático, nos entregou a chave em mãos, bem como deixou guardar nossas malas até o horário de ir embora. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é colocar prateleiras tanto no banheiro, como no quarto. De resto, foi tudo satisfatório e cumpriu as expectativas.

• Niccolò (9/5): - La struttura ha un bellissimo spazio esterno e una cucina ben attrezzata. L’host è stato molto disponibile e ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste. L’ambiente è pulito e accogliente. Non è responsabilità della struttura, ma segnalo che venerdì notte nel bar sottostante c’è stata confusione fino al mattino. Nessun problema invece durante le sere della settimana.

• Joseph (7/5): Good - This was ok, the owner is nice and I left a little late and he did not get upset. The place is nice, small, basic. Very clean, with 2 fans. Very easy to get in. Overall this is a nice place. This is a good place, but it is a shame for these 2 things: 1) Please please please replace the pans. I like cooking, but all these pans are scratched up non-stick pans. This is really dangerous for health and I cannot use them for cooking. Even just two stainless steel pans would have made me rate this place much higher. 2) Very inconsiderate person doing building work outside my window. I went out the night before for a friend's birthday, but was woken at 8am by someone literally at my bedroom window doing building work. Right there! Was he plastering my wall or something? At 8am?! Singing and mixing concrete and making lots of banging and scraping. This was really inconsiderate. I recommend checking with the host that the building work is finished.
• Alex (10/5): The perfect stay in Paraty. - Amazing stay. Very close to the centre but quiet. Alex is very flexible and friendly. The apartment is very comfortable , modern and clean and everything works great. I'd 100% recommend staying here !
